Nearly every flight was delayed, I missed a connection at one point and the solution was unbearable. Added nearly 12 hours of travel time to my itinerary and was given no recompense.

Liked - efficiency of boarding with 2 jetways. Checkin was with kiosks with helpful and plentiful workers to help with the process. Munich airport security was very automated, efficient and effective. Free wine and beer! Cons - food was only okay in economy class. Plane bathrooms could have been cleaner.

No Wi-Fi or food unless you pay an expensive fee.

Ground crew at checkin in Hyderabad airport was terrible, they seem to be intent on being a pain to passengers. Folks made a huge fuss about size of backpack and made me rearrange contents to make it fit in the sizing slot. All for a flight that is 60-70% full.

Flight took off late. Flew business class. Lunch choice was chicken or vegetarian gruel. Chicken was gone by the time the flight attendant got to me. Got the salad, rolls, and desert. Skipped the vegetarian gruel. Almost broke a tooth on the roll. Suspect at it was least three days old...bird food. Wheelchair service (for spouse) at ATH was outstanding. Wheelchair service at FRA was mediocre as usual/expected.

Leg room was ok 1 flight attendant threw headphones at us. Very rude Overbooked flight thank goodness I got a seat Bathrooms smelled and urine all over the floor

No assistance as requested. Very late take off. Very hard landing And again , no assistance after landing

Less room on an international flight than domestic, which makes no sense as they are 8-9 hour flights. Completely uncomfortable and the food was terrible. Flying through Germany and having to stand in line for a passport check when you have a connection also makes no sense when you already did that prior to boarding. They had given some of our seats away because we were so late arriving to the connecting gate

I never will fly again. They rebooked me without telling me. Cancelled my flight and rebooked me on new airline. When they booked me on new flight I had to repay for all my baggage and seat reservations despite the email and reservation I showed and confusion and discussions the new airline had trying to rectify it with Discover and Lufthansa. I added seats later which is an option which makes me think I need to book directly with airlines going forward to avoid this disaster
