Check on was very hard. I believe my seats had been selected when I booked, but when I checked in I had to select seats. My previous pre assigned seats were no longer showing and I had to take seats I did not want. Check in took me forever. I also had to pay an additional 22/seat when I had already paid. Lastly thought I had pre paid for a checked bag., but that did not show up so I had to pay for a checked bag. 75.00????

My flight out of London was canceled on September 9. We could not get a flight to Italy until 2 days later. That means we would miss my son's wedding. So we had to take a train from Heathrow to central London (14 £ = $18.99). We then had to take the train from London to Paris (612£=$830.24). We had to take a taxi from the Paris train station to the Hotel Sixteen in Paris (€67.5=$78.67). Our hotel in Paris is (€340 = $396.26). Our flight from Paris to Italy was (€442.25=$515). Boarding was offal, crew and jet old and most things were not working, food was terrible.

Staff was very attentive, from the counter staff to flight attendants. Food was not great.

Delayed departure, even more delayed arrival, 40+ min waiting on runway before going to gate - horrible Also didn’t get a single bottle of water all flight

Boarding going from seated area to standing outside and then boarding the stairway seemed unnecessary. Drop the standing outside part.

Check in at bcn was a nightmare. In-seat screen did not work, asked for help twice but was not able to use overhead light, watch the safety briefing, watch entertainment or monitor map

Really slow transfer after getting off the plane at Manchester, and lost luggage! Take the train, terrible experience on arrival

The flight was very delayed in taking off - which was out of control of the crew, but then the pilot worked hard so we only arrived about 30 minutes late. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating!

Flight was canceled with little notice or explanation. There were no other flights to Belfast from Heathrow, so I had to travel across town to London City (or wait until the next day).
