The extra 3" was great, and we had to pay more on the return trip. The FAA should be investigating seat size and safety on planes."

There is no wonder wall on the 747 only a wonder "basket" If you are flying from Gatwick, upgrading to premium isn't worth it. Go to upper class or fly with another airline. Check in was quicker for Economy passengers and it proved a challenge to work past the economy passengers during boarding to get to the premium agent."

No window blinds = woken up by blazing sun in middle of 11 hr night flight, even with sleeping pills my sleep was wrecked, even with eyemask. Passengers penned in on narrow aisles by trolleys, unable to walk around plane & risk of DVT. Passengers disempowered by restricted space, lighting, mobility. I want more control over my personal mobility &, lighting. Horrible headsets (bring my own). This flight departed 2.5 HRs LATE from JHB & the crew & cavin service was SLOW. NO requested second cup of tea brought - I waited 20 mins & climbed over trolleys to get another one, even though it was requested of cabin crew. Do they just ignore us? Or forget?"

Flight was delayed from Sydney to Bali, which caused me to miss my pick up. Not sure if I'll fly with them again."

"We flew First Class to LA from Denver on the Delta-branded contract airline - Sky West. On the way back, we flew First Class on a Delta Airlines owned jet, and the experience was so much better. The flights should have been comparable; but unfortunately cost-cutting by Sky West was evident."

Cons: "We went in LGA to the Baggage drop off and the employee there was super rude. On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate."

Cons: "LAX security is awful. We never left the airport (arrived LAX from Sydney AU) yet were forced thru security again. Had to remove shoes, was scanned and "frisked" by TSA to get to Denver. To go to Australia, Denver TSA waived the removal of shoes, skipped the scan for the metal detector and no one touched me, ditto for LAX on the trip to Sydney. Where's the uniformity or standards for TSA?? Why did I have to be subjected to this garbage on the way home?? This is why I despise flying. It makes no sense to me. This ruined what was a great vacation."

Cons: "Boeing 767-400ER seats had no leg room for 6'+ traveller like me. The entertainment system was so old that there were no 115v outlets or USB ports. On a 7-hour flight, that is a significant problem for travellers today with multiple electronic devices. Finally, we were not told in advance that we had to go through security twice and through US Customs BEFORE leaving Dublin. So, the 6-hour layover at JFK was a complete waste of our time as we did not have to go through Customs there."

Gate agents disappeared after 7pm becuase they were due to be done with their shifts when our flight was originally supposed to leave at 6 pm. It felt like we were trapped in the movie The Terminal. Oh! And our bag was misrouted, because that was just how things went those 2 days. All in all a 6 hour trip turned into 18 hours. I could have driven home in that amount of time!"

I went to the airport and indeed it had arrived and for some reason it was returned to Atlanta. After endless calls and conversations I got my luggage that evening. It was very inconveniencing. Worst experience of my life. Never again."

"I'm not really sure what the difference is between Economy and Premium Economy on these long-haul flights, especially when the plan isn't very full and people in Economy can lie down across an entire row. The seats in Premium Economy are a bit bigger, but you can't recline or lie down and I'm pretty sure we get the same food options as regular economy. You get a little goodie bag that you don't really need. Also, there is really no point upgrading to business class on the short flights with Lufthansa. The seat size is the same as the rest of the plane. So, you're paying $50 or so for a pretty small snack/meal and a curtain between you."

Both Lufthansa and my travel agency pointed the finger at the other and I had to purchase another $1000 ticket to get home. There was no cancellation emails or any notification. I didn’t know my tixkets were cancelled until I was trying to check in. Worst experience ever!!"

I asked her are we not going to get anything to eat since you are out of options. She continuously kept on repeating that I said no and that she kept emphasizing that there is only beef option left. Finally she save the supplement To meal. Her tone was very impolite when especially we pay so much and service we get for a long flight is good"

Cons: "The flight was transferred to a smaller plane, either because there were few passengers (the first story we heard) or because of mechanical problems on the original craft (the second story). Business class was oversold as a result, and boarding was delayed for an hour while they waited for enough BC passengers to accept 800 euros for the downgrade to economy plus. They repeatedly threatened to cancel the flight rather than raise the offer. Eventually enough knuckled under and we were allowed to leave. Some no doubt missed connections because of this petty brinkmanship. The funny coda is that because the plane was so undersold, anyone in economy that wanted their own row could have one, while economy plus was packed with the embittered and downgraded."

