Pros: "They are great at service and care of their passengers. Their staff always go out of their way to make sure of comfort. Loganair seems one of the few to still give a beverage and a snack with purchase of ticket (wonderful). I am super thankful of well trained staff and their knowledge on luggage and sizing on the smaller planes especially when traveling to and from larger planes. I never had any issues with being able to take my backpack on or being asked to check it as it carried my laptop & wallet...unlike other airlines of similar size running to & from SYY."
Cons: "That I could not find any Tunnocks Cream Wafers in a retail store to purchase after only the caramel wafers."
Pros: "Great service. Good food and drinks."
Pros: "great airport with great efficiency (Glasgow) wonderfully polite and friendly ticket agent"
Cons: "We were delayed by over four hours due to weather but still the flight that was supposed to leave after us got out before because they were more concerned about getting that flight out on time than the 20 people who had been waiting for hours. We ultimately got out about six hours late."
Pros: "Friendly staff"
Pros: "The light attended to help me with problems from prior flight"
Cons: "The propeller plane is noisy and uncomfortable. But it made it to Stornoway. Strong crosswinds made it a tough landing. The pilots did a good job."
Pros: "The staff was reasonably pleasant"
Cons: "The flight was four hours late. There were no announcements so passengers waited in a cold, damp terminal area where there was active construction. The peopeller plane was noisy and there was no storage. They had to check my small bag and then left it on the wet tarmac where my clothes were stained. FLybe is notoriously bad. They certainly lived up to their reputation"
Pros: "I can't give 5 stars for food or entertainment, but on a hop like this no one should expect them. Coffee was fine. 5 overall"
Pros: "Very quick flight :)"
Pros: "Fast flight with no issues"
Cons: "Check In- as the airport was so busy, I nearly missed my flight due to queuing in lines for long times and poor communication form airport staff as to priority boarding etc"
Pros: "Price of flight was good."
Cons: "Price of snacks is a rip-off. Seating is cramped."
Cons: "Free cup of water"
Cons: "Flying with another airline which I will."
Pros: "Decent enough flight, seats comfortable enough for short haul wouldn’t want to go long haul on the same seats, good selection of onboard snacks"
Cons: "Flight was half hour late, priority seats should be reserved for the first seats on the plane rather than scattered all over the plane, suitcases shouldnt be allowed on board they take up too much space for anyone else and slow down the boarding of the plane as people attempt to haul them up the stairs, some staff could be more polite and less abrupt and some could attempt to speak louder and clearer"
Pros: "The crew is doing its best job given the cards they gave been given to play with !"
Cons: "It was all good for a budget airline."
Pros: "I liked getting off it he aircraft n Dublin."
Cons: "I didn't like that we were told the aircraft was ready to board at 8.30 pm and we were still stood waiting at 9.10 pm. I didn't like the staff's 'nobody cares, you're the last flight of the day' attitude, I didn't like we were late in but there was no apology for that, I didn't like that we got whiplash on landing, and I didn't like the apathetic manner that we were let off the aircraft. I realise it had been a long day, but it was for all of us. There were a lot of parents with very young children on that flight, so leaving them standing for 40 minutes to board just made them all fractious. By the time we boarded, those poor kids were beyond tired, so they were all crying. If Ruinair knew they were going to be late, there was no need to speed us towards a queue we'd be standing in for a good while after, they could have allowed the parents, kids and elderly to remain seated. All this did was serve to underline how little respect they treat their passengers with. Its unnecessary. ."

