Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.

No everybody brings the proper equipment to enjoy the plane entertainment. Then I was not able to enjoy it.

Original flight was cancelled - After waiting 2 hours for new take-off times. Then had to stand in line for 3 hours, ending at 2:30 am - to be told, " No hotel rooms anywhere in Dallas". No way for me to get any rest at DFW at that time of night.

Thankful for 2-4-2 economy seating. Food was ok. Free beer & wine in economy was nice. Served hot dinner, mud- flight snack and pre-arrival ham sandwich. Seat with pillow & blanket. Reasonable movie options. Overall, a good experience. IBERIA APP is terrible terrible terrible.... needs to get upgraded to equivalent of TAP Airlines App. No option to bid or request an upgrade. Very disappointing.

I liked the friendly crew and desk staff, all very helpful. I was surprised and a little annoyed on my outbound flight from LGW to MCO as I had prepaid and booked my seat, which was all correct at check in on my boarding pass. when I got on the plane someone was in my seat ! I was moved to another seat. The food choice is quite limited and I feel that an option of a muffin for breakfast snack would be welcomed, not everyone wants egg or bacon wrap. The choice of entertainment is good, plenty to keep you busy on a long haul flight. I liked the option offered to have the cabin bag checked into the hold, it saved me as an older, lone traveller lifting my case into the overhead locker or finding there was no space.

As with every airline the seats are not built for tall people.

Fast check in, easy to navigate, crew were very good, the plane was delayed due to a previous flight and I found the cleanliness a little lacking but overall it was fine

I’m hoping for WiFi included. Everything else was very good

All corners have been cut and it’s a cheap experience that no longer is distinguished from most other cheap airlines

This flight was a code share for both Iberia and American Airlines and run by what I assume is a charter company Level. It was difficult if not impossible to get a seat assigned, check bags or use any customer service functions. I would skip it!

Rude security cunts. However the lady that issued my boarding ticket when I was flying back from New York was lovely & helpful!!

Appalling! The flight was delayed by 3.5 hours and the American Airlines staff at the airport where nit very helpful. Once boarded, the flight crew were unhelpful, the food was poor and the aircraft was tatty.

My experience was pretty frustrating because the first leg of my flight on United (though booked through Air Canada) was delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight on Air Canada. This could have been an easy solve as there was a direct flight later that morning via Air Canada that they easily could have put me on which would have only gotten me to my destination 2 1/2 hours later but because United and Air Canada don’t seem to have good communication they gave me the run around both telling me to talk with the other which I did three times to no avail. I ended up taking the delayed flight and getting on a new connecting flight which ended up getting me to my destination 6 hours later and I missed the event I was planning to go to this evening.

Crew was very respectful and ready to serve. Much better than before.

Catering strike impacted food service. Snacks & water were available. Gate staff did advise "if you want food on the plane you will need to bring it aboard". Entertainment system not available on this flight. Boarding was early. Departure was early & arrival was early.

This is not really an Air Canada item, but the PA system un the Cancun airport is very poor. Any passenger announcements or changes were basically inaudible.

The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating

It was good. They ran out of snacks, which we didn't get the first time through. Free movie selection was great. Glad my husband had extra headphones with him. Airplane was still cramped, but we survived. I had to squish between him and another man. I'm glad I was smaller than them, but still tight.

Glad that the plane was not full so my 6' 2" husband didn't have anyone in front of him. We were able to sit in a row with a space between us so he could stretch his legs.

The boarding was fine , staff nice. Seats are always so awful on every plane. They need to make more room for passengers. Although Air north does not have televisions,, every airline should model the experience of flying with them. . Small meal , drinks, and a warm cookie. It’s a lovely airline with very friendly staff and I always look forward to flying with them.

I am used to the seat sizes and the bathrooms being so small. Main complaint was that the world travel map was not working and the food is poor. I think they need to come back with the idea of free meals when the flight is over 5 hours. Buying meals is terrible as I can not eat much gluten. Over all I will always fly Air Canada as it is reliable and friendly staff. I really like that now I can track my bag as to where it is and when loaded on the airplane.

Mostly crew good and the flight was safe and comfortable but service was lacking. For an overnight flight of 8hrs 50 it took some two hours to get served a drink and dinner after take off. I asked for Laurent Perrier champagne and was brought Perrier water, which I queried and asked where was the champagne. No response. The issue came up again an hour later when dinner was starting to be served and I was asked whether I wanted another drink, when I reminded I was still waiting for my first champagne! Apologies ensued but dinner service was quite slow. For breakfast I never did get served the hot course! So - no complaints and compliments on the safety of the flight but service underwhelming (and I brought them candies!)

Lost our bags in Heathrow, We didn’t receive bags in Mallorca for 3 days, out of a 7 day cycling vacation. Really inconvenient and disappointing!

There's no inflight entertainment, plane was old, power USB didn't work

We missed the flight to Barcelona because the flight from Baltimore was delayed. We flew on Vueling VW6653. Our luggage didn’t arrive. Please help us get our luggage. We are staying at Hotel Gran Via in Barcelona

They allowed some guy to move seats after 3hours of him being next to someone very sick, There were several empty seats, but they moved him to mine. I find that incredibly inconsiderate and should not have been done.

Excellent. Very nice and comfortable business class. Only negative is that it was difficult to hear the pilot’s announcement.

Food not so good. Need more veggies and whole grain especially the late food. Couldn’t figure out how to use the entertainment system.

Check in was horrendous! Economy took 2 hours before seeing an agent. Business class was 0.5 - 1 hour.

The first class flight itself was first class, however getting to the airport and getting through the airport was agony. The BA flight sat on the taxiway for ages and caused us to miss our connecting flight which meant half a day lost. Our return flight on BA was cancelled so a dawn flight was made and we lost another half day. Goodby BA

In economy and food was ok, but with limited leg space (and I was in a 2 seat configuration) it was difficult to eat with a tiny seat tray. I spilt wine on my trousers. First time on British Air (I usually fly Turkish Air) and in a 777. Heathrow was pleasant but changing terminals awkward.

Starting with the flight Cairo to London the plain was so poor no entertainment at all uncomfortable seats although it’s 5 hours long,then an American airline plain took me from London to Miami it was a bad experience the crew most of flight time not available and they asked us to help our selves for any snacks if we need. From Miami to London actually was perfect flight with a huge plain and perfect crew but from London to Cairo was horrible plain with stiff fixed seats not movable no entertainment or wi fi very poor Menu which is unacceptable for a business class
