Inability to pay with points for my checked bag was very inconvenient and I was misleqd to believe it could be done at the kiosk but this was not the case.
At my original departure Istanbul I was told my seat and flight was cancelled from the 3rd party. I had no seat to get to my other flights .. they charged me $481 USD to board the flight that I already paid for
All went very well. We used the AIFI Airport, such a lovely facility. Definitely needs better transportation options to get there.
Both ground crew and flight crew were rude, and did not provide any level of service. They made it very difficult as we were traveling with a passenger the required assistance.
It was OK. The flight is pretty long for the airlines to only offer a simple sandwich on business class. The entertainment is similar to that on other Skyteam members. Ultimately the airline lost my bag and didn’t deliver it to me until the next day after a lengthy lost baggage report.
Good, the flight from Miami to Mexico City was better than Mexico City to Miami

It was good in general. The Crew during the flight were very nice at all times.
The ground staff were not as friendly and nice to the passengers as the air crew. Flight attendants, cockpit crew were great and very nice to everyone on board.
My flight was delayed, then I got transferred to a new flight that was also delayed- which wasn’t Aeromexico’s fault, it was because of weather conditions. Most of the crew was very nice and patient, except for one or two flight attendants who were rude. The entertainment wasn’t on, so all the screens were off.
Food was okay. Seats were a bit cramped. In flight entertainment headphone socket didn't work on my seat. Wifi was great, so I was able to stream on my iPad
Selection of movies didn't include recent box office hits. Food was average not great. English sparkling wine is not drinkable. Otherwise, everything was great.

Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.

Following a paid seat upgrade for enhanced comfort, I encountered an unacceptable odor in my assigned area. It took three hours for the crew to relocate me, and the replacement seat was unacceptably close to the lavatory, offering no improvement.
Good overall. Cannot fault the airlines. I have had better entertainment systems before ie ice in Emirates but it was not too bad. Food was decent and staff were friendly.
Miami airport needs more thorough signage. It was a long walk from my transport point to the check in desk,
Disappointed as we discovered when checking in at the airport 6hrs before the flight was scheduled, that we had been offloaded onto standby after having purchased these tickets months in advance. We had tried checking in online the night before but were unable to. BA had obviously over sold the seats, and we were told they couldn't confirm we could get on the flight until check in closed. Eventually we did get on but were not seated together. That was a bit of stress we just didn't need.
My flight from Athens to London was delayed 30 minutes. I got automatically booked on a different flight before the plane landed. However, I never received any notification about the new booking so I had zero knowledge about the flight number or even where to go. Checking in: it was absolutely impossible to check in for my flight online. I literally had to call British Airways to check in for my flight and select a seat. It was very inconvenient and a bit stressful.
I ordered a drink, but never got it. I ask what type of drinks they had and they could not tell me and there was not printed copy that I could find that is usually on most airplanes. They served dinner and never walk back to see if any need a drink or anything afterwards until they served the snack just before landing.
Check-in wait time was quite long (understaffed for the volume of customers), but energy and hospitality of flight crew was great!
I really enjoyed the flight…and food and the hospitality but didn’t get the food I requested for.

The plane was ancient, and its technology was in disrepair. None of the charging stations worked, and the screens were barely functioning.
Staff , Comfort and Food were excellent. My individual lamp did not work so I could not read, neither my novel nor the menu. I found it impossible to check in online. The website sent you round and round a loop. The only way to break the loop was to view and change your advance personal details.
