I feel like the overall product is so devalued at BA these days. It just doesn't feel classy anymore. As opposed to Lufthansa, which is an example of a European carrier that cares about passenger comfort and experience. Also the typical circling of LHR to get a slot is annoying and makes me want to avoid BA.

The woman at the check in desk worked patiently with us until she found us an alternate route. We werare given food and hotel vouchers to get us through the night.

Our British Airways flight was downgraded to a smaller airplane and we were not informed of this until we were in an hour in to waiting in a very long line to check in at the airport. We were unable to check in online the night before but not told why, and then we were unable to check in at the electronic kiosk at the airport but also not told way. When we got into the very confused and long line at the check-in desk 2.5 hours before our scheduled departure, we waited for almost an hour before anybody told us what was going on. They then told us that the flight has been downgraded to a smaller airplane, and that the agents were individually looking into rerouting passengers as they came up to the desk. Yeah sure does that the flight would not leave until everything was resolved and that people who had purchased their flights earlier would have priority. We then waited another 1.5 hours before it was our turn to speak to an agent at the desk. She told us that we would definitely not be getting on the flight because we had not checked in in time, which we had been unable to do. She then worked on rerouting us and offered us what sounded like an excellent flight option direct to Amsterdam on KLM the following day, however when we went to KLM to check in for the flight they said it was overbooked and we could go standby but we would not be guaranteed seats. We went back to her again and she eventually booked us on a Delta flight through Salt Lake City leaving the following day. We are currently in Salt Lake awaiting our flight to Amsterdam. This gets us to Amsterdam 12 hours after planned, Shortening our vacation with friends and causing us to miss events that have been planned. We are very upset that there was no information provided to us earlier and that British Airways did not, as is customary, first seek volunteers to take later flights, before bumping people off due to a lack of seats on their available plane. Instead they gave priority to people that had paid more money to check in with priority. We booked our flights 3 1/2 months ahead of time and feel that we were grossly AND unnecessarily put out by the actions and lack of communication throughout the process with British Airways.

Nice seats! Flight tracker. Our flight in the way home was cancelled due to bad weather and although we had to queue for some time all the information we needed about what to do about food, hotels, travel, etc was given to us along with a new flight the next day with seats together. First time I've had a flight cancelled and was impressed with the service I received (now got to try and claim our expenses back so fingers crossed that goes ok).

Poor legroom with large entertainment boxes taking up valuable space under the seat. Armrests do not lift all the way up - only go 45 degrees which is useless if sitting next to your partner and want some more room!

I couldn't quite understand if the beverages were free and if they weren't, that seems unfair. Also, even though it was a short flight, a little entertainment/distraction is always appreciated.

First the online check-in wasn't working on their website for days, because it kept saying error! Basically their website wasn't working! It slowed me down to have to check in at the airport when I should have been able to check in online. Upon boarding the plane, they made us wait in the shuttle bus for almost 30 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with the plane. Finally, they told us the aircraft was broken and they would take us back to the terminal. They made us wait in the shuttle bus (most of us standing) another 20 minutes before actually taking us back to the terminal. They didn't communicate with us what was going on. At the terminal, they still wouldn't tell us how long for our flight. Finally (2 hours past when we were supposed to depart), we were informed that our flight would depart in another 3 hours. They gave us 11 euros worth of food/drink vouchers but that's honestly not much. Just 1 sandwich/drink isn't filling at all considering we didn't end up departing until 6 hours later than our initial scheduled flight! Then the plane we got was incredibly cramped and small. The cabin storage bins were smaller than the plane we should have had. The crew gave us all 1 free snack (like chips/candy bar) and tea/water and were nice enough. But totally unacceptable experience overall!! Broken website, broken aircraft, and poor communication! And how do you not realize the plane is broken until right before it's supposed to depart??

Nice seats! Flight tracker. Basically ontime although a bit delayed getting started. Crew was attentive . Food Ok. Seating could be a bit better.

Somewhat tight seating. More reclining of seat would help. The gate was the furthest away possible requiring a very long walk.

Mentions you have to pay for all non small bags brought onto flight , so we check our bags . Carry on bags turned out to be free mentions nothing about that . Flight attendant stuffed another passages large bag under my seat used all my foot space

Arrived 2 hours late but mad it to my gate only 2 minutes late but they had closed boarding. We’re never informed by flybe that they were behind. Waited at flybe desk for 3 hours on bags and rebooking. Never could get an honest hour about why we had to wait there. Refused to let us go to hotel and send our bags there once found. Totally miserable and will never fly with them again. Worst customer service ever.

