Pros: The Capain kept us well nformed

Cons: 4 hours trip, international, and only food to purchase.

Cons: The flight was good, however I was not able to check in online due to British airways website issues. The entertainment touch screen is not working properly,needs some maintenance.

Pros: The staff handled everything really well. Continuously being updated to the delay reasons.

Cons: Being stuck on a plane on the tarmac for 2+ hours, before being moved to a corridor, and then a bus, and then boarding a new plane. No information about delay compensation or refunds being given. No provisions for providing food or drinks for the toddlers/babies/children that had been kept on the plane for a couple of hours.

Pros: Crew were great, bubbly staff even though they were tired, *not obvious*

Cons: Boarding process, and being told we may have to stay until Wednesday as the operator double booked our seats.

Pros: I’ve been very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the aircraft and the disregard of the aircraft overall. It was quite old, fair enough, but there where some missing pieces here and there that didn’t make me feel safe. The flight overall was good, British Airways crew are always very competent and professional, which is the reason why I mainly fly with BA. But this is the first time I had some concerns on the lack of safety checks especially because I travelled with my 2 years old son.

Pros: Nothing it was delayed by over an hour and there was ZERO on ground or in air rebooking support or information at all! Ground crew were useless and rude. No one was there to navigate us through a delay that you all caused. We were traveling with 5 children and there was zero sense of urgency. We missed our connecting flight as a result as did the 100+ other passengers on this flight. How could BA not notify it’s partner AA to delay the connecting transatlantic flight as a result of its 1hr long delays? Horrid!

Pros: TAP HAS THE MOST COMFORTABLE SEATS THAT RECINE VERY VERY FAR.

Cons: CREW NEVER CAME AROUND AND OFFERED WATER, LIKE OTHER AIRLINES DO. THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR GOOD HEALTH DURING A LONG FLIGHT OF 7.5 HOURS, AND SITTING ON THE PLANE FOR A TOTAL OF 8.5 HOURS.....

Cons: Food service was pay only on a 3.5 hour flight. This meant there was a good cart blocking the aisle THE ENTIRE FLIGHT! Nobody could get by to use the bathroom or to walk around. There was almost always two people in each direction blocked by the cart. From what I could observe, the cart wasn’t even stocked with the items people were ordering, as a flight attendant was CONSTANTLY running back and forth to the galley to get items that weren’t on the cart! The setup of this food service was HORRIFIC even for me who didn’t order anything. They never even were able to take orders from everyone- never even asked if I wanted anything. I don’t think I will fly British Airways again.

Pros: TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable.

Cons: TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever.

Cons: As someone who is 6 feet tall, I was ridiculously uncomfortable the entire flight. My knees were pressed against the seat in front of me, and when the woman in front of me reclined, I couldn't even unfold the tray due to a lack of space. I was very unhappy,

Cons: They checked everyone’s carry on bags, which made the boarding process incredible slow, then they made you stand on a bus until it was full, to drive to the plane to walk up stairs in the rain. I kept my bag for 20 hours, flying from Vancouver to Calgary to London and before my flight to Madrid. They didn’t care that I said I didn’t want to give it up or that I had to make a connection. Madrid’s airport is notorious for have slow baggage handling, so they are making me wait. I packed for 2 weeks in a carry on and back pack to avoid checking luggage. I am disappointed.
