Cons: "I took two flights today. Both were late. Ryanair also lost my baggage."
Cons: "Very long wait for baggage pick up Overall it was adequate and safe"
Pros: "Que fossem pontuais."
Cons: "Ocorreu muito atraso na decolagem. O embarque foi muito confuso, ficamos muito tempo trancado no ônibus até a aeronave pois ela demorou a ficar pronta para os novos passageiros entrarem. Foi caótico. Não repetiria."
Cons: "I didn’t know that I had to pay and extra £15 just to get a seat! I thought I already paid enough for my ticket ."
Pros: "Well heck it’s cheap at least. Make sure you pay for upgrades."
Cons: "You get nickelled and dimed for everything. Seats are cramped. Lots of drunk people. Miserable staff."
Pros: "Humor of the pilot"
Cons: "One hour delay, which we had to be in the plane, and was VERY hot inside, like 35C+ and more. Total inappropriate. Noise from passengers. Tight places between seats in front of me and me. Tight places on seats between me and next passenger next to me. FastTrack was not so fast, didn't felt it is something special and priority for me and my wife. Had to wait with the rest of the passengers."
Pros: "The crew and the pilots were very nice!!"
Cons: "The sitting politics, and the selling system."
Cons: "rude staff"
Cons: "We boarded after the time it was supposed to take off and once in Barcelona we had to wait about 25 minutes to collect our bags."
Pros: "60 quid return to Barcelona from London. Can't be bad. Comfortable seat and very pleasant cabin crew."
Cons: "They called boarding a long time before it actually started. Food available was not so good."
Pros: "Normal simple RyanAir flight, as long as one does not eat food or buy a glass of wine at £8each."
Cons: "Priority on-boarding was fine to start with, until the later passengers started bringing on too much hand luggage and long coats stuffed with clothes, and stuff. Cabin Staff just wanted to get away as fast as and gave up preventing these degenerate snowflake freeloaders from stuffing their bits and pieces in several storage cabins along the cabin. Of course these people went to all of the lockers in turn and rifled through them as their stuff was spread across several lockers. Luckily my bag, with it’s many padlocks, was completely locked down, and it survived an attempt to open it. My partner was not so lucky, however. Clearly the cabin staff are under pressure to get moving and keep the passengers happy. But it is obvious to m that these ‘later’ passengers are working a scam to steal from other passengers. RyanAir need to make these argumentative over packers, put their stuff in the hold, without question or get off. Off-boarding was also a joke, the priority boarders at the front of the plane that Paid the most, had to get on a bus to the terminal that was the last to move...so forcing a lengthy queue at passport control, it took over an hour to get into the terminal. As the less exoerienced traveller faffled about with their documents, multiple children, and no queueing system. It was chaos on the Spanish side. RyanAir would avoid the delays by having better trained assertive staff, and a little better administration on the ground to ensure that priority boarders get what they paid for. Otherwise I might as well fly SwissAir, or Lufthansa, which are only a 15% price point away. [after seat booking and other RyanAir add on costs.] Passenger===Disappointed [and literally was robbed in flight.]"
Pros: "Good legroom"
Cons: "No pockets in seats Crew training appears inadequate"
Pros: "We were priority so it was fine otherwise it would have been a mess."
Cons: "No tvs or beverages without paying. Otherwise everything was great"
Pros: "great service, no turbulence"
Cons: "Check in, crowds, cramped seats"
Pros: "Refund and a nice note"
Pros: "It was exceptionally inexpensive"
Cons: "It seemed like if you weren't paying close enough attention, you'd get nickel-and-dimed for every little thing that most airlines just take care of automatically"
Cons: "Not very comfortable seats"
Pros: "El costo es bastante economico"
Cons: "El cambio de gate a última hora, y no envian la informacion completa del terminal de abordaje"
Pros: "Good leg space."
Cons: "Charging processing fee if checking in is not done online before you arrive at the airport."
Pros: "Nothing, I do not like their business model"
Cons: "We felt exactly like cattle going into the cattle car ... 4 hours LATE! No employee treated us as humans."
