The easyjet app is really not good. I only received updates through Kayk app on my phone about delays that were constantly increasing and decreasing in time. At one point, there was a delay for 1.5 hrs, but suddenly, the delay changed to just 30 minutes. If I hadn't of had my other app, I would have never known. Secondly, the easyjet app didn't save the fact that I had checked in. This caused an issue when I wanted to access my boarding pass getting onto the plane. I tried to see it, but the app said my plane had taken off and so I couldn't access it and therefore, wasn't sure of my seat number. Next time, I'd just appreciate a paper boarding pass because the issues that occur on the phone are too numerous.

The birding officer didn't inform me about the visa requirements to cross from Dusslouf to Vinna airport. This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )

Nice aircraft (new, pleasant atmosphere), on time departures, very courteous and prfessional staff, clean plane

British Airways misplaced our luggage for three days, and would give us no further information than "it will arrive soon." So, we were stuck near the local address we had provided in case they called for 2 full days. They refused to give us a more precise time as to when they would be delivered. Well, at one point they did say that they would be delivered at noon, but they weren't. Throughout the entire time waiting for the luggage to be delivered, there was no sense of urgency or concern on the part of British Airways. It seems missing luggage is just Business as Usual at British Airways.

The crew was nice in the wake of being delayed for hours.

Check in took forever. I wasn't able to check in online and was told "this is the price you pay" when I received word that my wife and I wouldn't be sitting together. Then we went to board far later than we were supposed to. After boarding the plane we sat for easily a half hour not moving with no information. Then find out there is scheduled maintenance which would be another hour. AC was shut off and got hot. Started to deplane but we were in back and didn't make it because they reveresed their decision. Got back on and said we would be leaving shortly. In all we say on the plane over 3 hours prior to take off. Never flying with your company again. Easily the worst experience flying ever.

No luggage room above our head, we had to leave our luggage somewhere else far from our seats and the crew should help us promptly to get those luggage back but no, we had to get it ourselves and had to wait till the very end after all the other passengers have already got off the plane. Not fair on us when we were sat next to exit but had to anxiously wait. Shame!

Flight from Munich to London was fine. No issues

On the return trip from London to Munich, I was fine with not knowing gate until 40 minutes before departure time, but then we entered a queue, were told the flight was delayed 9 minutes and then herded into a holding pen for over 30 minutes - possibly 45. I had a heavy backpack and did not know how much time I would be in that situation crowded by people. A plane arrived, disembarked, there was more time, and people were then let on from the front and back of the plane, with no direction which created chaos in the boarding process. The lack of communication and "herding" will significantly reduce the chance of me flying EasyJet in the future.

Their check in system is not clear.. We have a reservation for 2 passengers, and in the system I paid for an extra luggage... considering the price I paid I didnt realize that that was only an extra piece only for one passenger, so we had to pay 57 euros for the additional piece of the second passenger at the counter... considering the total ticket for 2 passenger was 120 euros, that increased the total price for almost 50%... Not even in Mexico the ticket for these kind of low budget airlines are so confuse and "tricky".

I travelled with my two children and they have given us three completely separate seats. I tried to ask the crew to help but they refused, both ground crew and in flight crew. We have flown with both Wizz Air and Easyjet this summer and those airlines have always assigned us seats together. Lufthansa did also. No idea why it was not possible for Eurowings. Also, crew were completely unhelpful, did not want to lift a finger for us. Luckily, a kind lady switched seats with me so I could sit next to my youngest son. Would definitely think twice about flying Eurowings again...

The flight was delayed by 40 minutes initially then a further 20 making it an hour late. Sitting at the gate there was then suddenly a last call to board the flight and a mad rush for everyone to get on. I appreciate that delays happen but the lack of communication ragardinh altered boarding times didn't make the situation any easier

The staff were friendly and all smiles. Seats were comfortable and we had a quick, smooth flight from Edinburgh to Amsterdam. The breakfast supplied was an egg and mayonnaise sandwich plus a drink, which seemed about right and very Dutch in character.

It was rainy and necessary to walk outside to access the plane; the staff should give their customers a heads-up so that jackets can be donned. Additionally, the check-in queue seemed rather sluggish.

Delayed boarding, delayed takeoff, delayed landing. Everything was done so slowly that we nearly misssed our connection.

British Airways misplaced our luggage for three days, and would give us no further information than "it will arrive soon." So, we were stuck near the local address we had provided in case they called for 2 full days. They refused to give us a more precise time as to when they would be delivered. Well, at one point they did say that they would be delivered at noon, but they weren't. Throughout the entire time waiting for the luggage to be delivered, there was no sense of urgency or concern on the part of British Airways. It seems missing luggage is just Business as Usual at British Airways.

We did not realize Easyjet does not distinguish between personal items and carry-on luggage like most other carriers. As such we had too many hand bags. They kindly checked our bags for us.

Nothing special to mention

No luggage room above our head, we had to leave our luggage somewhere else far from our seats and the crew should help us promptly to get those luggage back but no, we had to get it ourselves and had to wait till the very end after all the other passengers have already got off the plane. Not fair on us when we were sat next to exit but had to anxiously wait. Shame!

Their check in system is not clear.. We have a reservation for 2 passengers, and in the system I paid for an extra luggage... considering the price I paid I didnt realize that that was only an extra piece only for one passenger, so we had to pay 57 euros for the additional piece of the second passenger at the counter... considering the total ticket for 2 passenger was 120 euros, that increased the total price for almost 50%... Not even in Mexico the ticket for these kind of low budget airlines are so confuse and "tricky".

A fellow traveler needed to check a bag and BA charged more for the bag than we paid for the flight. They said that because the flight was not full it cost more??? Ridiculous! If flight not full she should have paid less.... Very unhappy with this policy.

Clean, polite, new, MUC is a sparkling modern airport. Crew looked snazzy and there were plenty of downstairs bathrooms. On flight movies are great as were audio books on board,
