Pros: It was a nice short flight. The movie selection was good and the crew brought around drinks once we were in the air.

Pros: My flight going to London was a train wreck...missed connecting flight, awful service and charged extra for a backpack that was called ”oddly shaped.” However, the return flight was the exact opposite, amazing service, free check-in because of my experience earlier and upgraded seating. I appreciate that they corrected what had gone wrong. Nicely done!

Cons: The first class seats need updating

Pros: Lots of entertainment options, great price

Cons: It may be standard these days, but it's hard to be on a six-hour flight and not get any free food. You have to pay for everything except for juice, water, and sodas.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable cabin.

Cons: The baggage policy was a bit unclear as to what those with the base fare could bring. We ended up having to cram a backpack into the carry-on bag to bring it aboard. We had to check one bag when we checked-in. It cost about 52 euros.

Cons: Easy Jet is not available to check in on a Kiosk in Venice and you have to go to another floor to find it. Once there the staff were less then helpful and all passengers seemed confused from a total lack of communication. Will not take Easy Jet again if other options are available.

Pros: The flight was short

Cons: My seat was sagging in from use. And some men were standing in the aisle, talking loudly and laughing while I was trying to nap. The staff did nothing about it.

Pros: Bag check in was great! Had a great experience with the Easy Jet staff. Security was u bit unfriendly.

Pros: there was not enough space between sitting rows

Pros: Crew were very helpful. I had just had surgery and were very accommodating especially after I was very sick.

Cons: Better leg room and organisation of the hand luggage in above lockers

Pros: Everything was easy ie checkin was easy, boarding was easy, the flight was easy, and luggage claim was easy - all round I'm very satisified with the my flight with easyjet - problem free and ontime

Cons: The opening time of the check-in counter could have been provided in the booking information but that is a very minor thing - I arrived 3 hours before the flight but the check in didn't open until 2.5 hours before the flight which if I knew - then i could sleep in an extra 30 mins :-)

Pros: Excellent service and exceptionally clean planes!

Cons: At the airport in Iceland we had to go downstairs after we deplaned and then come back up to check in again. No alternative to stairs was offered.

Pros: Airline crew were efficient and nice.

Cons: The seat was better than the last flight. It was an older plane it seemed - so I found this interesting. Also we waited in the bus on the tarmac for quite a while before being able to load onto the plane. Perhaps they run more shuttles to the plane so passengers don't need to wait so long. Our luggage was delayed, but the claims folks dealt with it efficiently.

Cons: Made us run from one end of the airport to the opposite end, because they said they had ‘operational difficulties’, causing them to switch gates between two flights. Total baloney, and completely avoidable.

Pros: Again... we didn't crash. That was nice.

Cons: There was a bit more leg room compared to the previous 5.5h flight. But my knees are absolutely damaged after a total of 8h in these sardine cans.

Pros: Our crew were wonderful - attentive, very pleasant, and helpful. The cod was very good and I enjoyed my meal. The seats wer comfortable. I also enjoyed the Icelandic movie "Let Me Fall".

Cons: For an 8-hour flight, it would have been nice to have more of a foot rest; something that would raise my legs more. However, the seats were comfortable.

Cons: After paying for 2 seats next to each other, Iceland Air decided to change the aircraft and reboked us on regular seats. I am 6ft6 with bad back therefore booked the extra legroom seats and want to have my wife next to me to assist me with putting the carry-on lugage up in the spaces above. We ended up sitting 3 seats apart, I was in the extra legroom seat but in a middle seat,so I could not put my feet in the isle to prevent leg cramps. When we boarded the flight from Reykjavik to Boston I notified the stewardess and she assured she would help, but I never saw her again and no one came to our help. Also when we entered the REK airport after flying from Amsterdam we were not notified to keep our passport on us, as we needed to go tru another checkpoint. My wife had our pasports and went to check some shops, while I was reading a newspaper. After noticing that I could not go to the boarding area for our next flight, I was able to locate my wife and we barely made it to the gate in time.

Pros: Flight was delayed for an hour but considering the day before when all flights were cancelled and that whole morning flights were delayed at Reykjavík due to a major storm off the Irish coast the airport check in, security, and boarding went extremely well. Staff on board couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient to get the plane pushed back from the gate and get our flight going.

Cons: The plane’s temperature was a little warm on both flights from New York and Iceland with no means to adjust fans or temperature at your seat like most airlines. The entertainment screen was down for about half of our flight back for both of us to New York but worked fine after.

Cons: My first time on easyjet & it was not easy.

Pros: The seat was fairly comfortable. The pilot communicated with the passengers about the reason for the delay, due to mechanical issue.

Cons: I was not made aware, until I got to the gate and was boarding, that a personal item (that was small enough to easily fit under my seat), would not be allowed on the plane without incurring a $60 Euro charge. Luckily, I was quickly able to squeeze it into my carry-on suitcase. One of the flight attendants wasn't very friendly (young, male, possibly Middle Eastern, French speaking). The other 3 were fine.

Cons: Not easy for seniors with medium computer skills. Took me ages to checkin online. I got help from a youth! Check in at airport i did not know had to pay for luggage. Checkin staff talked down to me and had to go to bank for euros. Still not friendly and sent me with my backpack to odd size luggage. Overall did not find EASY and will probably not use again. Be more senior friendly and understanding please.
