Pros: "Seat was comfortable, good movies, etc"

Cons: "We are a little hard of hearing. It was hard to hear the attendant when giving directions over the intercom. The speech was garbled and directions spoken too fast. I am not referring to the safety speech. Recommend slowing down so that we have more time to process what was spoken."

At first I thought that maybe I had just gotten bad headphones, but the my next flight was the same: the headphones also only played audio on one side."

I also liked that the exit row that I was given had more than enough leg room, the dinner was really good for airplane food and snacks were great also. The attendant that I had for my section also told me that all food and drinks were free so they gave me a few extra adult drinks here and there which is a plus for how long the flight was going to be. The movie selection is great also having some on there that are still in theaters is a huge plus."

Breakfast left me wanting something else, lets just say this if you are given the choice of something vs french toast, take the something."

An unusually unpleasant set of attendants, and sadly not one of them made up for the lack of professionalism the others showed. No priority boarding, they proceeded with boarding the first half of passengers all at once so rather confusing."

It was only compounded by the fact that when we were landing, another attendant insisted I put seat completely upright, and when I told her it had been broken the entire trip, she began forcefully shoving my seat. Not awesome."

Cons: "Flight to Stockholm was cancelled. SAS Provided no informaton on the steps for re-scheduling my flight. I had to call the SAS headquarters in Stockholm before receiving any guidance on what to do next. All service attendants ditched the ticketing desk leaving one poor employee to answer questions for over 70 disgruntled passengers. Very very very poor communication. Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."

Cons: "Cramped in a tiny seat behind someone well over 6’5 who kept slamming his seat back to get more room. We were later diverted for a person on the flight who had health issues all the way back to Canada when we were practically over Ireland. We flew back I believe an hour and a half back only to not have proper fuel equipment which took fueling forever and caused our crew to go past their duty day which made use get diverted again to Iceland for a new crew and even more gas. We were held on the plane for a total of 8 additional hours! We were never allowed to get off the plane, we were given very minimal food and drink the additional 8 hours, and when my girlfriend asked what was going on your information person in Copenhagen said they had no idea what was going on with my Flight and had no idea where it was."

Cons: "We waited an hour in the plane before take-off and after boarding, during which time the crew deliberately filled the cabin icecold air thick with the highly toxic fumes from the deicing. I got a headache from it. Throughout the process the entertainment units were disabled, when they could have helped distract passengers from this ordeal. The food was disgusting. When the Danish government has repatedly bailed out SAS, it would make a lot more sense for everyone involved to have higher quality Danish products on board for the meals, especially for such things as dairy products."

Pros: "I had read several horrible reviews after I booked my flight but I was pleasantly surprised. The check in and boarding were smooth and had no issues. The seats, though not overly large, we're comfortable and not tight. The food was good and service was fast and efficient. Overall a good experience."

Pros: "I loved that there were a lot of different movies, TV shows, games, music, and more to choose from- all for free! Then there was a dinner- not bad at all-, a snack later on, and breakfast too, all included. Headphones if you needed them ( lifesaver there as I had temporary misplaced mine), a blanket, and a pillow. The crew was really polite, and there was never more than one person in line for the bathroom."

The airline did nothing to rush those of us through or contact our connecting SAS flights, and a few of us missed our connections by just a few minutes because of it. SAS did provide alternate tickets for me, but I arrived at my destination several hours late and the whole situation could have been avoided pretty easily."

Cons: "I did not like my flight because ... I could not take it! I needed to change only one date (return) and was quoted $1300 for that one change. Getting a completely new ticket was cheaper, but not cheap. With such cost of even minor changes, next time I will look into booking directly with airlines, instead of Kayak; sorry to say that, as I really liked using your service."

It would be helpful if there were an SAS representative to stand next to the line, to physically say to people, 'Okay, we are now only doing priority boarding. If you are priority boarding, please stand her. After that, if you are business class, please stand here. Everyone else, please wait, but know that we will start to board from the back of the plane. Thank you." This will to help guide people BEFORE the ticket check."

ALSO, SAS/United booked my connection through O'Hare, giving me about 1.5 hours to clear customs and security...I was only able to make my flight due to some nice people who let me cut lines and a lot of running through the terminal. Generally annoyed with the experience."

Pros: "I slept for most of the flight, and had space to lie down. I skipped the dinner, and the stewardesses did not wake me up at all, inspite of their serving most people on board. When I woke up close to landing, I asked for a cup of coffee, which the stewardesses made for me promptly. The flight was smooth, and the good night's rest was refreshing."