Cons: "There is no one at Kayak to answer questions on weekends. Message says "call back during 'regular' business hours" but does not specify what that means, nor what time zone they are in. (BTW, most people travel on weekends so ya may want to consider providing customer service then...duh). When I finally was able to reach someone in order to upgrage to Premium Economy, they could not help me but said they would send an email with an answer to how much that would cost. The email never came. I will never book with Kayak again."

Pros: "Good was yummy and the setwardess were super friendly. Staff was plentiful and the plan was very modern and high tech. Also had a layover in Munich airport and it was amazing. Very high tech, I took advantage of the napcaps and shower facilities. Also the restaurants were on par with great red win."

Arrived almost 2 days late (the original was direct, the United had layovers) and missed a planned trip to Neuschwanstein castle. Flying from Munich- The entertainment screen was broken, completely unusable. After a hard reset by the flight attendant several times... Still broken. She said she thought it would fix itself once we were at cruising altitude. Nope. Notified the flight attendant who said vaguely "I'll see what I can do..." Never came back to check, never got offered any sort of compensation (even something like a free mixed drink would have been nice), offer to move seats, nothing. So- ten hours with no entertainment/nothing to watch, just a malfunctioning screen. Food was mediocre. We boarded late, and left almost 1 hour late because they had to wait for an employee (who was not working, just getting a ride back) to board. Literally there and back with Lufthansa was a fiasco. On top of it, we have been back for 3 weeks and are still waiting to hear back from Lufthansa customer service. Apparently they only communicate by email with complaints. Not over the phone. So after repeated emails, just radio silence. Terrible airline."

Pros: "Everything was wonderful! Lufthansa is spot on from boarding, to in flight service to the moment you leave. They are helpful, friendly, fun and a wonderful crew where I know I'm in good hands!"

Cons: "Boarding process was torture. Lufthansa invited us to check-in early, but would not allow us to finish the check-in online process the day prior: seemed to be glitch in their computer system. We arrived at the airport early, but no one at Lufthansa could help us with seat assignments in order to seat our 12-yo daughter next to a partent. The airline did not open the gate area until 1+35 prior to the flight (advertised 2-hrs prior), and did not put anyone at the gate-desk until 1-hr prior to departure ...and they still could not help us. Boarding was disorganized; Lufthansa appeared to board by different groups, but there were no announcements as to which group(s) should board. Instead there was just a large crowd milling about, waiting to push their way to a gate agent. Very un-German."

I also don't understand why my preferences from my profile are not used in the pre-allocation of my seat."

Pros: "I have a servere hearing problem and was concerned (since we were late leaving Zurich for my changeover in Frankfurt), that I would be late because I can't hear any loudspeaker systems (either on planes or in airports). I felt that I could get easily lost between flights and not have time to get to the Frankfurt/Denver flight. I told this to the person at the gate in Zurich, and he immediately arranged for someone to meet me in Frankfurt and take me there. I was met by Maika in Frankfurt and she was just excellent--personable and efficient and really helpful. I'm sorry I couldn't remember the name of the person at the gate in Zurich. He was also great. I wouldn't have done this if I had had more time, but this really made my day (and my flight!) ! Thank you!"

Cons: "The return leg has been nothing but a disaster, in every way possible, specifically my time and financially. At no point in the booking process, when I paid over $800 for the trip, was I told that I needed a specific travel visa (Canadian ETA) to fly back into Toronto for my return flight. Subsequently when I checked in for my flight yesterday morning in Manchester, England, I did not have the required travel documents and had to be rerouted onto a flight into the U.S. at a cost to me of $350. The rerouted flight got me to Washington Dulles airport, where I then had to purchase a second flight to get me home to Cleveland, Ohio, at an additional/extra cost of $450. MY CAR IS PARKED AT TORONTO PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT!!! I am having to now rent a car and drive there tomorrow (Friday) to collect my car, at another additional cost of $100 plus a 10-hour round trip. Due to the lack of information and communication on your companies behalf, I am down close to a $1,000 and will lose 2-days in work as of the additional days I am having to travel back to Toronto to collect my vehicle. I would appreciate contact from your organization to find the avenue I need to take for compensation of my time and finances. Regards"

Didn't like paying 60 GBP (pounds, about $75) for 3 sandwich lunches with 3 alcoholic drinks, IcelandAir could do better."