Pros: "I got to soain safely"
Cons: "Delays 45-90 minutes at least"
Pros: "The price of the flight and convenient travel times kept making their flights more attractive. The flight itself was very nice and comparable to any other airline despite comments I had read about steep lift offs and advertisements blaring the whole time. None of that happened."
Cons: "Of course the price of the Ryanair flights is what lures you in., but just about EVERYTHING else after that is stressful with this airline. All their rules must be followed precisely or you'll pay through the nose. After painstaking finding the right sized roller bags and under seat sack and making sure I was well within the weight limit, they never measured or weighed either of them. I also saw plenty of carry-on luggage way bigger than mine come on board and go into the overhead bins just fine. Kind of pissed me off. The price to check bags is SO SO high, but with the limited weight you can take in the carry-on, you almost have to check a bag unless you're doing a short 3-5 day trip."
Pros: "I really appreciated receiving one on one attention to check in on my health status as well as some sparkling water to settle my stomach, and having a bag for nausea. They were incredibly adept at dealing with a potentially sick passenger, and got me a wheelchair to depart the plane."
Cons: "None of the flight attendants had knowledge of the terrorist attackstbat had occurred, and did not acknowledge my fear and uncomfortability in boarding a flight heading towards the terrorist attacks. I would like Ryanair to consider giving me a full refund for this flight due to the poor customer service."
Cons: "3 hour delay! Walked out of barcrlona airport ar 3am!"
Pros: "Cheap, nothing fancy but totally efficient and courteous."
Cons: "Seats are really uncomfortable but for a short flight not terrible."
Cons: "They are very strict with their cabin luggage policy, but are not polite about it and try to charge even people who do comply with their specified sizes."
Cons: "Delayed by 2 hours without advanced notice."
Cons: "Service was poor, lack of professionalism"
Cons: "The check in was so bad. There were not much info on what to do. They want me to pay around 100 point to check me in to the fligth. When we landed the luggage when to a band that where not in the same building and they took around a half hour to help us out. We have to walk for like 10 minutes"
Pros: "Service costumers disagree"
Pros: "Good deal with regard to basic airfare."
Cons: "The bag check lines were slow and the agent was unfriendly. We were told our luggage was okay for carry on - size and weight requirements were met- at bag check. At the gate, the agent tried to charge us 50 euros per bag. Outrageous!"
Pros: "Everything and everyone was on point apart that we had a perfect landing."
Cons: "That , they changed the gates with 20 minutes before embarking."
Pros: "Everything, price, knowledge, clean planes, great customer service"
Cons: "The flight attendant was very rude and the way she stared at me because I told her the free spot was for my bag... It hurt me. The flight attendant they should be with a smile on their face and try to help the passengers, not treat them like rubbish."
Pros: "Great cabin crew"
Pros: "Food and entertainment was not part of the deal. Fine with me."
Cons: "Everything was fine. 15 minute early arrival."
Pros: "For little more you can fly a major airline with seats that recline boarding passes that you don't have to pay to print at the airport ( traveling you often don't have access to printer) ."
Cons: "Tight seating."
Cons: "seats are too crammed and uncomfortable"
Cons: "Awful checkin staff"
Pros: "The whole experience was smooth and painless, and considering it's a budget airline, no real complaints. But you have to remember this is a budget airline so this is no-frills to the extreme-- you pay for things you are not accustomed to flying "normally." (See below)"
Cons: "We were fortunately well informed, so none of this was surprising or a major obstacle to us, but remember: Absolutely *nothing* is included. You must pay to check baggage, and by weight (regular or "large" ... "Large" being just a typically full, full sized suitcase) and must pay online in advance or the price to do so at the airport is ridiculous. You must pay for ANY refreshments on the plane-- no free pretzels, no free water. Pack snack/buy drinks past security if you can't go without. Expect to pay extra for anything other than a seat (assigned seats are extra) on the plane and you won't be disappointed."
Pros: "what I liked most is leaving the plane when I arrived"
Cons: "poor service, poor attention, uncomfortable seatings, tight space, sardines could be happy in this flying tins"
