Pros: "Overall Easyjet is an ok airline, I will continue to fly with them, however, small things like paying extra for speedy boarding and then not having a separate line is a real disappointment. Given the option I would pay a the extra to fly with a better airline, however, being from Northern Ireland we are limited to what we can have."

Cons: "Went straight from boarding to gate closed, and when stated gate was closed there was still a queue s mile long. Flight was delayed, but this was presumably due to French air traffic control strike."

Pros: "There is nothing to like about an airline that appears to have low fares and then nickel & dimes you for everything, typical bait-and-switch style of doing business."
Cons: "First of all, this airline needs to train their staff better. The gate agent I dealt with on a flight has no business in any field where she would be required to work with people. Second, this airline needs to get their s*@t together when it comes to baggage. I was humiliated (by the creature they hired for a gate agent) when I was forced off the boarding line and then demanded to pay 200 euros (cash only and in euros only) for carry-on luggage that was under the size and weight requirements, and had already flown, without incident, on numerous flights during the same trip. I filed a complaint with Ryanair and weeks later received a very passive, useless, response from some brain-dead individual in corporate I suppose. No one at Ryanair cared about the mafioso-type treatment my family and I, including my 80-year-old mother, received. Avoid this airline at all costs (literally and figuratively)! It will not save you money, or anything else. It will only cost you more!"

Cons: "The 3hr delay with no explanation or any information whilst waiting in the airport."
Cons: "I didn’t know that I had to pay and extra £15 just to get a seat! I thought I already paid enough for my ticket ."

Cons: "Horrible boarding. Horrible seats. Garbage sandwiches for a fee. Zero entertainment. Not even a seat pocket. Toilet was disgusting, no wipers. Hyper stressed. Glad it's over, baby! Never ever, again."
Cons: "Issues getting checked in. Multiple lines which we were ushered from and to only to be told to go back to self check kiosk. By the time we get to self check kiosk for the 2nd time our gate is closed and we’ve missed our flight. Not sure why the person at the check in counter couldn’t check our bags for us and get us moving through security??? No offer of any reimbursement and additionall cost for new flight later in the day at more than twice the cost of the flight we missed. Lack of clear direction or any semblance of customer service. I guess you get what you pay for..."
Cons: "We boarded after the time it was supposed to take off and once in Barcelona we had to wait about 25 minutes to collect our bags."
