Pros: Food and crew were excellent
Cons: 8 hours in the air.
Pros: Our outward journey was quick from parking our car through to departure lounge via bag drop and security all within 17 mins. And our return journey was just as good, from landing through security, collecting luggage to leaving the car park all within 30 mins.
Cons: Self Service Bag Drop at Luton Airport was really quick. Security was exceptionally quiet and very quick.
Pros: A good range of cafes at Gatwick while my wife and I wait 7 hours at airport for next flight
Cons: Easyjet's abysmal customer service. We are at gate 40 minutes before and are waiting to board only to find out that they have closed the gate early due to few passengers,wiyhout making any announcement. The airplane is still standing right there but they say we can't board as they have closed the doors. To make things worse, Easyjet refused to pay for the replacement flight, let alone compensate us for the flight we missed (cutting our 2 day holiday in half practically).
Pros: The crew was really nice and attentive to passengers.
Cons: TXL could have hired more ground staff. We were delayed almost 1 hour because they couldn’t find a driver for the pushback tug.
Pros: Best flight for what I needed, the time was perfect, cost was good. It was on time and everything went smooth.
Cons: Well, small plane, cheap flight. Seats small and crowded. There was not even a place to put my water bottle. But for a short flight at the right time, it's fine. Crew made all kinds of announcements and sales pitches, bit annoying when you are trying to sleep.
Pros: It was a great flight staff A1 and beautiful flying from knock, hadn't done for years , hot paninis great food better than Emmirates I flew with over the Christmas

Would rather have just been charged than getting and ear bashing. Staff were main problem, not particularly friendly. Fault with plane?

Cons: Ok but i accidentally started queuing in the priority queue and was told that i needed to be in the other queue, even though i was there very early on. I think i should have been allowed to join the other queue at the same spot but went to the back of the other queue. Apart from that it was fine

Pros: Crew was amazing! The plane was like new, very clean & very comfortable. The check-in staff was also very frenedly and the service was excellent! The value for the cost was unmatched!!

Cons: Checking in online was a nightmare as the site kept freezing, there was a mix up with my priority and cabin baggage, I was told by the webchat team that this had gone through but not on my boarding pass, when I got the the airport the Ryanair staff were extremely rude to us, they sent us to the back of the queue I front of everyone and then told us we would have to pay to take our bags with us, they then had to be out on the hold. When we got back to Birmingham we then had to sit on the plane for around 15 minutes as there was not a slot for us. I spent hours of my 2 day break trying to sort check ins etc, I would never fly with Ryanair again.

Cons: Honestly - a bunch of drunk Scandinavians all around me. Very noisy and smelling so much from the alcohol, I almost got sick. Luckily, a very short flight. The guy behind me was very rude to the crew. Crew member handled him well. Was worried about him throwing up on me. Rest of flight was good.

Cons: The process of checking in online was very misleading. While checking in online, their website continuously glitched. It would jump back a page, add products that I did not want (such as early boarding) without me selecting those products, etc. Finally after quite some time, I was able to check out only with the products I actually wanted (luggage fees). I received a confirmation email, and therefore I assumed we were good to go. We arrived at the airport to find out according to the staff we had only partially checked in. They could see that we started the process but since we apparently did not fully check in, we were charged £90 (45 per person) to check in at the airport. When I emailed Ryanair customer service and explained the entire situation, they absolutely could not have cared less. As a seasoned traveler, this one really takes the cake for poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience that I've had with an airline. I will never fly with them again.

Cons: The plane was late and we were all crammed into a tiny area whilst we waited to board. We got on straight after the previous passengers disembarked so the plane had not been cleaned well and the whole flight was uncomfortable as it was so hot. The staff were rude in the check in at the Basel airport

Pros: What I love the most is the cabin crew through speaker was very funny, breaking the ice by making jokes. I have never experience that before and it's the best start to a flight if you are a bit concerned about flying. Was very easy and organised to board and the crew were very nice,

Cons: Delayed for three hours then they gave us a 5eur/£3.50 voucher which we were only allowed to use for pizza and WATER. No other soft drink. The delay was ridiculous. The allowed us to board and be seated for about 15 mins before telling us that there was a problem with the aircraft. DONT YOU CHECK THIS BEFORE PASSENGERS BOARD?! Priority was a waste of money we all got on at the same time anyway. Rubbish service, rubbish airline and my £26 flight turned in £60 easily with all the extras which were a waste of my money.

Pros: We Arrived over two hours early waited in the line designated for 45 minutes then told to get in a different line which was slow. Then when we got to the sweet gal at the desk she told us that we couldn’t bring a personal item on in addition to our carry on luggage. We travel a lot and have never seen that. We had to pay $250 to check our roller bags so that we could bring a purse or book bag.
