The flight attendants were excellent. The dinner was similar to business class but the breakfast was just a slice of bread.

The leg room was too small and the seat did not recline enough to have a decent sleep.

Was happy when I got off United Airline plane.

It was not Lufthansas, it was a crappy, old run down United Airline jet. I do not like flying with United. Was kind of tricked into this one. I would have paid more not to fly United.

Ground crew in London was great. Flight was operated by United, hence United service and plane.

Flight delayed 2.5 hours due to fuel line leak but managed to cut off one of those hours in flight so only delayed 1.5 hours. Older plane so no screens at seats and movies were predetermined. On an 11 hour flight that sucks -- I had seen every single video. Three miserable babies but that is not the airline's fault. I have flown Lufthansa in the past and really thought they were tip top.

Boarding seamed inefficient. Loaded handicap onto separate vehicle in middle of us boarding, so it stopped our process. My seat didn't recline even though it had a button. No in flight entertainment?! At all... Got a crappy breakfast omelet that i didn't want to put in my stomach.

Seats way too tight. But the worst thing was the two passageners in the row we shared. They were laying on each other and it was inappropriate for the entire flight. He was rubbing her breast and I said something. He seemed to stop. Lots of rubbing and huggin and the man had his legs stretched out man spread style

There are lots of relatively new movies to choose from.

The complimentary headset breaks easily. Tray table was broken and they can't fix it. Very small bathrooms, knees almost touch the door when sitting down. Food selection for dinner ran out quickly, resulting in only 2 choices and one is hot spicy, so basically only one choice. All beverages are given out in small cups, even water is given out in small cups increments (finish in one gulp), they don't even give out small bottles of water. No complimentary packet (eye shades, socks etc.) , not even a barf bag for collecting trash.

I did not get the requested meal. I had requested Asian Veg meal. I had reconfirmed that Virgin Atlantic Kiosk at Heathrow airport as well. In flight when I asked cabin crew they said they didn't get any request. I was hungry whole flight. Very bad experience.

My row was bypassed a couple of times for food/beverage service even though we were wide awake and looking expectantly at the flight attendant. Sometimes she asked me if I wanted a drink or something and as I was answering she looked away and moved on. I couldn't believe it. Then after pressing the service button and waiting a long time for her to return, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience.

When our plane arrived late, many on board had missed connections. We received no help/guidance at gate, other than to be told to go up one floor. One floor up we had to go thru security to reach customer service. 100 people lined up for customer service from 3 Austrian airline reps. After 2 hours of standing, there were still 27 people ahead of me. The woman behind me gave me the local phone number for Austrian airlines and I was able to get on a flight to US leaving in 30 minutes. I managed to make it, and would not have had I waited another hour in line. Why no surge of staff to help? All 3 help numbers on my Lufthansa e-mail receipt could not help. Horrible experience.

Business class. Great service and truly gourmet food. Departure & arrival exactly on time.... a first with JFK. Very nice present of a large box of Neuhaus chocolates upon landing.

Silly but the toiletries bag was cumbersome and contained very little. Unlike our return flight to JFK the outbound flight to BRU had very, very poor food and I'm being politr.

Crew on flight were outstanding. Brussels airlines is part of United! However, for a long flight, would be nice to have outlets or USB to charge electronic devices since no individual monitors - many used United app with Entertainment!

Every time, I board my United flights at Heathrow, London airport, the staff makes the customers very stressed out. First, customers can not see the signs for the different groups (1,2,3,etc.) and the staff makes you feel like that you should know the process (when we don't)! A couple of suggestions, 1) the staff needs customer training, and 2) have some staff outside boarding area to help direct people to different groups NICELY!

The entire flight, the crew was selling something and you could not pass in aisle or even use toilet for half the fight. No entertainmrnt on a flight of 4.5 hrs and this was not supposed to be a low cost flight.

I liked the crew and the fact that the flight was on time in both directions. We actually landed a little earlier than scheduled. The food was decent enough for airplane food and there were some recently released movies to watch.

The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant.

The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food.

