It was good but n it to the same standard as London to Singapore
Great flight attendants as always, they were super helpful and friendly. Made my kids super comfortable during long flight. The food were fine, some great taste some not so much specially the scramble eggs thats too watery. And maybe since its general food, better to not serve coffee pudding that kids cant really eat or maybe just serve different pudding for kids.
a longer gap btw the supper and breakfast would have been better - felt like the sleep was way too fragmented on this red eye flight
The quality and the quantity of food was terrible. I was starving to death at the end of the flight. Used serve 3 meals long time ago, now reduced to 2 meals during the 17 hours flight. Never offered wine or tea to us. We have to ask . Extremely hard to get the attention of the flight attendants. They intentionally ignore us to minimize the service. Bathrooms were dirty
SQ is a market leader for good reason and its 787 this time was actually comfortable and the service top notch as always.

Never book through Kayak. They can offload booking to third parties that are completely horrible.
I loved the full Taylor Swift selection but felt that the other selections were limited, didn’t span the popular music eras nor a wide enough range of music genres. BUT the seat and bed were GREAT (it was wide, long enough, had great storage, firm enough to uphold body postural comfort). Outstanding crew and really great food - gourmet innovative dim sum breakfast so different from the boring standard fare offered by many other business class products.
We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.
The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.

Crew were excellent and the bar service and chat fantastic. Cheese board delicious. Amenity kit good, very disappointing not getting pyjamas on this leg of the flight and needed to reuse from earlier flight.
Hospitality is good. Should improve on buggage handling because l lost a suitcase. Layover in Dubai was too long , 6 hours
Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.
Superb experience. I hope they bring back the fast track option at Heathrow immigration.
I liked theAVML food. Taste was alright and quantity was enough. Sometimes during the flight I felt that the smell from toilet was coming to the cabin
You can improve in many ways First the crew in general is good, but needs to work with passion to their works not like robots Second, collecting the ear headphones long time before landing is strange The crew should deal with the passengers with respect and descent way not like giving orders
It was ok, but not what it was like 20 years ago
This was the worst flight I’ve been on. Getting on the plane where is was 30 degrees outside was hotter on board cabin must’ve been 33 degrees. This is a health hazard. They cannot be doing this to save on fuel. People could die from this!!. Fans and a/c was, off entertainment was off. Poor excuse given. Crew made the excuse that the system didn’t have enough power. They basically were operating on one engine to save on jet fuel till 3 hours later on cruising altitude and they then started the second engine. And finally the cabin was cooled. On a 7hour red eye flight this made it so uncomfortable and impossible to sleep.
Excellent as always, I won't fly to Australia, and back to the US on any other airline. The flight crew is always top notch, and have a way to make one feel extra special. Thank you for your service, I would rate Qantas Airways a 10+.
The wifi was out. Otherwise it was great flight. Richard, as CSM, was excellent.
Planes was old - business class seats looked like they were installed in the 80s
The flight was good, long obviously but smooth. The seats are pretty small, definitely notice a difference for long haul compared to Emirates or Cathay Pacific it’s more like medium haul seating for space. Food options were good, children’s meals were good for my fussy 3yo.
The flight was delayed over 2 hours. We had to wait on the plane and the air conditioning was turned off. The food was average and the cutlery was wooden!
flight delayed, wait in crowded gate. staff inattentive. had to remind them to get my coat from their closet. not many new movies, media choices were limited (nothing compared to Emirates.) Lounge was crowded
Old plane nothing worked no charging facilities for phones etc
New month and no new movies. Qantas has lost the plot
Whatever was good was diminished by the late delay from Nairobi which caused the missing of our flight to Seattle then we were connected to another flight to Miami which also caused the missing of flight to Seattle again delaying us for several hours in Miami
The service was good but the food was a NO
They didn't board by zones and it was a free for all. The 16 hour flight was the most excruciating experience of my life and the seats were TINY... with no leg space and my feet were swollen immediately. The food was so bad it was inedible.
The Qatar Airways staff pre-boarding and also on the flight from Dallas to Doha were incredibly mediocre and arrogant. Consider retraining these individuals Other flights were ok.
Good staff, good intent, decent entertainment. More seat space would always be of benefit
It was a really long flight from Doha to Philadelphia and it was overall a good one. The one area that I would comment on is that there is a lot of single-use plastic and disposables in the meal service for American Airlines. It would be great to see more circular options in the meal service to reduce the amount of waste.
They shld provide food. Between food they are giving 10 hours gap which is toooo much
Just money making business. This was my fourth journey with Qatar Airways, year by year the quality of service getting poor. Food is very cheap. They have some low quality alcohol beverages. They don’t have any brandy or cognac. No toilet around the gate lounge. We have to wait until getting to the flight for use toilet.very long standing for entering into the flight. We can see the old passenger suffering.
INDIGO connection is extremely bad.. will never book QATAR flight with Indigo connection.. I spend more money on Qatar flight to get better service but Indigo connection is worst than local flights
The seats did not have foot rest. If there is no foot rest you can’t sleep.
Boarding going from seated area to standing outside and then boarding the stairway seemed unnecessary. Drop the standing outside part.
Check in at bcn was a nightmare. In-seat screen did not work, asked for help twice but was not able to use overhead light, watch the safety briefing, watch entertainment or monitor map
Over sold! Never again. Got bumped even though I checked in and arrived on time with all my documents in order. Wasn’t even offer food/drink voucher for the next flight that was 6 hours later.
The flight was canceled. It was very troubling because the rescheduled to Air France was two days later. I incurred two days extra of hotel, was not able to get a boarding pass until I reach the boarding desk at the airline. I don’t know what happened British Airways, but I was very disappointed.
There was a delay on departure. Seat configuration is horrible. BA should not fly this confirmation any longer until the new seat conjugation is installed. Your competition is beating you. Food was poor to average. Not many choices. Arrival was delayed at the gate due to another plane being at the gate. You would think after the delay at the departure, BA and ground control would figure out how to ensure you passengers wouldn’t be late and running to their next connection. Overall, BA continues to be very low on satisfaction. If I had an other choice, I would choose another airline.
Due to no fault of the crew or airline the flight left late but more than made up for it once we lifted off. Captain announced the delay was due to the plane was being worked on. Very friendly, helpful crew, who seemed to enjoy their job. Seats were very comfortable and appreciated headphones and the blanket/pillow in Business class. We were seated in the last row of Business class and they ran out of choices for the meal, however the Flight attendant was able to obtain a chicken dinner from another section.
We missed our connection because they loaded the plane wrong. And had to fix the weight and balance

Much better than from Singapore to London, which was awful. London to ORD was business class experience expected. Friendly and helpful flight attendants, decent main course, delicious dessert, comfortable lay flat private seats.
The "new" configuration Club class provides a fantastic experience - a private pod, with great design and plenty of room to spread out. In addition, the cabin service was beyond excellent, and the food was great. Thank you for this sector, BA - it was worth every penny.
