A return flight to Naples earlier in the year and now Palermo shows that their attitude to customer care is slipping badly. All four flights were delayed to a greater or lesser degree. That happens and is usually beyond the control of the airline. What is not beyond their control is the way that they communicate during the delay and the way they treat their passengers. We are people not self-loading freight. Easyjet is fast becoming as bad as British Airways and they are by far the worst. A very frustrating and sad thing to see. The beginning of the end for Easyjet?

Abysmal communications. A don't care attitude. Not my problem syndrome. Treating passengers like cattle.

Flight from Munich to London was fine. No issues

On the return trip from London to Munich, I was fine with not knowing gate until 40 minutes before departure time, but then we entered a queue, were told the flight was delayed 9 minutes and then herded into a holding pen for over 30 minutes - possibly 45. I had a heavy backpack and did not know how much time I would be in that situation crowded by people. A plane arrived, disembarked, there was more time, and people were then let on from the front and back of the plane, with no direction which created chaos in the boarding process. The lack of communication and "herding" will significantly reduce the chance of me flying EasyJet in the future.

It seems to be a particular quirk of British Airports that gates are not announced until shortly before flight departure. I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?

The birding officer didn't inform me about the visa requirements to cross from Dusslouf to Vinna airport. This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )

There was a short boarding agent that was not friendly or helpful while checking people in. We watched her bully a customer for walking up before being called up. Then we got to go and she looked at my bag and said it won't fit. She told a us to put it I the box, it fit. She was not happy. The case has been a carry on for five flights prior to this flight.

It was SO hot and when you're cramped like that, the temperature can make you panic a little bit. Did not get cooler in the air, and they made you pay for drinks!!! Even water! Nothing "easy" about this jet.

You would think that after spending 1100 on a ticket that a passenger could chose their own seat within 24 hours of their flight. Nope. They wanted me to pay for my seat after already spending 1100. Then they said I was randomly selected for a TSA check in Zurich. Seriously. And there was no TSA agent in sight doing the check. It was a Swiss Airline Employee. Never had that happen even in the USA.

There was a short boarding agent that was not friendly or helpful while checking people in. We watched her bully a customer for walking up before being called up. Then we got to go and she looked at my bag and said it won't fit. She told a us to put it I the box, it fit. She was not happy. The case has been a carry on for five flights prior to this flight.

The prompt staff

It was SO hot and when you're cramped like that, the temperature can make you panic a little bit. Did not get cooler in the air, and they made you pay for drinks!!! Even water! Nothing "easy" about this jet.

Flight was 30 min delayed . When we landed, the jetway was someone mispositioned and it took even longer to get us off the plane - nearly 1 hour late. Missed my dinner appointment as a result and generally bad start to my trip to Munich . Very disappointed .

I upgraded to premium seats in 3rd row lots of legroom and get to board first. Friendly staff Nice food and drinks selection I like their model and would use again

It seems to be a particular quirk of British Airports that gates are not announced until shortly before flight departure. I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?

The food was good and the flight attendants were attentive, especially considering the number of passengers. Overall, British Airways does a much better job than most American airlines.
