Flight was delayed by and hour but were informed beforehand

Ticket price is competitive, flight time is punctual, aircraft cabin is clean, food is average. Can improve on serving system of meals on a A380 airbus. I had only 15 min to eat my meal. There are lots of people to serve & took a while for food to make it down to my row.

On this flight, about the last 2 hours the captain kept the cabin too hot. It appeared like the ac was off.

The ground staff on Islamabad is horrible. The on board services are excellent.

Business class on this plane was adequate, service, amenities, swag, and crew was amazing!

The food was amazing on our flight. So many options for movies and shows to stay entertained for 12 hours.

Enough vegetarian food was not available on the flight for all vegetarian guests on the plane. Crew did not adequately handle this experience

Nothing, all that I know is that I will never travel with Emirates again Qatar is were I belong. You guys should send someone over to experience what true acomadation is, Emirates has the worst food that I ever eat on any airline ,even jetblue has better food and snacks that curry Indian garbage you guys serve just make people sick.

The staff on the plane were attentive and friendly. The frustration with the cabin crew was that we were served second to special diet people. And, we were in economy section. The boarding staff was mediocre. Got scolded for requesting to sit with spouse on 14 hours long flight home. Was told they cannot break up families for us. Didn’t understand how we were denied sitting together as we are husband and wife. After many words of exchange, we were accommodated. Cleaning crew did a horrible job! Bathrooms were unsanitary or dirty from beginning of flight! Didn’t expect sparkling as its economy, but did except decent.

Food from Surabaya was below average but from Singapore is much better

The usual excellent experience with Singapore Airlines. The airplane was on time and actually early to Haneda Airport. The onboarding experience was pleasant with no delays, perhaps owing to the fact that the flight was not full. Nevertheless, the air crew were their usual outstanding standards in serving the passengers.

Good service and food. For buying items on flight should be preordered as they don’t keep much stock on board.

Excelent service and plenty of food and drinks during the flight. Flight crew very attentive to our needs. Leg room between rows are very disappointing.

Delay more than hour created pressure to catch the connecting flight

The seats were so close together, when the man in front of me put his seat back, the screen in front of me was 9 inches from my face. There is no way to lean forward if I needed to pick something up. It was pretty uncomfortable for a ten hour flight. I was very surprised.

The food was good. Most the staff was pleasant. The flight would be drastically improved with WiFi on a long international flight.

Swiss airline do not allow online check-in before 24 hrs, this is very inconvenient to us. I tried many ways such as booking code(6 numbers) or 13 booking numbers , neither of them work, Lufthansa is better which allow us to check in even before 30 hrs, so we can assign our seats( not many people want spend extra money to assign seats on top of airfare which is already spent.)

I had a terrible experience checking in at the airport for my flight. I booked my ticket initially through Kayak while it was promoted as a ticket that offers a carry on and 2 suit cases. (I have a screen shot as a proof of it) I selected it to buy three tickets and paid online. Couple of minutes later airfare assist which is the OTA offering the ticket called me saying My card declined. So I used a different card that went through. I was surprised that they increased the price ticket by a $167. They said the ticket no longer exists and because my card declined I had to buy a new one. So I did. The day my family and I were traveling I could not check in and when I went to the airport I was shocked to be told my ticket had no bags allowed and must pay $200 per bag for three people 6 bags mean I have to pay $1200. I called the travel agency as I feel I was scammed the confirmation didn’t say anything about the bags and they never told me the new ticket doesn’t not include any bag so they changed it after I selected it on your app without informing me. Very sneaky. The travel agency said they will reimburse me only for one bag person. Which means I still paid $600 I still feel very disappointed to pay such an expense. I have always used Kayak to buy my flight tickets and telling everyone how good your rates and app are however after this I feel I was mislead and paid more for something I should not have to. You allowing such an agency on your platform will surely hurt your reputation and level of integrity. I have all the proofs from the screen shot to the confirmation email from them, the or email offering to reimburse o e bag per person and the $1200 bag fees receipts that I paid on the desk. I must be refund the full amount and I look forward to your response.

A380 First Class Apartments were phenomenal. Comfortable bed and matress cover, superior vegetarian five course meal, shower, small business lounge and plenty of exercise walking around the aircraft.

The food could be better. Toilets were smelly all along

After paying for seats, I was cramped, my daughters legs kept hitting the seat in front, I had no overhead bin space and no help from stewards on board, the food was served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and never received any, the flight was cold with no temperature controls. we were delayed from Athens to Abu Dhabi by an hour and a half, so I had trouble connecting the flight from there to Bali. It could have been done had they waited even 15 mins. There was another lady who was in the same boat. By the time we were half way across the terminal, they have actually already issued different flights for us to go Jakarta then to Bali. Not to mention the inconvenience of waiting over 4 hrs at the airport and the subsequent inconvenience, we did not arrive to Bali till after 800pm the next day, which means I paid for the hotel for nothing when I could have been there before noon the next day! There was little explanation. It was just as well I needed some assistance getting around, otherwise the 2 of us would have been completely lost! Not going to fly with them again!

Love the A380 - loads of room. Headphone socket on my seat didn’t work. Sounds like a trivial issue? Well when flying long-haul the in-flight entertainment is what keeps you going so when it doesn’t work it’s a disaster. Pay attention to the details please BA. Crying baby the ENTIRE flight. Not your fault, but I paid 2700 for a premium economy ticket and it wasn't worth it. should have just stuck with coach. flight attendants very mediocre - minimal effort. Plane didn't seem very clean. Didn't have any cleansing wipes - most airlines give you this when you board. Flat screen scrolling didn't work. Toiletry case a joke - why bother at all?

I was told to be there to check in three hours before my flight and the counter only opened up two hours before. Apparently that is standard. So that was an hour I could have spent walking around Larnaca that was wasted. But besides that it was great

The overall seat and cushion needs to be updated. It was hard and no support. My butt was numb for most of the flight. The food was subpar at best being in premium economy cost. The flight attendants were excellent and attentive during the whole flight. Disappointed I had to select our seats 24 hours prior.

I enjoyed the comfort of Premium Economy. The Purser on London-Nairobi was a little testy, snappish in his tone. I understand stressed, tired, etc but his tone in addressing passengers I found wanting.

Very good crew. The seating in economy plus was excellent, and I slept most of the way. The diabetic meal that I requested was almost tasteless--about a 2 on a ten-point scale.--so I ate little. And why bother serving dinner to fliers at midnight?! I had eaten a meal at the airport six hours earlier. A good breakfast would be better.
