When we notified them to get credit back at the airport, they said to contact customer service. We flew the flight and then contracted customer service. They said no credits after the flight has flown. Not customer service oriented at all. They know we didn’t check that many bags and kept our money for a service they did not provide. Be aware and very careful of what you are purchasing from them because they will not make it right if there is an error.

sadly in Basel & Naples- no jetway we had to climb up and down stairs with our max size carry-on luggage, which was not fun!!!
This was our first time using them. I gave okay ratings for food and entertainment because it was minimal or not provided so I couldn't judge, but much better than most budget carriers we have ever used.
We were charged a ridiculous amount for a name spelling error on ticket which I would’ve corrected if I received pre-check info more than 1/2hr before flight. Then we were told at ticket counter that our bags were fine for boarding but then we’re charged another ridiculous amount to take in our luggage despite being told differently. Flight itself was great. Charges were unfair.
Apart from an email about re configuring passenger seating less than 24hrs before flying it was all good.
There were a lot (4 I think) of EasyJet flights leaving Agadir, we arrived two and a half ours before our flight. Very slow to get through the booking in, passport control and security!! We had booked in on line but had to Queue with others who had not to drop our bags off!,
We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for an hour….probably not E Jets fault. But the gentleman that checked us in and took our luggage was exceptionally friendly and calming for early morning/ confused passengers. As always, it’s the people that make or break an experience, right?
I was hesitant to book with a low cost airline due to previous experience but Easy Jet surpassed my expectations. I would definitely book a flight with them again! Seemless booking, upfront about baggage fees, professional, and helpful staff.
Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. Food is delicious I’ve tried Thai green chicken curry and it was perfect!
Flight was 1.5 hours late to depart so changed flights to Swiss Air.
The booking I made 2 months in advance got changed the week before with another flight and had to pay more for seats and luggage. Not to mention hours and hours on hold to make sure my flight is still booked.
The United Airlines crew that operated this flight was subpar. They didn’t
Very small and uncomfortable seats, Hard to hear entertainment system sound. Horrible food. Staff doesn't care much about the passengers. 2nd time they didn't give me my vegetarian meal. They asked me regular food with meat. The airline and staff was from United airlines.
Checkin took along timen only.few angents available at.checkin desk. Customer support over phone no existence
The crew was caring and attentive in making my flight comfortable as I was travelling with an injury.
The entertainment screens need to be updated. Very difficult to navigate through with old equipment.
You cancel my flight in the morming and I have only one hour for my transit for Cluj this is not too much