Cons: "Food offerings for 7.5 hour flight very limited, and not complimentary. This was not communicated when I booked the flight (would have considered using a different airline). Entertainment options were limited compared to other airlines' long-distance offerings. Only two beverage service in 8 hours, no complimentary snacks, and each time I wasn't given the entire can of soda, just poured a small glass. Pretty skimpy. My family members who used different airlines got a much more for their money, with similar ticket price. Flight took off late and we did not make up time in the air so we arrived an hour late."

No food included in the price of a ticket for such long flight? Poorly organized and managed departure process. The passenger next to me was sick looking. He was coughing loudly and frequently all the time during that flight. For more then 7h of the flight no flight attendant demonstrated ANY interest or offered any help. Furthermore when his female companion (wife?) asked just for cup of water so he could get his meds at the beginning of the flight they were told to wait for the regular service to start (what took app 30min). So overall my impression of the Icelandair service is no more then just O'k."

We were near the doors between Business Class and Economy, so we were expecting it to be even a little cold, but it was so warm that I was in a tank top the entire flight. The boarding process in Reykjavik was very odd, even for them. There was just a door in the wall under our gate # and without warning it was opened and everyone just got up and went through it. There was no announcement. Apparently the checkin desk was upstairs. We then waited 20 minutes in line, before they finally started boarding us int he order we were queued - again, no announcement."

Cons: "We were 3 hours late to Denver after leaving Iceland late. This was partially due to weather. The only upsetting thing was the $31 "dinner" available in the airport consisting of a frozen individual pizza, sandwich and 2 waters! We felt like we were being gouged for the airlines issues. The entertainment system on this flight from Iceland to Denver was a bit old and of all four flights, the system was difficult to access."

Cons: "My friend flew Delta to our same location at almost the same time for a slightly cheaper fair and she received two free meals and two hot towels aboard the flight. I wasn't expecting to have to pay for dinner. Otherwise I would have brought food on."

Cons: "USB jack at my seat was broken; my neighbor let me use hers for a bit. Her headphone jack was broken, so I offered to let her use mine, but then she needed to use my TV, so that wasn't ideal either. Many errors using the entertainment system--very laggy and frequent "temporarily unavailable" messages. Also, we were about 40 minutes delayed due to a mechanical issue (discovered once we were all boarded, extending an already lengthy flight)."

Pros: "Sat in exit row for the leg room but ended up with a bruised tailbone from the seats cross support. Could barely sit for a week"

Pros: "Crew was very professional and responsive to a difficult weather situation at the airport in Reykjavik."
Cons: "Admittedly this is something of an airport issue more than an airline issue, however considering Icelandair is one of the few airlines servicing the airport in Reykjavik there has to be some level of coordination going on between the two entities. Regardless, 5 different US-bound flights were all scheduled to leave within 15 minutes of each other in the same small corner of the Reykjavik airport, so when delays started coming in due to weather that area became an extremely congested mess. Perhaps its a cultural norm in Iceland to just remain silent in times of mini-crisis, but the desk attendants made no effort to communicate what was going on to the hundreds of people crammed in atop one another in the waiting area. This led to a lot of frustration from the waiting travelers. Both of these problems could have been prevented by better planning (not scheduling all outbound flights happening in a quarter hour's time into the same small corner of the airport) and better communication from the airline staff, the lack of which really aggravated a difficult situation for the people there. Once on the flight, though, everything went very smoothly, and the flight crew was quite apologetic and professional."

Cons: "There was no sense of urgency to get the plane in the air. Our connecting flight was late and we had to rush to the connection flight. When we got on board we then sat on the tarmac for an hour because the fuel truck ran out of gas on its way to fill our plane. The crew seemed to have never worked on an airplane before and the plane needed updates. Food or snacks should be provided on longer flights like other airlines."

