"Charles de Gaulle airport sent us to 3 different gates and then delayed the flight by two hours, only to move it back to the original gate"

Cons: "My first flight (leaving very early in the morning from Burlington VT was delayed several hours because a ground crew member forgot to put the heater on the plane the night before. Because of this delay I missed my connection and instead of arriving in San Fran at 10am, I arrived at 6pm and missed the whole first day of my trip and was exhausted cause I got up at 3am to get to the airport to a frozen plane that was not ready to fly for a few hours during which I could’ve stayed in bed."

The seats were hard and uncomfortable. The food was not good for international travel. Overall I was very disappointed in this flight. I travel the world and on long hauls the planes need to be cleaned well and seats in working order."

Cons: "All four checked baggages received up to Mumbai. I handed over to domestic jet airways all four bags as per the system at Mumbai. But at the end I received only three baggages at Ahmedabad. I informed jet airways about one missing bag. They have acknowledged it and the missing bag was to arrive at Ahmedabad in the next flight. I am still waiting for the missing bag."

I went to the airport and indeed it had arrived and for some reason it was returned to Atlanta. After endless calls and conversations I got my luggage that evening. It was very inconveniencing. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."

Cons: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

"It would be much appreciated if Kayak could somehow help get locator codes across airlines when they share flights. For example, on Kayak my flights were sold to me by Finnair and Iberia, but both flights were operated by American and yet I was not given an American record locator. So I had to spend time on the phone with American to track down my American record locator in order to do my online check-in. If possible, when you buy on Kayak you should be provided with the record locator for the actual airline that is operating the flight, not just what it's sold as."

"Service and kindness of crew could be improved substantially!!"

Pros: "Not much of anything. No complimentary food or drink for a nearly five hour flight, and sub- par customer service."
Cons: "The check in agents with Iberia airlines in Porto were rude, the. told me only when I arrived that I could not carry on “camping backpacks”, so I would have to check it for an additional 40 euro to check it.. despite saying they’d be happy to check “carry on” free of charge.. I’ve never had a problem with my backpack before, and it fits well within the size restrictions and easily fits in the overhead.. then they were unable to transfer my bag that I payed 40 euro to check, to my connecting flight. Therefore I had to wait two days to receive my luggage at my final destination in Rome.. Overall a really mediocre and frustrating experience."

Cons: "The only thing I was a bit disappointed was with the meal. I don’t eat red meat and requested it theough the website, but nithing special was arranged and I ended up eating pasta. Pasta is fine and I love it, but people that don’t eat meat need to have vegetables added to their meals, or at least an egg. And for breakfast the only option was a ham and cheese sandwich, so I didn’t eat."

Cons: "Who assigns the seats? A monkey? Half my party was seated away from me (including my 5 year old daughter); we were put in an exit row and then moved. Everyone around us was sitting apart from their traveling companions so that we talked over each other. The whole thing was absurd."

Pros: "The screens on a dozen seats just failed a few hours in - engineering issue. And breakfast was a cold pretzel. Food gets let’s generous on BA all the time. The crew were lovely."
Cons: "A 2330 Flight ran significantly late with a passenger delay and then de-icing. The repeated assurances of “a 10 minute or so delay” were obviously not correct. Takeoff close to 0100 was followed by drinks AND then food - my vote would be neither. Please oh please just let us sleep."
