Pros: Smooth flight. On time. Satellite TV.

Cons: One boarding agent for the whole plane and he was slow. Started boarding fairly early but didn't finish until 15 minutes after scheduled departure. Very cramped for 5 hour flight. Older model entertainment center. Paying for usual amenities. Crowded gate set up. Grumpy crew.

Cons: Our flight was late, and we had a sick passenger and had to wait until they leave however many of us had connecting flights in which we missed. The flight attendant should have allowed the one's connecting a flight leave first.

Pros: Airport Staff .. they were really friendly and they were super cool in helping us .

Cons: 3 Plus hours flight ... nothing to eat . I was coming from West coast and waited whole night and the Miami Airport Hotel refused to allow me as they say its from 10 AM to 6 PM only . What is the purpose of the Hotel in the Airport is a mystery to me . I was so hungry wanted to buy ...still nothing to eat .

Pros: Nothing. Have not flown American airlines for the past 15 yrs because they always managed to have mechanical problems, delays, etc. Flew with then for the first time since, and again, mechanical problems. They kept us inside the plane for two hours. Because of that delay I missed my connection.

Cons: The hotel they put me in (Holiday Inn Airport) is like going back to the 70’s. Horrible experience overall. Needless to say, not flying American Airlines ever again.

Pros: The A321-S was a pretty good aircraft. Nicely updated interior. Staff were young & professional. Everyone was happy, efficient and professional. It was nice to see the Captain smile and say goodbye to ALL the passengers. Well done AA!

Pros: Our tickets did not come with seat assignments. Some kind soul, (the nice young lady who checked us in at the airport perhaps?) assigned us two seats together near the front in economy plus. We really enjoyed those spacious, convenient seats! Also, the entertainment (movies) were free and recent.

Cons: Honestly, nothing. This was one of our best flights home from Europe with United.

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in GBP.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.

More questions or if you have a bad price to report to us
Please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.

The fares displayed include all taxes and fees for economy class travel and were found by the provider in the last 72 hours. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and days. Fares are subject to change and may not be available on all flights or dates of travel. Some carriers charge additional fees for extra checked bags. Please check the carriers' sites.
