The service and flight was great. Luggage came out very quickly!

It was a short flight, everything was good with it.

The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.

Flight was late and has 12 hours transit time instead of 1.3 hours.

It was good although we could not land in Munich due to weather and we had to go to Stuttgart. Missed our second flight. They did get us on another flight but the seats where not the ones I paid for in the flight that we missed.

The booking I made 2 months in advance got changed the week before with another flight and had to pay more for seats and luggage. Not to mention hours and hours on hold to make sure my flight is still booked.

The crew was the best I’ve ever encountered. Business class was spacious, immaculate, and very modern.

We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.

Small plane, only two bathrooms, no screen for videos. Not wide enough seats