Nice plane, and quick flight to Heathrow from Glasgow. The plane had to leave late due to weather but the pilot kept passengers informed and made up time in the air so we were only 15 minutes late. The crew was available to discuss implications for connections.

We got to our destination safely which is always the most important thing.

There didn't seem to be as much space as usual on international flights. The plane never got to a comfortable temperature and we were hot all the way home. One of our tv's didnt work which made for a very long 8 + hours.

I found the girls who checked us in had an attitude problem. We had just arrived from Orlando and walked a very long way from the terminal. We are senior citizens and we're tired from travelling all night. My daughter had booked us on the flight so we did not understand about paying for our luggage. I was extremely upset about having to pay 80 pounds. We were told if they were paid in advance it would have been half the price. I made an attempt to call your office but was told it would be 98, there was confusion over pounds and kilos. Your staffs manner in the morning needs attention. The cost to check in a bag was 65 pounds. We are a family of 3 and so that was 195 pounds. It is unreasonable to charge that much to check in a bag and ridiculous for ticket pricing to not be clear about this.

Comfortable and on time. We didn't have any food or entertainment so can't rate for them.

We got to our destination safely which is always the most important thing.

There didn't seem to be as much space as usual on international flights. The plane never got to a comfortable temperature and we were hot all the way home. One of our tv's didnt work which made for a very long 8 + hours.

I found the girls who checked us in had an attitude problem. We had just arrived from Orlando and walked a very long way from the terminal. We are senior citizens and we're tired from travelling all night. My daughter had booked us on the flight so we did not understand about paying for our luggage. I was extremely upset about having to pay 80 pounds. We were told if they were paid in advance it would have been half the price. I made an attempt to call your office but was told it would be 98, there was confusion over pounds and kilos. Your staffs manner in the morning needs attention. Do not think I would consider using you again. 21.11.2017

the plane was delayed for over 40 minutes whilst we were called for boarding. There was no communication given to us regarding why we were delayed or any indication of how long it would take.

I had connection flight from Edinburgh to Amman with 1 hour 20 minutes layover in heathrow we had delay around 2 hours in Edinburgh we arrived 20 min before LHR-AMM flight and we missed our flight

First the online check-in wasn't working on their website for days, because it kept saying error! Basically their website wasn't working! It slowed me down to have to check in at the airport when I should have been able to check in online. Upon boarding the plane, they made us wait in the shuttle bus for almost 30 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with the plane. Finally, they told us the aircraft was broken and they would take us back to the terminal. They made us wait in the shuttle bus (most of us standing) another 20 minutes before actually taking us back to the terminal. They didn't communicate with us what was going on. At the terminal, they still wouldn't tell us how long for our flight. Finally (2 hours past when we were supposed to depart), we were informed that our flight would depart in another 3 hours. They gave us 11 euros worth of food/drink vouchers but that's honestly not much. Just 1 sandwich/drink isn't filling at all considering we didn't end up departing until 6 hours later than our initial scheduled flight! Then the plane we got was incredibly cramped and small. The cabin storage bins were smaller than the plane we should have had. The crew gave us all 1 free snack (like chips/candy bar) and tea/water and were nice enough. But totally unacceptable experience overall!! Broken website, broken aircraft, and poor communication! And how do you not realize the plane is broken until right before it's supposed to depart??

Boarded an hour late then sat on tarmac for an hour. Crew told us they would phone ahead to let connecting flights know we were delayed. Arrived 2 hours late but mad it to my gate only 2 minutes late but they had closed boarding. We’re never informed by flybe that they were behind. Waited at flybe desk for 3 hours on bags and rebooking. Never could get an honest hour about why we had to wait there. Refused to let us go to hotel and send our bags there once found. Totally miserable and will never fly with them again. Worst customer service ever.

Went through vayama, for this booking. Arrived for a 1:45 pm flight, which I had paperwork for. Jay Informed me, that a flight change to an am flight was emailed to me in December! No follow up email....say a week before?! Like all the other booking sites I use. Spent another night, in Ediinburgh, plus much money for new tickets. Two airport layovers. Will never go through this site again, rate it poorly and not recommend. Thanks, Vickie Varney
