Pros: We really enjoyed TAP Air Portugal and expect to fly with them again. Comfortable seats, pillow, blanket, and MEALS! Good ones with actual silver! USB charging port at every seat, with a good selection of movies. Great airline for a great price!
Pros: The crew on both flights were despite the first flight being delayed by 2 hours.
Cons: More communication with the passengers.
Pros: Self checkin, there was no line and things moved quickly.
Cons: Flight was almost an hour late because the boarding process was so slow. They took forever and then literally bussed us to the other side of the airport to the budget carrier side, which wasted more time. Was a bit of a joke really. Served seafood snack, not everyone eats seafood.
Pros: The crew was nice in the cabin.
Cons: The Check in people were insanely rude. They made me pay 50 Euro for my carryon. The size was fine but it weighed more than 7 kilo. There was no problem outbound and plenty of people had bigger carryons

Cons: 3 hour delay in flight from Chicago to Ethiopia due to ‘mechanical issues’ made me miss my connection. I was put up in a hotel, but woke up in the middle of the night to roaches all over the place. Not the best experience

Cons: I asked male attendant for pillow and blanket , he said no!!!!!!!!!!! foot rest would not stay in upright position, I could not remove remote from back of chair, outlet for headphones was broke.
Pros: Very efficient and competent crew. Very much like the A330 plane.
Cons: On our flight from Lisbon to Paris Orly the baggage took two hours become it was delivered. We were later told the baggage crew forgot some of the bags.
Pros: My eyes were closed and the crew passed by while serving food but did not wake me up. As a traveller I been woken up while food was served or food was kept on the seat tray.
Cons: Overall the flight was good but I dont know why the crew was like that, and the flight seats ain't comfortable and were to close to each other. I legs wasnt comfortable

Pros: The crew were very friendly and attentive, there was a delay to boarding and departure but they were very apologetic about it. Service was attentive on the plane and bags promptly delivered at the baggage carousel.
Cons: I upgraded at the airport to Executive class, which is really a bit of a scam to be honest. It’s just the first two rows of the plane and the middle seat kept free... the seats were no different to economy. Not worth the 109€ upgrade fee.

Pros: Would appreciate a voucher for how bad the Flight was. Seriously UAL is using a plane last built in 2004? UAL only cares about taking people’s money not a wonderful flying experience!!!
