All went very well. We used the AIFI Airport, such a lovely facility. Definitely needs better transportation options to get there.

Both ground crew and flight crew were rude, and did not provide any level of service. They made it very difficult as we were traveling with a passenger the required assistance.

From the check-in, to the flight, and arriving, everything went very smoothly. Unfortunately, when I received my baggage it was severely damaged. I have a hard shelled suitcase and it was completely smashed it. I’m not sure how this could happened but I am extremely disappointed that my belongings were damaged beyond repair and continued use.

Really nice, all good, nice crew and all on time

Unfortunately I had an awful boarding experience. Our first flight with Aeromexico was fine and landed on time however it couldn’t find a gate and we were late which made us lose our connecting flight with Aeromexico. The staff handled it horribly when we explained our situation and would not led us board when we missed the boarding time by a couple minutes. The staff were extremely rude and did not attempt to even help us. Because of this incident, my husband and I missed a full day of work which negatively impacted our salary which we need. Please compensate us for the work that we missed.

It was OK. The flight is pretty long for the airlines to only offer a simple sandwich on business class. The entertainment is similar to that on other Skyteam members. Ultimately the airline lost my bag and didn’t deliver it to me until the next day after a lengthy lost baggage report.

Good, the flight from Miami to Mexico City was better than Mexico City to Miami

Aeroméxico cancelled my ticket without advice AND It make a last minute mess in my intinerary, no solving my situation, bad advice and bad customer service

Flight was on time, good service, but there was no free WiFi, even for first class passengers

It was good in general. The Crew during the flight were very nice at all times.

Seating and zone. The minor I went with didn’t even seat close to me

My seat 3G did not go down fully and the buttons were not working properly

Food has been disappointing in both legs of flight to india

Great staff great experience, made a 2 hour delay very bearable

Great staff, great experience, made a 2 hour delay very bearable

Food was the worst I’ve had on a VA flight. Normally it’s a lot better

I was my pleasure to fly virgin on my birthday for my first solo trip ever 🫶🏼

These are one of the older seat arrangements facing away from the windows! Not particularly convenient sets. No storage spaces. NO COAT HANGING HOOKS. Inconvenient business class seat compared to any other airlines of similar class. Staff are excellent! Extremely professional, friendly. Food is good too.

Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.

The staff was not very polite but the flight was very very nice and comfortable and the entertainment was great

Boarding was not organized by zone - rather a free for all... AC promoted complimentary drinks but did ONLY one drink service on the 5 hour flight. In addition the one steward did not know they offered Heineken Zero even though it was announced before the service began, and is clear on the can label. I booked a window seat that promised a window - NOPE! I had to crank my neck to get a wee glimpse - the seat behind me had much more to view. And of course the seats are too close together. The audio was much better than the WestJet flight I had earlier - could get through the movie no problem.

I cannot think how they could put more seats together but they did. So elbow to elbow leg to leg for these long journeys they should consider leg space at least. Since they did not offer to check people's carry one space was tight and if you did not get on first people used your assigned overhead storage so now your doing these same to another. Cascading inconvenience.

Purchased a direct flight which air Canada then sold to Aeroméxico. Flight went from 6.5hr direct to 12 hr with 3 hour layover.

It was great to have a vegetarian meal option, but departure was delayed because they had oversold the flight. Air Canada, you’re in charge of how many tickets are sold: don’t oversell!

I always had the best experience for the professionalism of the crew and the way they make you feel as a family!!!

Flight attendant told passenger to move my bag in order to accommodate his not allowed roller bag then proceeded to crush my bag. When I complained flight attendant said roller bags take priority. Yet this flight was on Rouge which only allows one personal carry on. But not enforced. So I was penalized for paying to check my roller bag.

I liked the quiet airport and no queue. I don't like that when booking it is not clear that there is teared economy, that you have to pay extra for choosing a seat and for your luggage both ways. We didn't find this out until checking in. It turned out not very economical.

