Great flight, great crew, decent food. Premium Economy was very comfortable. I compare this flight to the one we took on BA from DC to London: Like a different airline. The food was atrocious, the crew aloof, and the cabin not as comfortable. Based on that first flight we said we'd avoid BA, but the return trip changed our minds.

We had a fantastic crew, super friendly and very helpful but the actual boarding part of it was terrible. You actually felt like we were going to a Third World country to be honest all the way up to the airport and the way it was split up going in all different kinds of directions and no one knew what they were supposed to do was extremely stressful

The flight was very delayed in taking off - which was out of control of the crew, but then the pilot worked hard so we only arrived about 30 minutes late. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating!

Flight was canceled with little notice or explanation. There were no other flights to Belfast from Heathrow, so I had to travel across town to London City (or wait until the next day).
