I booked this flight thru Kayak and then had to cancel within 24 hours of booking. They only refunded part of the fare, saying that was the usual practice. I was not pleased.

Short flight so it was okay. Nice crew, all very pleasant and professional. We were near the back in row 27 so just as we got our drinks, we started our descent so had to drink very quickly!
KLM remains a quality flag carrier airline which maintains its standards whilst all their competitors are lowering theirs.
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight. However it was easy to book a later flight on their app.
My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!

Cabin crew professional, polite and friendly, boarding was seemless, but come on KLM surely you can do better than a pack of cheesy biscuits as an inflight snack

You should not have to pay for WiFi in business class
I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the services of the airline since flying is not my favorite thing. My goal was to be with my brother's family in Manchester after his death. All staff was helpful, the food appreciated since I selected an overnight flight. Every aspect of the experience was comforting. I plan to return to Manchester in order to attend my brother's funeral in October and hope that I am able to find a reasonable priced flight. Thank you
The worst Terrible Late for connecting flights. Made flight without luggage! I am still waiting for my luggage to be returned! I paid premium for this flight. My luggage should have been flown to Hartford instead they keep telling me it was put on a jet blue flight and is in New York! I flew Hartford to avoid New Yofk! The flight over was also unpleasant. We were stuck in a bus at Edinburgh airport for 30 minutes then our luggage again could not be found! Very poor service. Very disappointed . I need my luggage to be returned. Baggage fees are deceptive! When I booked this flight, I purchased two tickets and had indicated that I wanted one checked bag. That increased the ticket price by about $100 PER TICKET!. When we went to check in, I was told that I could only check ONE bag, even though I had purchased TWO tickets. I had to pay an additional $50 each way for my wife’s bag. In my opinion, I paid twice for her bag.
Delays resulting in missed connecting flight. Attendant failed to arrange special assistance as promised to get us on connecting flight. Robyn was the particular attendant.

My flights with Aer Lingus were very good and I will definitely fly with them. Again in future trips to Ireland and Scotland.
Too hot. Asked for an extra glass of water and was ignored. Asked to sit in empty seats that were open because it was so hot and crowded and was denied and the seats were empty the entire flight
Coming from the EU to the USA, Aer Lingus is a very good choice. You clear U.S. border control while still at the departure airport, so when you land in the States, you don’t need to go through the entry process again — very efficient and fast. In terms of comfort, Aer Lingus is better than the usual EU carriers like KLM, Lufthansa, or Air France, and also better than United. There’s more legroom, and the crew is helpful and kind. The food is average but slightly better than most airlines. Overall, the crew is definitely better than on American Airlines, though not quite at the level of Virgin.
Best travel day I've had in a long time. Everything went perfectly, no delays. 10 out of 10
A little late, but an overall pleasant flight. Staff pleasent hand helpful, a great start to our holiday.
Horrible… I was downgraded without notice, had to sit in economy and given my back injury was in pain most of the journey. I expect to be reimbursed for this inconvenience and after my return flight home, I never plan to fly with British Airways again.

we had to walk up stairs to get into the plane--no jetways. Perhaps that's a problem not with the airline but with facilities at Heathrow, Glasgow, and Edinburgh. But it was inconvenient.
Flight was excellent, staff was great. My first time in first class and it was very relaxing and comfortable.

The flight was very delayed in taking off - which was out of control of the crew, but then the pilot worked hard so we only arrived about 30 minutes late. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating!
Smooth roundtrip to Manchester, UK from SFO. I think BA is fabulous.
Both the flight from/to San Diego and London went very well. There were lots of movies from which to choose for entertainment, the food was nice, and the flight departure and landing times were good to minimize jet lag.
On time. Clean. Efficient. Just what is required for the short hop.
