Cons: Delayed over 4 hrs, missed connecting flight as we were supposed to meet with in Frankfurt. Spent hrs getting a new itinerary, one bag never showed up in Nairobi.

Pros: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Cons: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Cons: I had small carry on And there were nowhere to put them. The cabin for the carry one were full and my carry on had to be placed somewhere else, and knowing I had personal information in my bag. Very disappointed

Pros: The convenience of the route

Cons: The thumping 'music' as we boarded, the over-jolly announcements which treated the passengers as if they were all mentally deficient or poorly educated. The information they conveyed was clear and comprehensive and obviously, safety instructions are crucial, but the format and tone of delivery were so patronising I thought they were a parody. They also assumed everybody was coming back to the UK after their holiday - the flight had a good proportion of French passengers and some of us don't live in the UK. Make the announcements more neutral. I fly with a lot of no-frills lines, especially Ryanair and EasyJet as well as the larger carriers such as Air France, BA, SAS and Air Canada, but I have never come across such grating and irritating announcements. I will think twice before booking another flight with them rather than endure this again.

Cons: Food service was awful. They ran out of options and only had one choice by time got toward middle /back of the plane. This happened both ways. So if your seated toward the rear bring your own food and snacks if needed.

Was told then I’d have to pay another 60 eu for my under-seat bag even though I had no such issue on my flight to Barcelona The seats are miserably small and don’t even recline. Cons: They checked everyone’s carry on bags, which made the boarding process incredible slow, then they made you stand on a bus until it was full, to drive to the plane to walk up stairs in the rain. I kept my bag for 20 hours, flying from Vancouver to Calgary to London and before my flight to Madrid. They didn’t care that I said I didn’t want to give it up or that I had to make a connection. Madrid’s airport is notorious for have slow baggage handling, so they are making me wait. I packed for 2 weeks in a carry on and back pack to avoid checking luggage. I am disappointed.

Cons: Both flights did not have any general vegetarian options in snack or main courses. There was no option online to submit a meal request and as booking last minute travel and in a foreign country, it was not possible to contact Air Portugal via phone. If the flight offers snack and two meal options, at least one should be vegetarian to accommodate this common population of passengers.
