Seats, comfort level ugh. Crew was not attentive, only to coach
All corners have been cut and it’s a cheap experience that no longer is distinguished from most other cheap airlines
The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured
it would good to have at least something to drink...
I can’t comment on food as it was necessary to buy it. No entertainment.
Everything was fantastic except the Iberia website and app… they left a lot of questions and induced much stress. But once on the plane, all was awesome.
Premium economy class is pathetic. Rubbed shoulders with passenger next to me all flight. Only about 20 passengers in that class but they ran out of one food option shortly after started serving the main meal. Flight attendant was curt and acted annoyed when asked any questions.
My flight with I berira was okay byt the lost my bags I still dont have them also the transit flight was so no comfortable so I dont think will go with them throught and transit flight again
Iberia is an excellent airline, I spent years flying with them and I recommend them 100×100, both locally and internationally.
Pros: "The crew was accommodating during the flight but spoke very little English and could not help with information on connecting flight."
Cons: "We missed our connecting flight due to a delay and the airline would not let us through because we could have made our second flight...."
Cons: "Connecting though Beijing from Taipei to LAX is not recommended if you can avoid it!"
Pros: "The food was good. It was nice that they supply wet hot towels before each meal. The seat was comfortable with the price I paid for. The rest room is nice and clean and quite spacious. The L’occitane toiletery bag was nice."
Cons: "It would be nice to supply mouthwash in the rest room. It would be nice to have a foot step at the bottom to open the trash container. The comforter is not washed and smells."
Cons: "Even for business class there is no TV screen on each seat. Just one small TV screen on the ceiling for a few rows to share. It would be much better with TV screen on each seat. I was sitting in the first row business class and the air hostess skipped me and didn’t give me a slipper. She gave me a used slipper at the end only without a packet. This is unprofessional to treat a business class passenger"

Cons: "On one leg, it must have been an older plane, because the business class seats barely reclined."
Pros: "Very frustrated experience. Air China, air Canada, budget air, all push responsibilities away. Budget air got my name wrong, too, which would have caused me to not be able to get on the original flight from China anyways."
Cons: "Still I have not been able to get someone to fix my problem for me although I was promised that I could postpone my return flight by one day because of the delay at Victoria airport. Ended up having to buy a return ticket by myself."
Pros: "The crew was super helpful and amazing! Comfortable seats and plenty of space for someone my size to sit (5’4”)."
Cons: "The only thing that I think could be better is the entertainment. I had a hard time figuring out how to use the screen on the aircraft but the selection of shows was good."

Cons: "kayak charge me for seat assiment and kosher food and millage number Nom of those was in and i had to travel with out food and fight to get seats and make sure the millage number is in"
Cons: "Traffic on the strip made us sit in our seats for a long time, about an hour and I had my infant on my lap who had peed through his pants but I wasn’t allowed to go to the lavatory and change his diaper or clothes! This was to Seoul not Beijing."