Cons: "The crew were rude and unwelcoming. Having to actually PURCHASE food and drinks on an international, transatlantic flight is ludicrous. Having made the trip from the USA to Europe many, many times, this was a shock and something that i didn't prepare for. The cabin crew were extremely rude and uncaring. Being offered a drink of water once in 7.5 hours is ridiculous and frankly dangerous for some. This was not a cheap flight, so for such poor service, I think things need to change. A smile from a crew member may not go a miss either. Thanks Icelandair, but i shall not be choosing you for my travel needs in the future, and neither will my friends and colleagues."

Cons: "When we arrived at Keflavik airport the terminal was immensely crowded with several flights due to leave the US at once. It was overcrowded to the point of being uncomfortable and there was a 30min+ wait to buy food from the only shop. As a result we did not have time to grab a bite to eat between flights. My partner was subjected to additional TSA checks which I am aware is a random check and a nescessity but due to the amount of flights departing for the US this took an extra hour, and delayed our flight. I'm thankful that Iceland Air didn't leave without us but it was an immensely stressful experience that I don't wish to go through again."

Cons: "Late departure. Not enough fuel in plane so had to refuel in Minneapolis. Even with headwinds, there should have been enough fuel put into the plane to complete the trip. They stopped in at an airport that was experiencing thunderstorms, and while we were refueling, our plan was struck by lightening and then had to to be examined for damage before continuing on. We were on the ground, in the plane, for a total of 4 hours, waiting. Finally were advised that the crew had "timed out" and could not fly any more that day, so we spent the night and all the next day sleeping on the floor in the airport. Icelandair was not at all prepared for such a situation. Situation was somewhat chaotic with incomplete and inaccurate information given to passengers. Very poor communication on the part of Icelandair, or whoever they contract this function to. We expected to be able to leave the airport the next morning, but were told that the flight would not leave until 5 p.m. Then they changed the time to 8:20 p.m. but didn't announce that. Then that flight delayed until 9:00 p.m. We finally got off the ground a little after 10:00 p.m. On top of all this, many passengers' entertainment systems did not work, and this made for a very long and frustrating flight. Not good, Icelandair."

Cons: "Our plane was diverted to refuel - after an hour and a half of increasingly cryptic and contradictory communications while sitting on the ground, we were removed from the plane and given cots to sleep on the airport floor. No staff present to provide information, no communication by email, noone available by phone, no updates on the website, vague rumors from another airline's staff of a "possible flight" the following evening.....no idea how/when we'd get back to Denver. We got a car and started driving...huge vote of no confidence in Iceland Air, its equipment and staff."

Pros: "Crew was pleasant. Leg room was better then on airlines in the U.S., and it was much easier to get out of the seat with the armrest lifting mon the aisle seat."
Cons: "The boarding process was difficult, as four flights to the U.S. were leaving at the same time and it was almost impossible to get to the gate because of the thick wall of people and no aisles. We were then put on a bus to the plane, but the bus didn't leave for over 30 minutes, well after the takeoff time, and no explanation was given. The temperature on the plane was extremely uncomfortable. Most of the time, it was very hot, and I am accustomed to flights being on the cool side and requesting a blanket. But someone must have been adjusting the temperature, because it would get cold for a short period of time, and then very hot again. It was difficult to sleep because of the temperature. It would have been nice to have some small snacks like pretzels offered with the drinks, and a larger selection of food available."

Cons: "Flight was delayed leaving Reykjavik. I watched our baggage be removed from the plane and head to the opposite side of the airport. It was over 30 minutes later that they announced that there was a mechanical issue with our plane and we had to switch planes. The passengers deplaned, boarded buses and were transported to the new plane. We finally took off over 2 hours late. The other major issue we had is that we were located near the back of the plane and the smell of urine and toilet chemicals was overwhelming. Every time the restroom was used, the stench permeated the back of the plane."

Pros: "I think the planes are clean and a little nicer than what I've recently experienced on US carriers in the past few years. The airport in Iceland was terribly crowded without much seating and the food was terribly expensive. Loved the free entertainment-music and choice of movies. The crew was very professional and love their uniforms."
Cons: "The fact we got no food whatsoever unless we purchased it on a 7 hour flight. So glad we ate something at the airport before the flight as we were expecting something-even just a bag of peanuts. For comparison -on the Lufhansa flight from Frankfort to Brussels, which was a very short flight, they handed out snacks."

