Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. I was waiting for the flight at the OSLO airport waiting for the flight to LONDON. I had ample time to work on my computer. In the big room by the gate there was only one spot where I found three electrical sockets hanging from a pillar or post. To my dismay none worked. My plug would fall off from each. To document, I took the pictures of the useless sockets... I complained to the lady at the boarding desk (she left before the SAS staff moved in), she did not even care... I almost missed this flight due to highly backed up passport control. If SAS was running so many international flights, they should have shifted the layer over, since many people were taking connecting flights for Oslo to Manchester. It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."

The flight, which was delayed multiple times--once due to the ground personnel at Orly not turning in the paperwork for the flight--eventually took off, but the cabin crew seemed confused the whole time. We asked for Landing Cards, but they told us we did not need them, when in fact we did. That extra delay at immigration caused us to miss our connecting flight! Since half of the plane was connecting in Heathrow, why didn't the crew suggest that those staying in London wait on the plane until the connectors had a chance to disembark?"

There are no overhead vents! Complaints to the staff were met with a surly reply that nothing could be done. Food was inedible. Movies were ok but they put the box for the equipment under the seat in front of you! What little space we have for our feet is now taken up by the entertainment equipment!! I've had much better experiences on discount regional airlines than on this trans-Atlantic "premium" carrier."

Cons: "We arrived almost 3 hours early for our flight, and STILL ended up running to our gate to make it because we waited over an hour and a half in the bag drop line. There were only about 10 people in front of us in this line, but the guy working the counter had no urgency and would frequently stop to make jokes and chat with his coworkers beside him. There was another woman in tears because she was about to miss her flight. Then, once we waited in another insanely long, slow line to board, our flight was delayed over an hour with us sitting on the plane, which caused about half the plane to miss their connecting flights (including us) in London. This then caused us to miss our final connection in the states, which happened to be a standby flight. When trying to rebook a flight to the states from London, we explained how difficult it would be to get another flight out of our original airport in the states since it was now the weekend. The customer service rep informed us that as long as British Airways 'fulfilled their contract' to get us back to the one destination, it wasn't their issue how we got another flight back home."

I ordered a lactose-free meal that was unbelievably horrible and from which I'm pretty sure I contracted a food-borne bug that kept me ill (as in sleeping up to 15 hours a day and running for the toilet) for a week after the flight."

Pros: "The flight departed on time and arrived the same. The seat was a tad bit narrow for me but then I am a tall guy at 6'5". Crew was very professional. Ticket cost was a third of what the other airlines were offering for a Sunday fare. I'll definitely use BlueAir again!"

The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

The chairs were much more comfortable than any other plane I’ve been on due to the adjustable head rest, and as a regular flyer to Cyprus, this made a difference. Very frustrated"

We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

It was incredibly stressful and frustrating especially when I checked in online before arriving at the airport. We had to rush and run through the airport and board at final call. In fact it would put me off flying with Blue Air again."

They, without a doubt, knew the rescheduled flight time but strung us on anyway - I believe this was so they could save money on hotels"
