I really do t have much to complain , if you have a boarding pass before your good to go just one thing when I was trying to do my check in I couldn't make it happen I even did live chat, and got caught salonschmitz.com/salonoff, and then I called customer service and they couldn't help me either. So I tried entering through check in with my credit card, I stead iof flight number and that worked! Woo hop no extra charge at the airport

The prompt staff

It was SO hot and when you're cramped like that, the temperature can make you panic a little bit. Did not get cooler in the air, and they made you pay for drinks!!! Even water! Nothing "easy" about this jet.

Didn't check in online before getting to the airport and could not get on my plane because they sold my seat. Agents didn't even try to help or care. Had to buy another ticket for full price so made the trip very expensive in the end. Not worth the discount!

When I was check-in at the airport, the staff in the Basel airport, was so rude. Even though I've done online check in, unable to use online boarding pass. Only said, I have to printing the boarding pass, but I was traveling around country side, so there were no place to printing the ticket. They could have explicitly told us that they require almost $15 to doubt boarding pass for each passenger if you didn't arrive at airport with one. A warning would have been welcome

After a slight delay, the crew got everyone on board quickly, and we got off, making up some of the time we had lost. A real "greased landing" by the pilot, (I didn't know we were down till he hit the brakes).

Shame the service no longer includes a complimentary snack/drink, especially as the prices have not changed. Doesn't encourage brand loyalty, although on that route BA sadly have the monopoly.

It seems to be a particular quirk of British Airports that gates are not announced until shortly before flight departure. I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?

I have been a fan of Easyjet for years but my last four experiences with them have been poor to say the least. A return flight to Naples earlier in the year and now Palermo shows that their attitude to customer care is slipping badly. All four flights were delayed to a greater or lesser degree. That happens and is usually beyond the control of the airline. What is not beyond their control is the way that they communicate during the delay and the way they treat their passengers. We are people not self-loading freight. Easyjet is fast becoming as bad as British Airways and they are by far the worst. A very frustrating and sad thing to see. The beginning of the end for Easyjet?

Abysmal communications. A don't care attitude. Not my problem syndrome. Treating passengers like cattle.

My luggage was lost & I was charged 45 pounds for my check-in (which I thought I'd already done). Staff were bordering on abusive to me & seemed to find this behaviour entertaining. I'll never fly Ryanair again.

It was SO hot and when you're cramped like that, the temperature can make you panic a little bit. Did not get cooler in the air, and they made you pay for drinks!!! Even water! Nothing "easy" about this jet.

When I was check-in at the airport, the staff in the Basel airport, was so rude. Even though I've done online check in, unable to use online boarding pass. Only said, I have to printing the boarding pass, but I was traveling around country side, so there were no place to printing the ticket. When in the airport , the staff require either online or printing boarding pass, but as my online boarding pass is not working, I said I would like to get boarding pass and willing to pay for it. But she was almost shouting to me and her face looking vey annoyed for doing additional work. I was uncomfortable for her service. And she only said "NEXT TIME!, OK?", her tone was like scold to child. I don't expect either excellence service or big friendly smile, but I paid for ticket and printing, I didn't bagging anything. I really did't understand her attitude, I don't have any reason to heard her shouting voice in the airport after holidays. I was consider never use Ryanair next time, seriously.

It seems to be a particular quirk of British Airports that gates are not announced until shortly before flight departure. I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?

I have been a fan of Easyjet for years but my last four experiences with them have been poor to say the least. A return flight to Naples earlier in the year and now Palermo shows that their attitude to customer care is slipping badly. All four flights were delayed to a greater or lesser degree. That happens and is usually beyond the control of the airline. What is not beyond their control is the way that they communicate during the delay and the way they treat their passengers. We are people not self-loading freight. Easyjet is fast becoming as bad as British Airways and they are by far the worst. A very frustrating and sad thing to see. The beginning of the end for Easyjet?

Abysmal communications. A don't care attitude. Not my problem syndrome. Treating passengers like cattle.

The people in Chicago told us that when we land in London, they would have all our new flights ready for us and ready to assist us. Not a frequent flyer and very naive I believed them. So we get to London and there was no assistance (at least to tell us where to go). We didn't know what or where to go for our new flights. After a lot of people trying to find out where to go, we get to the line and they were very long. With all this families in line trying to book flights, it took me 3/4 hours to try to book a flight to Glasgow. Another reason that it wasn't moving was because people kept coming to the express line and they would get them first, I don't know why they had priority, I wasn't there because of my fault, very frustrated). After about 3 hours in line, this lady comes to the line to ask people about flights. There was a few people in front of me by this time so I asked her that I was alone and just needed a flight to Glasgow if she could help me because I thought I would be fast and I didn't want to miss the last flight. She didn't care and said I had to wait. I told her that it was taking too long because the other bookings were for more than one person and farther than where I needed to go and it was taking too long. When it's finally my turn (about 4 hours), I told the guy that I had payed extra for a window sit. The guy that helped me re-book my flight told me that I would have to call for that. Which I did now but the first phone # I called, the guy said that I had to call this other #. I called the # he gave me and a recording comes out that they are too backed up with calls and cannot help me to go to the website. At the website, they are asking for the flight # of the re-booked flight (I only have my original flight #'s on my email). I don't know what happened to the ticket they gave me to board the re-booked flight so I don't have it. I don't know where else to call about my refund and also think I deserve some kind of compensation for missing a day at both airports (Chicago & London) with horrible treatment and service. CAN YOU HELP ME ON HOW TO TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT MY REFUND AND SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION?

Late getting going and consequently late to arrive. This is the case for every BA flight from LHR to GLA that I've taken in the past two years. It's why I avoid LHR where possible.

I like the comfort of the BA planes even for such a short hop, efficient service and fast.

Shame the service no longer includes a complimentary snack/drink, especially as the prices have not changed. Doesn't encourage brand loyalty, although on that route BA sadly have the monopoly.
