Cons: "About halfway through the flight the bathrooms definitely needed cleaned. By the end of the flight they were disgusting, with toilets and sinks clogged and no tissue. I'm really surprised Emirates allowed this to happen, because everything else was great."

Cons: "They are racist!!!!! Segregation and all!!!!! For my more than 12 hours layover I had to pay for my own hotel!!! Yet other travelers were given free hotel vouchers. As a matter of fact I was kept waiting for nearly half an hour in the middle of the night even though I had been waiting for service ahead of them."

Cons: "I was told a wheel chair would be available to help me get to Terminal E in Zurich. I had literally TO RUN to catch my connecting flight to NYC since the chair was not their for me in Zurich. I almost missed my flight. I am a 79 years old woman. That was one terrible experience."

The food quality is poor. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment program was limited. I experienced a delay of 30 minutes due to two issues. Passenger luggage had to be removed and there was a technical issue with the stairs not detaching from the aircraft. The pilot managed to compensate and we arrived only 15 minutes later. The luggage at Dubai airport was very slow. I waited over an hour.
All and all pretty good. It’s crowded but that is what flying is all about. But no complaints otherwise.

Cons: "Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili."

Flight Attendant was a little rude when I told her how can I order the Lufthansa bear from the onboard shopping? She told me didn't I see them come through the cabin, I said no because I was in the restroom. she looked at me, and told me that she will come back to me, and "never" did. I told her that I have rang my call light 4 times, and no one came to see my order.
Great crew No entertainment as very short flight and not necessary so no problem I slept so don’t know if there was food or not but there normally is

Pros: "MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras."
Cons: "Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges."

The crew in Business class for me departure and return were very pushy and rude. They would place the food in front of you and majority of the time remove your meal and toss it without asking if you were done. At one point on the return flight one of them crew members completely missed my sister and when I told another crew member who told that person in their language, she got an attitude and didn't offer her some of the other options they had like yogurt. They need to also take into account that not everyone can eat nuts and that shouldn't be on everyone's plate. Also the plane is dirty! I had to thoroughly wipe down every inch of my area and it was just nasty. The reclining seat struggled to fully extend. For the amount of money I paid for business class I expected better.
Egypt air needs to improve its crew; they're not polite.

Pros: "Everything was great. Staff of ground services for last security hand bags and passengers checks, documents final checks and all were with great flow, smiles and so professional. Hospitality from cabin crew, cleanliness, food portions and taste were great. Comfortable seats and elite shading side windows. Everything was sooo great. This really escalades recommendations for EgyptAir"
Cons: "The heavy touch down upon landing, could have been a little bit smoother. That was not a big deal at all."
Cons: "Flight was late, if you have another connection, bad luck. No entertainment system, no screens at all, no music. Food was average. Plane was new airbus, toilet stuck, nobody seem to care much at least lock the toilet as it cannot be used."
