Austrian Airlines help and service was fine, but Kayak misled us into believing we had purchased a Business Class ticket. In fact, the tickets were only upgraded Coach Class tickets with luggage restrictions that belonged to the Coach Class. Very disappointed! Paid over $$$$ 9K for the two tickets. Very disappointing!

Five star experience all around except for my seat, which was broken. It would only go down 70%.Of the way. It defeats the purpose of buying a business class ticket if you don’t actually get to lay flat..
WiFi would have been nice and some more powerful usb ports, available ports could not keep my phone’s charge much less charge the phone.
Not so good. I paid for a preference economic seat, and I couldn’t incline it back because it was blocked. They explained me that because is the last before emergency exit. The company new that but it was not explained in the seat selection

Tirana was crazy check in and getting bussed to another gate. Both Germany stops were intensive customs but organized, but that wasn't the airlines problem. The crews were fabulous on the planes. The announcements were not easy to understand in English, slurred speech. Customs inthe US were fast. We waited for luggage, three later arriving planes had their luggage and left before us
Business class old style from 10 years ago. Ok for short flights but nor for 12 hours journey. The passenger near the window have to jump over the passenger seat aisle side or wake him up to upright the seat. That’s not the business class that you expect on long night flight. Seats are not so confortable. And believe it or not no wifi!
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
This is really the rating of two flights. JFK to IST then IST to NQZ. New York to Istanbul was good. Good crew and all positives. The flight to Astana was so bad that brought it all down. Crew was nonexistent above the minimum, seats were cramped, and it was hot on the plane. Turkish Airlines seems to be slipping down to US based carriers level.

The segment bkk ist was ok. The segment ist to yul the boarding was chaotic with 5 control before get in the plain, in addition to normal control by scanner and metal detector during transfert

The seat 7A had no padding. I needed to sit on the provided pillow.
Not worth pay business classs and get service economy class
In sharp contrast to the modern glitzy airport, boarding facilities were primitive. Passengers had to board buses and walk up steep stairs in bitter cold with carry-on baggages. I found no reason why aerobridge was not provided.
A fairly standard 2/2 configuration. Boeing 787-9 is modern but the amenities chosen by Turkish for their seats are slightly limited - no in-seat charging, for example. Otherwise, a good flight.
they have cancell the flight for no reasons and 24 hours my parents were in the Airport they did not give them any hotel any food, I hate Turkish Airline.

Don't fly Pegasus, terrible service at the airport and boarding was really bad. Both flights I took with them were significantly late. This flight had us all changing the gate at the last moment and it was chaos.withour explanation or apology. The planes have seats that don't recline and seats are really hard. The crew on board was good both flights, but that is the only positive thing I can say about this airline. It's not worth it and I won't be flying them again.
The airport staff were some of the worst I've ever flown, and I fly at least 50x every year. From the staff at the gate, to the check in staff, to the ticketing sales staff. My experience in Instanbul was so bad Ill.never fly Pegasus again. They were incredibly rude, dismissive and not helpful whatsoever. This is the worst of the worst if you want to fly a budget airline I'd go elsewhere. The airplane seats are really uncomfortable and don't recline at all, you get charged for every single thing so in the end you will pay more flying with them. The crew on the plane were the only kind people we encountered with Pegasus.

Late departure. No announcements. Boarding was a disaster. Some kind of technical issue scanning boarding passes.
Pegasus is a very efficient airline. Passengers, however are sometimes unruly. Getting up right after take off. Getting up right when we land and before getting to the gate. Switching seats to the front so she can get a better seat. It is unfair for those that actually paid for seats. Flight attendants seem to not enforce it. One or two bad actors ruins it. Overall, the airline is great.
Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable
