Pros: Crew did their job that’s all. Not very friendly.

Cons: My flight Rome to London - I was very surprised to learn we had to buy water, tea or coffee. To give it to your passengers is the least you could do. We didn’t travel for free. This was the very first time I have ever been told, as your partner Aer Lingusdid as wel, that I needed to pay for water.

Cons: Best flight and touch down ever.

Pros: Things were pretty smooth.

Pros: The overall experience was great! I was extremely satisfied. I thought the crew was very kind and the extra touch of bringing ice cream to everyone as a treat was perfect for our family that had to restless little boys.

Cons: I did find it strange that the only brought the drink cart around once during the 9 & 1/2 hour flight. It was a cost savings approach more than anything. For the crew, I am sure it was also a time savings approach. When going to find another drink, it was clear supplies were also thinning out.

Pros: Crew was great, very responsive and hospitable!

Cons: more lunch choices, especially choices without dairy products.

Cons: KLM was not prepared to get wheel chair passenger off plane. Cost me delay of 1 hour. I will never fly KLM again.

Pros: The access to the full library of entertainment & internet access included with the flight .

Cons: Larger Portion/Variety of edible Snacks . . Chips Trail Mix Cheese itz Cookies

Cons: The boarding was processed by one agent. He did a fine job but took too long to board. Needed to have 2 people managing boarding the plane

Cons: Told us to pick up stroller in Dublin. Get there and we are told that is not possible. Of course we not have arrived at our final destination without said stroller. Seats are on the pitiful side of the spectrum and gets a bit old being nickled and dimed for drinks, sodas, food. . .

Pros: The crew was a replacement for the original crew that probably was running late (i suspect because everyone was stuck in wonderful LA traffic that night), they made do with what they have and tried to get everyone boarded as fast as they can.

Pros: Flight was on time. Crew was jovial and very pleasant. Smiles all around. Flight attendant at the very beginning said, "Welcome to flight --- to Bahamas. . . just kidding." It made people chuckle.

Cons: I had to walk from one end of Minneapolis airport to the other end all within 35 mins to catch a connecting flight, tram was not in service. Not fun!!!

Cons: Will not fly this airline again. They charge less for online checkin and payment for checked bags than at the airport, except app didn’t allow payment so had to pay full price at ticket counter. Ticket agent wouldn’t do anything about it or answer any questions, horrible customer service.

Cons: There was no entertainment on the flight from Vancouver to Amsterdam and this on top of a two hour delay in taking off which led us to have to literally run to our gate in Amsterdam to make the connection to Mumbai

Pros: Use my built up miles for the SEA-ANC leg of our trip, as to physically price it out as one ticket usually increases the fare by 300-600 u$d depending upon time of year. As it was the tail end of an already long journey (OKA-ICN/ICN-SEA), booked the First Class Cabin. Every mile was worth it.

I came from Catania enroute to JFK and practically killed myself in Gatwick getting from one flight to another. 2 hours not enough to go through this airport, with its stairs, the "mall," lack of info about what to do, passport & sec check again.

Pros: Wonderful to fly on a small airline that still believes in service - a free cup of coffee and a Tunnocks biscuit - whereas many larger airlines charge for coffee etc.