Pros: "The aircraft, especially the restrooms, was very clean. The crew worked very hard to ensure our comfort. The seats were as comfortable as they ever get on a 757. R routing slips through the gift shop between arrival and departure is a good idea . Even those with a short connection get a chance to buy a puffin."
Cons: "The terminal at keflavik is under construction this makes arrivals and departures extremely chaotic both on the ramp and in the terminal. The arrangement of gates is so chaotic that it is often very difficult to get to your gate because of large number of passengers waiting in line at their gate."

Cons: "See above. On the flight from Denver to Amsterdam (you didn't ask about this, but I'll comment anyway), we had business class seats. They were really little more than large regular seats with legroom. We did get food on the flights, unlike the economy class. I have a major gripe about Icelander not telling you how their definitions of seating class differs from the rest of the Western airline industry. Quite deceptive."

Pros: "The previous Icelandair flight from Paris to Reykiavik was late and arrived over an hour after the scheduled departure time for the Reykiavik to Denver segment. We were assured that the flight would wait for the late arrivals, and it did. We were, of course, greatly relieved. I can't help wondering, however, How could a scheduled flight be held up for this long and how would the passengers already on the plane feel."
Cons: "Only drinks like water, tea, coffee and juices are served free on Icelandair flights. There is a menu for sandwiches and snacks. But the selection is rather anemic for a 7 hour long flight."

Cons: "Biggest complaint is that a foot got broken off my largest suitcase somewhere between London and Denver. Not possible of course to tell when that happened, but it makes the suitcase pretty unusable now. A plastic connector for a strap on another suitcase got broken on my outbound journey too. Luggage handlers must be unnecessarily rough with the luggage to make that happen. Not sure I'll fly Icelandair again because of that. I was not able to get the "my journey" screen to work on the screen, but otherwise the video and sound qualities were good and controls worked well. After landing, something made a terrible squeal while taxiing to the airport (landing gear?). If my car sounded like that, I'd surely take it in and get it fixed!"

Absolutely no wait at check-in and very good service there. Got window seats on both legs of flight, with no one in my row. Meals on first flight leg were very good. Crew did a good job and made me confident of their work. Both flight legs arrived early. Everything went well. Very good airline - I will certainly fly with them again."
Cons: "It seems that there was no snack or beverage on the second leg of flight (ca. 3 hours), but I probably just slept through it. Price seemed high for this route and season, but it was much better than any other airline: flying has become expensive in the COVID era. But Aer Lingus keeps us moving ahead. Great job!"

However, fortunately, the baggage team caught the error and retagged my luggage properly. By the time I realized her error, they had already emailed me with the solution! Yay baggage team!! Cons: "There was minimum help. Wait actually, in Manchester there was none. No one at the gate until 2:15pm when the flight was already 20mins late! No one updated an incoming flight with passengers needed to make connections."

Cons: "Tight seats, boarding line held in confined area on stairs before boarding"

Cons: "My flights were cancelled by Aer lingus and I was rebooked improperly, resulting in my being removed from a plane and having to be rebooked at least three times because of how long it took."

Cons: "After attempting to check in at the baggage machine, we were told we had to go through the check in line. Then after waiting 60 minutes in line at the Aer Lingus counter we were told we were 15 minutes past the boarding closing time. So even though we were still an hour before our flight we couldn't get a boarding pass to get on the plane. We then had to pay $150 x 3 to get on the same flight the next day. We will never fly Aer Lingus again and will never fly through Dublin again."

Cons: "on ground staff for AER LINGUS at Miami airport- unable to communicate proper in English, does not know own luggage policy Aer Lingus rep ( when making our reservation 4 moths ago) mislead us that we were able to get a bassinet for our 11 month old lap infant on transcontinental flights- never happened."

Pros: "The flights themselves were nice. Food was fine. Flight attendants were helpful"
Cons: "Only two check in desks. On the line for over an hour. Good thing we got there over two hours early. Computer and belt broke down. Finally got passed security with minutes to spare. Had to run to our gate. We should not have to do this if we arrive very early. If you have an early morning flight make sure you have enough people working to check them in on time."