Pros: "Ryan Air 5.5 hrs Flight Delay from Glasgow, Scotland to Dublin, Ireland (Draft 2.1) Our flight from Glasgow, Scotland to Dublin Ireland on September 22nd with Ryan Air was delayed for 5.5 hrs (165 minutes) for unexplained reasons. We were supposed to depart at 3:25 pm and we actually departed at 8:55 pm when the plane actually began to move from the terminal to the runway. Over the ensuring 5.5 hr. delay there was no plausible reason given by gate staff or the bag check-in staff or the electronic flight board of daily departures in the Glasgow airport. Here is what we heard from all 3 communication sources stated in the previous sentence: • Seven (7) actual time delays of actual flight departure times (electronic flight board) ranging from: 3:25 pm, 4;30 pm; to be scheduled; moved to 5:15 pm; 6:30 pm; 8:00 pm; 9:00 pm; check with the gate. • Waiting for a plane to arrive......... • We have no idea...... • Waiting for a plane and a crew to arrive.... • Corporate is working on finding an available plane...... • I don't know....we will post the details when they are known to us..... The Scottish Times Newspaper (Sept. 21 or 22), reported that Ryan Air had allowed too many pilots to go on vacation at the same time which had made the entire flight schedule prone to long flight delays and numerous flight cancellations. What was reported on the various UK news shows was very different. Their were serious labor issues between Ryan Air's pilots and management, particularly Dennis O'Leary the CEO, over work conditions including pay and job performance. Those of us who read local UK newspapers had an inkling that the pot was boiling. However, as the actual departure delay went beyond the scheduled 3:23 pm, passengers were uneasy about our hotel rooms in our destination cities still being held and whether any drop-off family members should go home or be available if the flight was ultimately cancelled. What made it worse was Ryan Air realized that they were in violation of the European Union flight delay rule so they passed out FLIGHT DELAY POLICY to those waiting in line. The gate crew and the check-in folks outside security told us about having to provide all passengers two (2) free phone calls except that this would mean leaving security at the expected gate and going back to the Ryan Air check-in counter and back through security. A very arduous process one more time. Ryan Air has very arcane booking rules so if I change my checked baggage to a larger size, my only option was to add an additional piece of luggage at a very stiff cost. In our opinion, Ryan Air is a very poorly managed airline and the most customer-combative airline we have ever encountered in our many flights throughout the UK and Europe. Without hesitation, we would not recommend Ryan Air under any circumstances and would be willing to pay more with other carriers who take better care of their customers. Pros: "Once boarding began, it was efficient. Service was polite and efficient."
Cons: "Narrow seats, poor selection of drinks and food."
Pros: "The Gin and Tonic"
Cons: "3hr delay and the worst landing I have ever experienced, Stevie Wonder would have done better."
Pros: "The price. Period"
Cons: "Legroom non-existent. Sardines have more room in their can."
Cons: "I felt it ironic that our two smallish rolling duffel bags were not the right parameters to take on board, and just enough over the weight limit to rack up bag charges of about 35 E ea, ea way between Dublin and Glasgow, so actually our luggage charge is more than our set of tickets for this particular trip. No wonder the owner's a billionaire--however, on the positive side, the pilot landed "like butter" in Glasgow AND we heard that the Ryanair owner actually does pay millions in taxes for the good of Ireland. (Sigh...)"
Cons: "Asked to put cabin bag in hold despite having no other hold luggage. Plenty of room for cabin bags right above my head. Even more delayed time"
Pros: "Short flighy"
Cons: "Charge you for everything under the sun. Breath wrong and it will cost you €50"
Cons: "Very small space..no basket on seat Staff asked customers for change to give the change that they owed to other customers Couldn't sit with my family due to odd number of seats together Needed entertainment for children"
Pros: "It was a short flight and got me to where I needed to go."
Cons: "Seats too small. They broke my suitcase. I made sure the extension handle was down when I checked it. When I got it back, the handle was up and bent so it couldn't be put back down. A kind man on the bus was able to straighten it, but it still doesn't work right."

Pros: "Excellent throughout outward and inward journey's"
Cons: "They double-charged me for a minor mistake when I changed my flight. Although I immediately corrected my error they charged me an additional $110. Outrageous!"

Cons: "Everything is boor"
Cons: "The whole experience. Everyone we interacted with was just not nice or appreciative."
Pros: "The price of the ticket was less than the luggage cost"
Cons: "The boarding was a mess but that looks to be the airport not the airline but not telling what gate you need to be at till the last minute is just not a good idea"
Cons: "Boarding/delay etc was shambles did not get on flight had to get flight next day at my expense at cost of over £240"
Pros: "Once I got my boarding pass all. Was good, we even arrived earlier than scheduled"
Cons: "I really do t have much to complain , if you have a boarding pass before your good to go just one thing when I was trying to do my check in I couldn't make it happen I even did live chat, and got caught salonschmitz.com/salonoff, and then I called customer service and they couldn't help me either. So I tried entering through check in with my credit card, I stead iof flight number and that worked! Woo hop no extra charge at the airport"
Cons: "The flight was delayed."
Pros: "We didn't crash. The flight wasn't full so there was room for all the cabin bags. Flight crew were nice."
Cons: "Flight left late. Landing was harsh. Seats were uncomfortable."
Pros: "On time. That's about it."
Cons: "First time flying this airline. Cheap ticket price, but be prepared to get nickel and dimed... Check a bag? Ca-Ching! Choose your own seat? Ca-Ching! Cup of coffee? Ca-Ching! By the time you're booked and boarding, you could be flying an airline that keeps the interior of the aircraft clean, and has a seat pocket to keep your stuff in."
