Pros: TSA in Philadelphia were very rude and aggressive. This is not Lufthansa's fault, but LH can at least pass on word that their passengers were hassled unnecessarily by TSA personnel.

Cons: Because of bad logistics, the flight from CDG to FRA was delayed and therefore i missed my connection to AUS. Lufthansa personnel could have helped me make the second flight but didn't bother. I was rebooked on another flight through IAH which defeats the purpose of choosing a direct flight.

Cons: Seats very hard and uncomfortable. No food or water provided unless paid for. No entertainment onboard, not even a magazine.

Cons: I had to pay to check my carry on when there was more than enough space in the cabin. It’s a rip off to be honest. My first experience with European airlines and this was the worst. It was uncomfortable as well

Cons: Queues at security at Manchester always a nightmare! .Foreign airports do not have that problem

Pros: Ryan sir is the worst airlines I traveled with we cant check in via their website. Third website never work for many people on July 31 for check in . They say $10 for small check in bagged but 25 $ for each at airport . We tried hard to check in online but can’t able to add the bagge online . Worst

Pros: Crew was very friendly and attentive. Seats were very tight and uncomfortable, specially for a 6’3 tall person!
