Love the little chocolate bars, and consumer rights in EU regarding stepped refunds when flights are delayed.

The media system is so inreliable, it keeps freezing and restarting at the begonning. Old planes with an old entertainment system makes a long flight very boring

Food was good! Crew very polite however when asked to adjust temperature did not help! It was freezing! Seats uncomfortable 😣

The service was really good. The breakfast food could’ve been better as I don’t eat sweets for breakfast and the only choice was a muffin. Overall, good experience though. Thank you.

My schedule flight was rebooking and changed to Chicago, then I did not used the flight from Dulles to Savannah

The flight was delayed but I was still able to board the connecting flight in Munich.

Actual flight was smooth but we were delayed 70 minutes. Were promised to make it up to us but were given no refreshments

Flight was cancelled and I got rebooked with anther airline. Also had booked a direct flight and got a layover.

SAL to FRA - Original flight was cancelled less than 10 hours before scheduled. Did receive lodging at no cost for 1 night. Coordination between Lufstansa and hotel was very poor and we had to pay for a meal we thought was to be paid for. Traveling from SAT to Denver coordination between Lufstansa and United was very poor and we paid double for our check-in baggage. We are hoping to that refunded. We wish other airlines would fly to Salzburg as we plan to visit more often.