My seat couldn't recline (was in the last row) and the passenger in front of me reclined all the way back even when instructed to not recline so far (in passing, by flight attendants). So I spent an 11+ hour flight as a fairly tall person, in an extremely uncomfortable seating arrangement. I also noted my space issue with said passenger at the beginning of the flight and he still progressively went further back. I would've appreciated if flight attendants were more diligent about ensuring passengers are comfortable for long flights. Food accommodations were ok but they go heavy on bread for whatever reason."

Didn't know that so was in a long line to use automated check in when I was supposed to be in an even longer line to have service personnel check me in. So finally after standing in both lines I did get checked in......."

Pros: "Overall I give the flight an average score, I like that everything was attended in a service oriented manner."
Cons: "I didn't like the aspect of lack of order at the airport specially when boarding, crew seemed a bit lost for a second there. In some respects I felt the plane had a dated feel to it; but then, I've never flown with Iberia before."

Cons: "The flight was delayed. We sat in the plane waiting for 1.5 hours. Passengers were not addressed as to why we were not moving. During this time the air conditioning was off and it was too hot. The crew was very rude and nowhere to be found most of the flight. I was extremely thirsty and crew was upset when I asked for water"

Pros: "Everything flowed very smoothly desite the fact I had an irregularly shaped carry on. It was no problem, Staff were positive and acomodating and that lead to passengers being accommodating to each other. The intertainment was great, the only draws back is that I slept most of the time and wanted to watch another movie."
Cons: "That I had to bother the person sitting next to me to get up when I wanted to go tot the bathroom, but he was very accommodating"

Cons: "Flight was delayed over 2 hours. Entertainment was non-existent. They offered us pretzels which is hardly an inspiring food choice. Prior to boarding the airplane the alarm got triggered in the gate were waiting in, took over 10 min for them to deactivate it. Staff were seen just casually standing around."

Pros: "The flight overall was very comfortable and the crew were very accommodating and attentive."
Cons: "About halfway through the flight got diverted to drop off a critically ill passenger, so instead of it being an 11 hour flight, it was a 16.5 hour flight. Not anyone's fault, but still incredibly inconvenient."

Cons: "Delayed flight. Misplaced luggage. Long lines. Poor staffing. Had to give up food vouchers for delayed flight given long lines just to pick up vouchers. Long lines due to poor staffing."

Pros: "Direct flight with good entertainment system if you fly in one of the newer airplanes."
Cons: "Poor service. It seems most if not all Iberia staff are not happy to work for this airline, and definitely hot happy to work with people. My kids asked a few times why those people were upset (regarding both flight crew as well as ground crew). Online services to request seat assignments does not work. We tried to get seat assignments over the phone, and it seems Iberia only picks up the phone if you going to purchase a ticket, otherwise forget about getting help over the phone, and/or online (email as well as website). After trying to obtain child menus over the website and phone, I drove to the airport Iberia desk to order it there two days before the flight. The desk manager was helpful and requested for us to send an email with the request, so he could set it up once the flight opened up two days before the flight. I sent out the email to find out on the flight once food service started that the request was never placed."

Cons: "When I got on the plane there was urine on my seat and no one told me before I sat down. DISGUSTING"

Pros: "The organization, the food, the beverages the stewardesses all were pretty bad, even the flight was late the boarding process was bad, I would not use them again."

Pros: "Free entertainment (movies and games) during the 12 hour flight as well as 2 meals and one snack."
Cons: "Received 2 ham and cheese sandwiches (which became tiresome)...maybe an alternative like pb&j sandwich should be offered."

Cons: "Hard to see how anything could have been done about this, but on my flight every seat was taken (except the one next to me) so I thought I'd have a little extra leg room....NOT!!! Then a 300-lb guy sits in the seat next to me. So for 11 hours I'm trapped by this guy's huge bulk and it was difficult to move my legs around any; very unpleasant. And I paid $45 to get that window seat instead of my original seat that had been randomly assigned!! I wish that airlines provided a couple seats for tall people, because our height is a kind of disability given the cramped seating (which average height people complain about)."

Cons: "Personal entertainment unit did not work, making for a very long flight."

Cons: "Not only was the audio broken so we couldn't hear the movie, but our overhead light was broken (all around) so we couldn't read. Service was terrible; attendants seemed irritated at small requests. We'll never fly Iberia again"

Cons: "Lost luggage for now 2+ days costing me a lot of money to try to enjoy the trip and a friends wedding."

Pros: "That agents had another flight scheduled in case we missed our connection due to delay."
Cons: "That we were unable to make the connection, missed by only a few minutes which seems like more could have been done to help us get on. Would have liked to be given access to VIP lounge to relax and use wifi to communicate to others our delay to let them know we were okay. Voucher for lunch was at limited vendors, not easy to use. No water in toilet for washing, out of toilet paper."
