Unfortunately, my experience with Air Canada was not as great as I had hoped. The flight attendants were not very friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience less pleasant. I expected better customer service and a more positive attitude from the crew. I hope Air Canada takes this feedback into consideration and works to improve the passenger experience.
great flights both ways on time both ways.staff(ladies) where great at check-in.
We travelled from London to Halifax. Customer service was excellent.fron the day we booked until arriving. The gate was only a short frombthe waiting area and walk Boarding was efficiently handled and plane took off on time. The service on the plane was very good. Fool an acceptable drandard Only downside was that the legroom was tight for anybody just over 6ft tall and am usually able to travel without difficulty. I will definitely fly with Air Canada again but next time pay for extr space.
Was disappointed when landing in Canada was made to wait for over 1 hour with several other parents and babies for our strollers . The expectation was that the gate checked strollers would be there when exiting aircraft. This was not the case we were told to walk to a point and wait for them . After being left there and not being updated we were met with very hostile and rude air canada staff . There where no apologies or understanding even though all the children where very uncomfortable and the parents very frustrated as you can imagine . Instead the air canada staff at the airport where very rude and made an already frustrating situation much worse instead of trying to assure the parents that that were making effort to fix the situation. One gentleman in particular was very rude to some parents telling them to move when they were simply seeking information. He made the other parents including myself feel very uncomfortable. He also told a gentleman he was capturing images of everyones boarding pass when this was untrue as he was only taking a photo of the gentleman pass which was strange.
It was good, seating was a little tight apart from that all was well.
I liked the flight but the check in was horrendous. I have booked with you before but not ever had to pay extra for luggage, it was not clear on booking, I didn't know there was different categories of economy that meant different allowances. So was alarmed when we had to pay a further £120 at the check-in at a point of not changing.
I wish they gave the earphones earlier rather than when we are already in flight.

We were a little late pushing back ,but arrived a head of time.
The 787 Dreamliner that we flew on was relatively new and a nice aircraft. We flew on a 777 which was noticeably older and the seats were average” but the 787 was very nice, especially for the price. No window blinds anymore, instead high tech adjustable polychromatic glass!! Nice.
My flight from Zurich to London was delayed 2hours and 45minutes. It was awful.
Not enough food for a 4 hour trip…Lack of entertainment and with no WIfi accessibility I didn’t figure it out how to access free WiFi
Not good because in this cancelled and then rebooked flight BA put me and my husband in both middle seats when we were originally seated together in original flight and i was in aisle. I hate sitting in the middle. BA food needs to be better. It was just ok. Thanks though to screw and everyone one for safe flight
Crew members were thorough in checking seatbelts and whatnot which makes me feel cared for because passenger safety is a main concern.
I was sent an email that said my card payment was not verified. When I spoke to an agent , he said my card was not verified and the flight I thought I had to booked was no longer available so I booked another flight on another airline(United). Later I got flight updates , etc., concerning my supposed first flight. So if I was charged for this flight on British Airways/American airlines, I need a refund.
The crew made it a great flight. They were friendly and attentive. They made me want to fly British Airways again.
BA has not been handling priority luggage with any special priority. This time our luggage was distinctly very slow to arrive, well after the first half of items to arrive. Business class flights cost a lot and it would be nice to have that reflected in the speed of baggage handling! (I note that this has worsened in our long experience of BA.) On a different note, we spent 2.5 hours on the plane after landing because of an airport mishap at Boston Logan. The pilot provided reasonably frequent update but more could have been done to ensure passenger comfort, such as more beverage and maybe snack services.
Good service from BA. Wish flight was non-stop to London from Grand Cayman.
No onboard entertainment. Seats that did not recline and food for purchase only for a flight where we in seat for 5 hours.
The entire trip from providenciales to London Heathrow I recieved no meal or snack , there was some sort of issue with British Airways catering services which was unfortunate for the Airline but even more for the customers , I felt that with a 12 hr flight predetermined there should've been a contingency plan to follow , I was disappointed and upset about the situation and feel as if there should have been an offer of compensation , especially given the fact that the airline staff knew and made the announcement of the unfortunate situation. I hope that I never have to relive this again and for a better future flight experience.