Pros: "Nothing. It took longer to get from the gate to the runway than the flight itself."
Cons: "When I was about to board the flight after a 23 hour delay, I saw my bag sitting AT THE BOTTOM OF THE STEPS leading to the flight. I asked the flight attendant about it and she assured me the bag would arrive with me. Guess what? A dat later and I STILL don't have my bag! Absolutely ridiculous and will NEVER fly Aer Lingus again!"

Pros: "Crew was very nice and helpful. Boarding process could have been better it was slow."
Cons: "It would be nice to offer more than just coffee, tea or water for free and come around more often."

Pros: "Free checked baggage. Calm atmosphere.. low marks for food and entertainment because there was no option to say not applicable. The options in the magazine were reasonable."

When I paid w euros they didn't have change, said they would bring if before I landed and never did. This happened both to and from EU. Additionally the internet didn't work AT ALL and none of the attendants had a Clyde as to how to set it up. Finally, the attitude at large was dismissive, the idea of customer service is clearly not one Aer Lingus has embraced."

We were told we could keep our water but then going through security wevwetevtoldcwe couldn't and there was no offer of water. The captain did apologize. I have no issue with aer Lingus staff they did their job. It is Mabchester airport which is bad as they are the ones that were responsible for these two incidents happening"

Cons: "After getting to the airport with 3 plus hours to spare I still couldn't get a seat until 40 minutes before take off. On my first leg of the trip my boarding pass stated I was a "Stand By". That was incorrect I paid full economy fare. The twenty four hours before my trip instead of being filled with anticipation was more a management of anxiety. So everything leading up to the trip overshadowed the actual flight experience. We did fly Aer Linus, but that was booked through British Airways. Also screen to choose movies, TV programs need some new screens not easy to press and get a response."

Cons: "My seat was changed and I was in the middle seat, not the window seat I had selected weeks earlier. My brother and his daughter had their seats changed, too, and they were in middle seats 14 rows apart, so she flew by herself on an international flight all by hersel! My headphones wouldn't work correctly in the double jack, only getting one side. Why change the plugs? The flight attendant said that they wouldn't work and that she would get me a headset. Two hours into the flight I finally got a headset. The male flight attendant was great, but unfortunately we were dealing with others that totally ignored my two small requests for the entire 6 hour flight. Our flight to Dublin was awesome, but this flight back was very very disappointing!! Changed my while feeling about Aer Lingus"

Cons: "This flight combination was a tough one, yet it did, in the end come together. The meal(s) were good enough (but not better than), though the stews could spend precious little time with any given passenger. Oh, the meal choices ran our such that we had a 1 choice choice. Odd. Though we got across the Atlantic pretty fast, the turbulence the pilots were unable/unwilling to evade was pretty frightening..."

Pros: "Everything about our flights to and from Ireland was fantastic! The crew was curtious and friendly, the service and food was terrific and the flight departed and arrived on time."

Cons: "Initially we thought we were flying with British Airways. We then had to do some digging to realize it was all out of American Airlines. Then we couldn't get proper boarding passes and luggage tags until one of the crew members spent a significant amount of time untangling each leg of our trip so they were in the proper order. We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."

Pros: "Lovely fight attendants and good food!"
Cons: "Seats are too small -- and I am not a big person, only 5'5" and 125 lbs. But too hard to sleep or stay in that tiny space for 6 hours."

Cons: "The problem I had is that this was not a British Airways flight, nor were my flights to Dublin. I was not aware of this. When I checked in online I was allowed to check in with British Airways, so I had no idea that this was an Aer Lingus flight, which is in a different terminal with a different flight number. My phone didn't work in Ireland so it was extremely difficult figuring out where I should have been. If I was on a different airline that is affiliated with British Airways, and I booked through British Airways, there should be some way of looking up where I should be going. Also, any emails about my trip should have told me which airline I was on. I fly often, and often to other countries. This was the most confusing and difficult flying experience (the entire trip -- getting to and from Dublin) I have ever had."

Pros: "My flight was cancelled, after that I had to find out what I would have to do next! Horrible! Nobody knew what would come next! In Heathrow, the staff in the morning has the worst attitude ever when I was getting my Voucher for breakfast."
