Pros: "The flight departed on time and arrived the same. The seat was a tad bit narrow for me but then I am a tall guy at 6'5". Crew was very professional. Ticket cost was a third of what the other airlines were offering for a Sunday fare. I'll definitely use BlueAir again!"

When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

The chairs were much more comfortable than any other plane I’ve been on due to the adjustable head rest, and as a regular flyer to Cyprus, this made a difference. The sweets served just before landing is an excellent idea and something that we do need due to our ears, so this was appreciated. staff were attentive and pleasant."

Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

When I asked for an explanation, he refused to give one and looked pleased that he had not done so. 2) Use of the rudest, clearly untrained and subcontracted ground staff I have ever met. Incredible performance by Menzies Aviation. When I tried to take my correctly sized bag to the cabin, a man about 40 years my junior accosted me. I tried to explain what had happened, and he interrupted me. When I said I would write to Caroline McCall (EasyJet CEO), he immediately told me to do so and arrogantly offered to give me his name. Yet he does not even work for EasyJet, but for Menzies. When I asked him not to tell me what to do, he replied that I was very rude. Yet at no time had I swore or raised my voice. He later repeated, gratuitously, this accusation, in a threatening manner. QUITE EXTRAORDINARY attitude to customer service, the idea that the customer is always right, etc. It appears that passengers are there to do Menzies a favour 3) Mangled English announcements over the intercom. Bored voice, running through information like a racing commentator, so one could not make any of it out. DISGRACEFUL CONDESCENSION TO PASSENGERS"

Cons: "Having fully boarded the plane, and with no prior indication at all, it was then announced that we wouldn't be leaving for another 2 1/2 hours because of an air traffic control strike in Italy. Instead of allowing us to stay in the terminal, we sat in tiny seats for longer than the flight itself was scheduled to be, with no offer of any refreshments. The pilot who made the announcement made it seem like a minor inconvenience and got the times wrong twice. Of course the strike isn't their fault but their handling of it couldn't have been worse."

When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling."

"Cheap flights " with wizz air : ticket -£73.00 + check-in £31.50 + coach to Luton £13.00 + coach from Stansted £13.00 + VERY POOR SERVICE! !!! NEVER EVER !!! My last time! !!! I will say to ALL my friends and posted in Facebook, Twitter and Instagramm! !! It's - ROBBERY!!!!!"

Pros: "Facilities are terrible! It was like stepping back in time! To use this as a stopover, is a poor decision because this airport does NOT meet the brief and does NOT warrant being used for passengers. I’ve been very polite here, I have more choice words I could use"
Cons: "Nothing! To learn that Wizz Air ‘allowed’ cabin size is so tiny was really shocking! With All the other budget airlines, easyJet, Monarch & even Ryanair my cabin would’ve been fine. This is the same hand luggage I’ve been using using for many years."

Cons: "It was a full plane ride but they didn't seem to be boarding on time? After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."

Pros: "Nice clean plane, friendly airline staff (as friendly as they get, we all know how they have that teflon attitude), OK food, I sat between 2 Bulgarian passengers which were very well behaved, one screaming baby nearby (as there always is) and no-one playing football with the back of my seat all the flight (you know who you are - hope someone does it to you), and no-one fidgeting all flight so all in all a good experience."
Cons: "Bit slow in opening the gate for people to get on. They expect to cram you like sardines on a hot staircase with no where to go when there is other people being checked in to board behind you, really stupid and possibly sadistic."

Pros: "Cost was ok but you get into the trap where every turn is a cost option. The cost can climb to the point where other scheduled flights compete."
Cons: "The web site is laborious. Checking in was 48hrs prior and frankly you should be able to choose what remaining seats are available as a no cost option. You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

Cons: "Ridiculous size restrictions on carry-on. If you can pack your clothes in a wallet, then you should be able to carry on at no cost. Only the smallest of bags will meet the "free" requirement. Website is awful to attempt to online check in. Crazy that they charge for check in at the airport if you cannot get their site to work. Customer service phone call also costs a quid a minute. It's almost as if they are proud that they screw you if you encounter any difficulty or you've made a mistake in the complicated boarding pass emailing procedure."

Cons: "6 hour delay. 5 euro voucher - that could only buy water. But worse than that was the staff on board. Their rudeness was beyond belief. They: - Stood next to me and bitched about their job and people on board the flight - Laughed about a girl in front of me and her weight - Yelled at me for having my laptop open at the start of our decent (rather than ask me to close it) - Did not apologies once for the delay (which meant I missed a family members birthday) A formal complaint will be written."

Cons: "When checking in I noticed me and my boyfriend were "randomly allocated" seats 10 rows apart. When I called and enquiried about this I was told that I would have to pay to move the seats even though there were 4 seats available next to my boyfriends allocated seat. This is ridiculous seeing as it was not a separate booking and there were plenty of seats available! On the way back my boyfriend was charged 50 euros for a bag which the flight attendant deemed as oversized even though on the way there it was perfectly fine. Her reasoning was that it would have to be put under the plane... When walking to the plane we saw that most people were asked to leave their hand luggage on the tarmac to be put "under the plane" without being charged so essentially we were ripped off yet again!"

Pros: "The flight departed on time and the crew were welcoming on board. The aircraft was clean and tidy. The flight en-route was comfortable, but only as we were asked to move to the emergency exits due to a lack of occupancy. The aircraft arrived on time and disembarkation was efficient. Castellon is a small quiet regional airport and a pleasure to fly from and to. There are now some additional facilities being installed (food and drinks outlets) which will make the experience more comfortable."
Cons: "We pre-paid for speedy boarding and fasttrack. Fasttrack was good but speedy boarding was a waste of money as we were boarded via a single queue onto a bus and then transported to the aircraft. On-board service was chaotic with many passengers around us complaining about the hot food. The method of pre-ordering whilst they then serve the cold service went badly wrong and all around us passenger were complaining about not getting their food. Then it would appear they ran out of one food product which left one passenger behind us very upset and they complained. Our food arrived but it was overcooked and they attempted to overcharge us but did not argue when we pointed out their error. On arrival at Castellon whilst waiting for border entry passengers were queuing onto the tarmac prior to having access to the under-cover terminal. It had been raining but had unfortunately stopped. If it were raining this would not be an acceptable situation and one that Ryanair should address with the airport."

Pros: "As per always, Ryanair are cheap, get you to your destination on time with minimal effort."

Pros: "Friendly, calm crew. Luggage collection was speedy."
Cons: "When gate was announced everyone went straight to long queue, with only one person working gate. No sign of anyone to do priority seating, if we had booked it. We had earlier been in a long queue for security, so were feeling, tired & frazzled. Our hand baggage went into the hold instead of on the plane."

Cons: "2 Bachelourette parties were on the flight, they boarded already drunk. Singly loudly and shouting profanities across the plane. The cabin crew did nothing to discourage this and started selling them more alcohol. The 50 minute flight was spent trying to block out the screaming and shouting from these two groups."
