KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.

The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.

It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.

Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.

Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!

Quick and efficient as always. Air France managed to loose and damage my luggage that never made it onto my KLM flight.

The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

I think Virgin is one of the best flying experiences, especially from/to the UK. The staff are so helpful and fun, the food is good, seats comfortable, goof entertainment and great value. Check in and boarding is pretty pain free. I also find that the other passengers are generally so kind and considerate than when I've flown other airlines.

Cabin crew on our flight showed lack of any customer service gruff and acting annoyed if you asked anything and I mean anything Example a man on the seat over dropped his beer on my husbands blanket We asked if we could switch out blankets cabin crew Said. No we don’t have any extras OK well can you take the wet one Cabin crew looked disgusted and annoyed Took it no OK or yes just a growl

Quick flight. But cabin crew were very noisy and talking too much, especially when we were seated at the back of the plane trying to sleep through the night .

My ticket was for Premium Economy and all the seats were taken, I was placed in Economy class and I’m looking for a refund.

Unfortunately delayed 2 hrs due to faulty tyre.. which had to be changed, but better safe than sorry.

The delay was an issue. Other than that. Every thing good

Hi vergin Atlantic service was good but the flight ticket agent travel up charge me extra 57 pounds as a airport charges, actually I refuse to pay but they say if I not pay £57 then they say you will not be able to travel from Heathrow to goa ,so for me there was no option and it was just 3 day before my departure so i paid, so please look in to the matter. And I have a receipt of £ 57 as well .thanks

Staff didn’t check cabin well for landing seemed more interested in chatting to each other. Food was poor and differed from pre order.

We were in the last group to be called to the flight - which was 30 minutes late taking off. While we were lucky enough to have been given bulkhead seats (due to a medical condition I’d told them about beforehand) the seats weren’t particularly comfortable. A crying baby for the whole trip made things worse, so the crew managed very well with coping. The final thing I’d say was that there wasn’t enough food served during the flight.

Very good. Glad we had Premium for the flight out.

4 hour delay leaving Paris. Didn’t get to board through jetway. All of the passengers had to take busses from the terminal to the aircraft. Once we got to Calgary, we had a very long layover that was shortened significantly by the big delay leaving Paris ( when I originally booked the flights, the layover in Calgary was 3 hours, a month before the trip, WestJet changed the second flight which increased the layover to 8 hours!). The flight from Calgary to Nanaimo (ya, the one that they already bumped back by 5 hours) left over an hour late. So, instead of arriving home in Nanaimo at 2 pm, we arrived at 1am. It totally sucked.

The flight attendants were amazing. But we checked in online and just needed to check our bags. The line was so long that it took over an hour to do this. There was only one person checking people in.

The agent denied our cat from boarding just because the carrier has to be slightly shorter to go under the seat. It is a soft sided carrier and WestJet had mentioned that soft sided carriers can be squished to go under the seat. So we had to transport the cat via road to YYC. In Yyc the connection flight terminal supervisor of WestJet was surprised about the edmonton agent decision as she said the size of bag should be 11in indeed so that cat can move freely even if the bag has to be slightly adjusted to go under the seat. Avoid WestJet - they are a dying organization with incompetent staff!!!... No guarantee the flight is maintained since the crew went on strike. Very unsafe and unpredictable business, a cancerous corn in the hands of Canadian business !!

I understand that delays may be inevitable; however, the airline did absolutely nothing to reassure us during our flight. There were no apologies for the delay and business resumed as usual. A little compassion should have been garnered for our almost 4 hpur delay.

Smooth process, on time. Everything ran perfectly. It would be nice to have in flight entertainment and better food choices but these were short flights so not a big deal

Absolutely brutal. When we checked in we were not even guaranteed a seat. Then had to join the queue on "standby" for a seat. Worst journey out of hundreds I have done and Westjet....never again. No food, no drinks, tight seats, slow boarding and even slower unloading.

Our flight was canceled the morning of and we were given no alternatives, poor communication, and it cost us $2900 more plus five days to get to our destination.

Bad flight cancellations no notice until 11:00 pm could not call no response from them would not call back chat was not working had too book another flight ask for my money back so far only 97:00 of the 430:00 is pending in my account not sure what too do next

WestJet is the worst. Will never fly with them again.

Flight got cancelled. I had to spend many hours on phone to have it rescheduled at my convenience

Internet wouldn’t work even after I paid for the package. That was my only real complaint, otherwise excellent.

I called to put a stop to this ticket because it was fraudulent. Nobody stopped it. Then they sent me to Mastercard to fight it alone. Thanks (Sarc) to everyone who helped facilitate fraud and would not dare attempt to stop it.

What a bad service not nice staff The luggages was lost (hopefully not stolen) when talked to person at Calgary airport he said Ahhhhh don’t worry it happen all the times I have been told Air Canada is not a good airline now am sure it is very bad

I find it hard to believe that Air Canada still cannot provide non dairy milks for teas and coffees even if they offer vegan food, if preordered. It is about time to stop discriminating against people who live a plant-based diet.

The Air Canada experience wasn’t bad per se. It was the Toronto airport experience that was truly horrific. Terrible crowd, control, poor signage, and power, hungry security people who felt the need to tear open gifts in a hasty and careless fashion, causing damage to my items because they don’t know how to read a damn x-ray. On top of that the attitude was completely disrespectful and callous. I left feeling completely violated.

We were held in customs while someone was checking on all.passengers on flight. We were released with very little time to get to our gate! Very frustrating!

I couldn’t fault my experience in any way. The plane was clean, comfortable, plenty of legroom and the food was great. I will definitely fly air Canada again.

Our flight from Windsor to Toronto had several delays so we had to drive to Toronto in order to catch our flight to London.

Horrible delays and confusion at all Air Canada counters. Flight was delayed well over 6 hours with little to no communication. Was o my offered a $15 food voucher and $200 Air Canada voucher—-neither of which did I need or have desire to use. Will never fly this airline again.

Prepaid for my seat selection over a month in advance only to be told when I arrive at the airport that the plane has changed and no pre-selected seats would be honored and refunds would not be issued immediately. Was forced to separate from my traveling companion Air Canada. Unsurprisingly was no assistance in this whatsoever. Plane. We got switched on to also has no entertainment options available

Boarding was haphazard after people with small children or walking difficulties

No internet, very narrow seats insufficient room for three passengers with encroachment.

Due to flights being delayed, we missed our connecting flights and we were flown to a different airlines and we end up losing our luggage's.

The boarding process is not well organized at all. It need to be totally revised with an emphasis on order.

Other than problems with checking in and uploading passport info everything was great. It would be nice to be able to manually input passport info. Often while traveling the bandwidth has problems uploading pictures

Give at least coffee or juice as it is an international flight.

Tiny, cramped seats with minimum leg room and hard armrests. Basic needs like a seat and luggage came with an additional charge. Budget airline amenities with premium airlune cost. I won't use this airline again.

Cancelled flight, that morning! But got us on an Air Canada flight!

Boarding process non existent. No WiFi. No entertainment. Cramped old plane. Worst Kosher meal ever presented on a flight.
