Very good except the boarding process too forever and wasn’t organized by group. I had a heavy pack or I wouldn’t have minded. I was in business. There were no audible announcements in the waiting area about boarding and everyone packed into the boarding area. Then boarding stopped for a long time but the staff made no announcements to update waiting passengers about the holdup. The flight was good after we got on.

Seats were in disrepair. Seat back pockets were all broken. Seats recline very far, which is comfortable for occupant, but confining for person behind.

After boarding cabin was too hot AC didn’t work

Four of my family members was settled in a different seats. I paid extra $200 dollars for 4 seats just to be all together, but they settled us on separated seats. After a lots of time they put us 2 and 2. My kids are 9 and 13 . How i can leave them alone???

Excellent service and comfort from the moment you check in. Flight crew is hyper focused on making passengers comfortable and at ease. It’s like a flying hotel!

Clean, well presented, comfortable business class seats. Good service and attention and good privacy when needed. Excellent trip and would use them again.

Boarding in Madrid was among the worst. Not the worst, but pretty bad. Cabin crew was very professional and friendly, as usual, I might add. Somebody needs to adjust the temperature in the cabin (i.e. too hot) and also the ventilation (there was none until arrival). Entertainment console didn't work (not the first time I have reported this incidence). Overall, TK is still one of my favorite airlines because of Istanbul and the lounge in Istanbul.

This is the first and last time I will be traveling Turkish airlines. The flight was delayed three times. Second time we sat on the aircraft for approximately an hour and a half. Initially told that the delay would only be 15 minutes then no explanation thereafter except that we were deboarding. We missed our connecting flights to Zimbabwe, and had to pay for a overnight hotel stay in addition to paying for a new tickets to our get to our final destination. They allowed us to order food from the airport food court but only from fast food and even that they limited the menu items we could select. I would some to contact me about the refund on the hotel and the connecting flight!
