Some of the movies are old ( Goodfellas, Godfather). Maybe 30 movies overall and that includes the animated ones and documentaries. The TV selection is ok. I usually use closed caption that was not available for most of the movies."

I realise it had been a long day, but it was for all of us. There were a lot of parents with very young children on that flight, so leaving them standing for 40 minutes to board just made them all fractious. By the time we boarded, those poor kids were beyond tired, so they were all crying. If Ruinair knew they were going to be late, there was no need to speed us towards a queue we'd be standing in for a good while after, they could have allowed the parents, kids and elderly to remain seated. All this did was serve to underline how little respect they treat their passengers with. Its unnecessary. ."

You’re supposed to check in with RyanAir 2 hrs before the plane leaves and we were 4 mins late by the time we waited in line and got to the agent. Nope, still had to pay for paper. Not to mention we had paid extra for priority check in at book. Sure felt like just a cash machine for them. Charge for water too. Awful awful company. I will never fly with them again."

Next time I’ll try a different airline even if I need to pay a bit more."

Because I'm not an EU citizen, I had to queue up as if to check in luggage to have a stamp placed on my boarding pass. Then another queue to board the plane because they don't bother to call by row or group number like most airlines. The boarding was chaotic. The seats are very uncomfortable. They don't even give you one small cup of water. You have to pay 3 euros for a bottle of water that would cost you 1 elsewhere. Finally, the landing was very hard and shook everyone about."

Traveler be aware of this airline cheap tickets but they get you in other ways...."
Cons: "This airline sent an email indicating that security at the Santorini airport would take 2.5 hours when in reality it was Ryan Air's inefficiency that took that long. I've never had a boarding process take so long, be so inefficient, and the crew be so lacking in customer service. They also were on the PA for almost the entire 50 minute flight trying to sell products which was irritating at best on an 0825 flight. Fly another airline out of Santorini...Ryan air was terrible and the hidden costs for check in and bagggage are ridiculous."

'Chat rep' finally asked what browser I was using. Google Chrome! It's pretty common. She had to input the info and then told me to print the boarding passes because RyanAir would charge 15 euros EACH to print at airport That's highway robbery! We finally managed to forward the ..pdf to hotel reception and they printed them. RyanAir should not assume that a traveller has access to a printer or a cell phone that functions abroad."
