I was totally taken aback that I had to pay for tea and coffee. After having to pay for baggage and to reserve my seat for the flight. At least beverages could have been offered at no additional cost. Very disappointed with BA.

Last minute cancellation of the flight by BA meant I was unable to attend the event I was booked on. Have found service has definitely declined on recent BA flights I've travelled on. Check in staff are good though.

I was travelling alone with a baby and a toddler and found most of the staff very helpful - stowing my bags, helping to carry my buggy, helping with seat belts etc.

A member of staff at the gate referred to my 2 year old daughter as "a difficult child" to another member of staff because she didn't like having her photo taken. I felt it was very rude and unfair, particularly as I had to lift her to an awkward height (whilst also holding a baby) as the camera was in a fixed position. It was clear the staff member didn't have children herself!

Crew was delightful. Flight was quick. And our flight wasn't cancelled last minute like our original flight on RyanAir, so I suppose that's a positive.

It was a bit hot during the flight. The seats were slightly uncomfortable and dated. And the checked baggage/cabin baggage policy is a bit annoying. Also, music reminded me of being on an elevator in the 70's.

Overall it was a very smooth flight during all phases

Stuffing all passengers in one bus and waiting while standing for the late passengers to board the bus

2 minutes late for a boarding pass. Had to take the train. No refund. Lady st counter was condescending and rude. Gentleman was at least kind.

Crew was delightful. Flight was quick. And our flight wasn't cancelled last minute like our original flight on RyanAir, so I suppose that's a positive.

It was a bit hot during the flight. The seats were slightly uncomfortable and dated. And the checked baggage/cabin baggage policy is a bit annoying. Also, music reminded me of being on an elevator in the 70's.

Boarding was straight forward with the automated scanning of boarding pass.

I was totally taken aback that I had to pay for tea and coffee. After having to pay for baggage and to reserve my seat for the flight. At least beverages could have been offered at no additional cost. Very disappointed with BA.

More than an hour late in taking off, and the food is almost inedible - get the Air Canada chef on board!

The price and and coinvenance of flying out of LHR. The flight attendant was kind and did a good job managing the flight.

The I could checkin online ahead of time. I had to wait until I was at the airport. The seats didn't recline.

Luggage screening is problem. Inconsistent, some people allowed to bring cabin size that not match to their measurement, while me and some other people got rejected and must pay extra bag at 40gbp

the staff were very friendly, well organized and pleasant. Very professional and provided a brilliant in flight service

the plane was delayed for over 40 minutes whilst we were called for boarding. There was no communication given to us regarding why we were delayed or any indication of how long it would take.
