My wife's entertainment system did not work. Payed for flight upgrade but did not receive advertised "free WiFi".
Annoying that we had to go to departures and get boarding passes. Should allow us to be booked all the way through, this is the only airline i have this problem with in MEX. Late boarding and take off
the guy in front of me put his seat back immediately...and then left it back including thru landing and taxiing to the runway. attendants did not check/ask him to put it up for landing.
The airplane was an old airplane, seats were very uncomfortable and very little space, they changed my seat and that was no option to get back into my seat even when I was traveling a senior who required assistance.
This is not a low cost airline. Stop acting like o e.
Aeromexico crew made me check my hand luggage in the door of the plane. As soon as I reach Mexico City, I notice that my luggage was opened and 8 games of Nintendo Switch were stolen (700 dllrs value aprox) (the console was there) but the games were stolen. I am very dissapointed of Aeromexico and all the crew. Instead of being a good trip, It was a sad trip
Ok. But we arrived to a remote terminal which meant that a bus had to take us to the terminal building

Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.
It's was good in general. I had a annoying next seat passenger. But nothing nobody could do anything
From my experience, I see there is room for a greater mixture of cultures, for example, a mix of the nationality of cabin crews, food, music, food, etc.
on time quick service but food so so and seats very small. no leg room. I think passengers should not be bringing so large carry on suitcases and should have free check in. Then boarding and unloading would be faster
Bug wouldn't let me upgrade my 17 year old son to an exit row preferred seat even though conditions clearly stipulated 16 years minimum. Luckily no one else took the seat so a supervisor was able to force quit my son at the gate. Could have been a real problem had we been separated but all is well that ended well.
After nearly nine years without traveling, my son and I decided to take our first flight, and we chose Air Canada and I’m so glad we did! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing. The flight itself was smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. But what really stood out for me was the luggage tracking feature. Knowing that my bag was scanned onto the same flight I was on gave me such peace of mind. It’s little details like this that make all the difference, especially after not traveling for so long. This trip was incredibly special for us, and Air Canada made it even more memorable. Thank you for such a fantastic experience I wouldn’t hesitate to fly with you again!
Missed flight to Kamloops with Air Canada. They did not hold the plane when I was delayed in security. Could not provide another flight for THREE DAYS. Provided hotel, however I had my husband come to get me. This needs to be compensated.
The main issue i had with this flight is the crew kept the plane super warm. A number of passengers i saw were sweating and fanning themselves. When we asked if they could lower the temperature, all we got was some crass dismissal from the head flight attendant the she couldn't feel the heat cause she was going through menopause...?!
My flight from Mexico City to Boston would have been fine, had I taken it, but because the final leg of the trip from Toronto to Boston was cancelled, I decided to fly on another carrier out of Mexico City that offered me a non, stop-direct route. Prior to this, I received several emails and text messages from Air Canada in regards to their Toronto to Boston flight being cancelled and about a similiar flights that departed much later that evening or the following day from Toronto to Boston. I would have hoped that Air Canada would have offered to seat on AeroMexico, but they did not. I flew on AeroMexico from Mexico City to Boston (direct) and enjoyed a wonderful flight. I replied to texts Air Canada's about my situation, but got no response. I have asked to be considered for a partial refund from Air Canada for the missed portion of my flight that I took with AeroMexico. I have yet to hear back.
On time, comfort, service. No breakfast available as per menu, the chicken wrap I got instead was poor and poorly presented (in Saran wrap, as if made at home by the pilot)
Boarding process was fast. We were seated quickly. Crew was young and inexperienced. Asked them about the hot meal - business class meal, and their answer was- No, you won’t get it. They were young and rude. I guess they will learn with time.
The payment system was not working so was unable to connect wifi the entire flight
The boarding call announcements versus the Staff announcements versus the digital signage board on the out-going and returning flights WERE NOT IN SYNC. I was sent through check and re-checks 3 times. WHY?
Absolutely the worst airline. Can’t find anything positive to say. We were in business which is the same as most airlines coach
everything to do with KAYAK was terrible. Your customer facing departments are utterly useless, timewasting and unhelpful.
I ordered short ribs for main course. It tasted sweet, really sweet. Horrible.
When checking our bags we were told our bags would go through our final destination. This did not happen. When boarding, after group 3 it was a free for all, everyone boards. When served lunch, I asked for anything without dairy, I was given popcorn and gummy snacks. She said she would come back with more options, she never did. Also, when traveling through London, they don’t tell you your gate number until 1 hour before flight leaves, causing everyone to run to their gate.
Full flight, but crew was great. No wifi and no seatback entertainment, so had to read...argh!
The screen didn’t work and I didn’t get the seat upgrade I paid $300 for. They were no help with that,
The crew did not really interact with me which was no problem as I was fine. I did see that they were somewhat short with some passengers but that was not common. Just in general, they did not seem friendly - no requirement to be so but I am used to a friendly crew on most flights. The food was just ok but with a flight that large, I would think it hard to make something more elaborate.
Paid $180 for seat selection, and selection essnt honored. Have to call for a refund.
