Not much to like on this flight. It got us where we were going.
This flight was very uncomfortable. The cabin was very noisy, seemed more so than usual. The headphones for the entertainment are useless and of very poor quality. There was three movie choices and only one in English.
Nothing. Kiwi.com really screwed me
I booked through Kiwi.com and sent a request to cancel my ticket a Couple of times but they Never did. So not only did I not get a refund, they didn't even cancel my tickets. Dont book with Kiwi. I would stick with Kayak under the options to book through
The only airline I have ever been on that won’t let you use your phone in airplane mode. All my movies were on there.
No choice of meals, no alternative for vegetarians or Halal eaters. No entertainment, though this is a minor factor on a short flight. Cushioning in seats is almost worn to the frame.
Flights were cheap and where I needed to go. Entertainment was good on this flight.
One and a half our delay in departure due to a paperwork error by the ground crew according to the cabin crew. Crew were efficient but not as polite and courteous as they could be.
Need “brown” paper towels for the bathrooms, not just facial tissues.
Had to spend about 9 hours in the air-port before they took us to an hotel to spent a night in china Delay can happen but the lack of communication was horrible Didn’t feel like there was anyone to talk to that will explain to you what is going on

They only delay 30 minutes instead of leaving longer
All the international flights departing and arriving in Guangzhou were ferried by bu. It's very inconsiderate for customer with luggages. Customer service representative was unhelpful at lost and found and at the airport terminal. It's always another department's problem.
You left me stranded in Bali and wouldn’t rebook me. You wouldn’t give me a full refund. You made me purchase an entirely new flight with a different airline. I spent FIVE hours on hold waiting to speak with a representative. I will advise anyone I know to never fly China Airlines

It has good sized toilets
Snacks and candy served we're of low quality. No prayer facilities inside the plane. They didn't allow me to pray though I got some empty spot to do so. They brought the issue of safety. While fasten seat belt sign was on I found people standing, walking, using toilet etc but air Crew did never brought up the issue of safety.
All of it was great!
The flight attendant dropped a suitcase on my head when I was sleeping. I had terrible headache, nauseous, and dizzy with some really uncomfortable neck pain. The staff tried to get me to take medicines that I could not read for nauseous but I would not. They said they were prescribed by a doctor! What doctor. The flight was the longest worst ever! 14 hours - nothing to eat or drink! In addition, the head flight attendant said the baggage compartment over my head was a problem as it opens all the way down and bags fall easily out. The bag was easily 30 pounds and landed directly on my head. I suffered a concussion.