Delayed over 1 hour boarding and on tarmac for no apparent reason. Boarding was awful. Extremely late. No employee knew what they were doing. Loading zones out if order (zone 2 before zone 1).

5 hour additional delay in vancouver with 3 kids and all the compensation was a meal voucher of 15 each, which goes nowhere in an airport. This delay resulted in us needing an additional hotel night in Calgary at the cost of almost 300 dollars

I’m a thin guy, but my hips were plastered on either side of the chair. These chairs are so unbelievably small now. It’s miserable flying in them for anything longer than an hour

Boarding was orderly, pilot and flight attendants were nice, entertainment options were good, and low sodium meals were quite tasty.

The whole experience was excellent, O can say out from Miami the best airline to travel with for any European destination. Since the ground staff to the inflight crew attention was great, service on board 10 of 10. Finally the 380 is very confortable and nice to travel.

All crew except 1 were excellent. When I asked assistance with business class seat conversion to a bed (not being familiar as never used before but have numerous times with other airlines) crew member helped very reluctantly. I should have told her that business class seat conversion is totally different in each airline such as Delta, New Zealand Air and United. Sorry it was my 1st time with America Airlines. Now I know, I won't bother asking assistance in future.

I had a mixed experience on this flight. The plane itself was comfortable, the flight was smooth, and the entertainment selection was excellent with plenty of movie options. However, the service fell short. I had an entire row to myself and fell asleep with a blanket over me. A flight attendant, Karleigh, woke me up to see if I had my seatbelt on, which felt unnecessary given the situation. Meanwhile, trash sat uncollected on the tray at the end of the row and was never picked up. During the second meal service, no one woke me up, and when I used the call button multiple times, there was no response. I eventually had to walk to the back to ask for assistance. There was also a long stretch without snacks, and when I requested something savory, I was dropped off sweet options, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, while the flight itself was comfortable, the lack of attentiveness and responsiveness from the crew made the experience disappointing.

The seats in Premier Economy were very comfortable. The food was better than average. The way British Airways handled our seating was atrocious.

The flight attendant does not pay attention to my "call" button more than 3 times when I need a drink.

Flight delayed, connection was not at gate listed and so missed, staff were rude at Heathrow, phone tree stupid and difficult, took me 21 actual hours to reach my destination. Almost lost my hotel reservation after walking in a strange city alone after midnight because they would not put me up in a hotel at sfo or heathrow. I will never fly BA again and will tell all people and Instagram followers never to fly BA.

British Airays fails to enforce its own guidelines regarding carry on size limits. There were MANY passengers with full suitcases stuffing them into the overhead compartments leaving no space for others, like me, who adhere to the posted sizes. I had to put my carryone bag into my foot space, in additon to my carryon personal item, leaving me cramped for a seven hour flight. I was in physical pain, and I attribute this entirely to staff unwilling to enforce limits. The infotainment system was horrible. the touchscreens did dot work correctly, and there was no information on system operation. I am 77 years old, and a lifelong movie-goer. I recognized ONE movie (and not much better TV shows). It seems that BA saves royalty money by limiting its move and TV selection to absolute rubbish. The FlightAware program is the worst informationsystm I have ever seen, it is completely worthless. I pay attention to the safety briefings...in the event of an emergency, one is supposed to assume the "brace" position, except the seats are so close together, front to back, that it is not possible to assume the position without striking the seat in front of you. at age 77, and a lifelong traveler, this is the worst flight experience I have ever had, and I will never fly British Airways again

Overall ok. Best part has always been the sundae dessert.

I’ve never been on a trans-Atlantic (or Pacific) flight where the seats don’t recline—not even a little. I asked my seat mate when BA starting doing this and he said “Oh, a few years ago.” I couldn’t sleep, with my head falling forward waking me continuously, and came off the plane incredibly stiff. I booked a Premium Economy seat to get a more comfortable seat, which was worse than most basic Economy seats I’ve ever booked.