That I was forced to check my baggage. I never received a chain ticket for my luggage. The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster.

I really like the spaciousness, the plug ins and general service

I have a dairy allergy but had no option to prepurchase a dairy free meal. It made for a very unenjoyable flight as I couldn't eat anything they had. What was worse was after I told them of my situation they said they understood and had a meal that would do but there was cheese, yogurt, milk chocolate, etc.

First time I flew with Aer Lingus and can't say I will do it again. Didn't realize I was flying across continents in such a small plane. The flight attendants were barely civil; the bin above me housed supplies and on more than one occasion an attendant with visibly wet armpits leaned over me without nary an excuse me.

At Frankfurt Main airport the check in counter had initially only one person and the lines were very long. After about 30 minutes they opened 2 more counters. We were waiting at the gate for the bus and the flight time had passed , but no announcement that the flight is delayed. finally we get on the plane and then we get an announcement that we the plane does not have clearance for another hour and half. The entertainment on board is very very old stuff, and shockingly the food is also bad and no vegetarian food.

The crew and in flight experience were excellent.

Terminal procedures, particularly a tarmac delay and understaffed customs and security personnel, jeopardized my London Heathrow connection in spite of the 80 minute layover. Itineraries with less than a two-hour connection should be discontinued as a fraudulent misrepresentation of the passenger's likely success. I will never fly through Heathrow again.

Good plane, good crew, very nice having a row to myself. Loved the pretzel roll sandwich - good flavor, good texture, just the right amount of warmth!

Was spoiled by the 787 entertainment system on the outbound trip to London - this one was sluggish and dim. The curry chicken meal was not terrible, but not great.

My video monitor didn't work so I couldn't watch movies, asked the crew twice to help and they never did. Then to top off a terrible 10 hour flight with no entertainment, my bag never made it. Worst experience ever

So there ended up being issues with my inbound flight. It was very complicated and I had to wait in line at Heathrow airport for 45 min. I'm glad I arrived extra early. The service rep. was very nice and professional, but the system needs some improvements.

It was advertised as Austrian Airlines but when the details came through afterwards only then did it state that it was a United Airlines flight. So, I can't rate this flight because it had nothing to do with Austrian Airlines. You need to update your site so that it clearly states "Operated by..." when people are booking.

Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible.

At Frankfurt Main airport the check in counter had initially only one person and the lines were very long. After about 30 minutes they opened 2 more counters. We were waiting at the gate for the bus and the flight time had passed , but no announcement that the flight is delayed. finally we get on the plane and then we get an announcement that we the plane does not have clearance for another hour and half. The entertainment on board is very very old stuff, and shockingly the food is also bad and no vegetarian food.

Flights were on time. Planes were clean and comfortable. The food was ok - the ice cream was great as was the extra water.

Some better food quality would be great.

Nothing.

First time I flew with Aer Lingus and can't say I will do it again. Didn't realize I was flying across continents in such a small plane. The flight attendants were barely civil; the bin above me housed supplies and on more than one occasion an attendant with visibly wet armpits leaned over me without nary an excuse me.

We left a little late but arrived early.

My back was hurting after ten hours plus in my seat - even though I was in Economy Plus. The main course of my Asian Vegetarian Meal was tasty but the accoutrements were borderline dreadful.

Good plane, good crew, very nice having a row to myself. Loved the pretzel roll sandwich - good flavor, good texture, just the right amount of warmth!

Was spoiled by the 787 entertainment system on the outbound trip to London - this one was sluggish and dim. The curry chicken meal was not terrible, but not great.

The price for a direct flight was reasonable

Wifi wasn't working and movie selection poor. No individual screens especially for a 10 hr flight. Staff were not that friendly either. Old plane and small seats. I would rather pay more for a more comfortable flight.

The crew and in flight experience were excellent.

Terminal procedures, particularly a tarmac delay and understaffed customs and security personnel, jeopardized my London Heathrow connection in spite of the 80 minute layover. Itineraries with less than a two-hour connection should be discontinued as a fraudulent misrepresentation of the passenger's likely success. I will never fly through Heathrow again.
