no qatar did noting wrong Kayak messed up my whole vacation . Went early to check in at The Cairo, Egypt airport to find our I had not tickets to board , Kayak and/or Affirm never sent the money for my flight that I paid for and booked. So I had no flight at 12am in a foreign country and I had to scramble and find anther very costly other option just so that could fly home. Fucken horrible experience.

I was travelling 3.5 years after. Agree Economy is no business class but the food was mediocre. Ordered a Hindu meal, the salads were bitter . The food was really below quality and had no tast from what I had in the past. Indian Railways probably have a better quality food when compared. However the kids meal was really nice and really appreciate how they were taken care of. The restrooms were dirty .
Indigo airlines is terrible. Staff is awful and so disorganized. They are so rude and unhelpful. I will never travel on Indigo airlines again!!!!!

I recently travelled with Qatar Airways from Doha to Dulles in the QSuite, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The cabin crew, especially the lady in charge of the cabin, was remarkable—professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. While the in-flight experience was outstanding, I have a few points of feedback. Firstly, the content available in the in-flight entertainment system could be expanded and upgraded to include a more diverse and updated collection. This would elevate the entertainment experience to match the premium standards of the QSuite. Secondly, regarding the Wi-Fi service: while QSuite passengers receive one hour of complimentary Wi-Fi, any additional usage requires a fee of USD 10. Considering the premium pricing of QSuite, it would be more fitting to include unlimited Wi-Fi as part of the experience, further enhancing the luxury offered to passengers. Lastly, I must highlight an issue with luggage handling. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it through the transit, which was disappointing. While the ground crew assured me that it would be delivered to my home on the same day as it was arriving on the next flight, this promise was not fulfilled, and the delay added unnecessary inconvenience to an otherwise excellent experience. I am a larger than average person and in my opinion i don't think it's fair to allocate a window seat to anyone who is my size or larger, i was seated between 2 large passengers on a full aircraft. The guy in the window seat also occupied a portion of the middle seat (my seat) which made my experience of flying with etihad very cramped and uncomfortable, i was flying from Abu Dhabi to Bangkok. Had this been a airbus 380 it would have been better as the seats are larger but unfortunately it wasn't so i had to endure the 6+hrs unable to get any rest
Surprised at the lower quality of seats on the Boeing 777 in Business Class. Seats are tight and the whole Business class section is jam packed with seats. It doesn’t feel like Business Class at all. Also the way the tray tables are placed with a huge bulky solid metal hinge at knee level makes it so uncomfortable and always anxious that one will accidentally bang their knee on it. Quality of amenities has also declined. Over priced tickets with diminished quality of the entire experience.

Horrible. After paying for seats, I was cramped, my daughters legs kept hitting the seat in front, I had no overhead bin space and no help from stewards on board, the food was served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and never received any, the flight was cold with no temperature controls. Entertainment was outdated. I booked this through partnership with American Airlines but will avoid in the future.

Extremely bad food, they never gave our bags in time, the online check-in did not let us check in because we had Indian OCI not sure why we were given the option to check in then, because we couldn’t check in online we had to go in person and we were not able to change our seats and sit with our family
The flight take time was changed 23 times. The system kept sending messages it will be earlier at 4am and eventually the flight was at 9am I didn’t sleep all night because of that
This flight was a dreamliner so I think the space was ok for the legs, but the option for food was again limited and the crew was same.
Boarding was efficient, had to check in cabin luggage. Seats were narrow, food was more in quantity, received cabin luggage on the luggage belt which was fine.

The flight was very delayed in taking off - which was out of control of the crew, but then the pilot worked hard so we only arrived about 30 minutes late. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating!
Although the crew were great and the good nice, I might as well have been on Ryanair for the amount of space I had. Not good enough BA. I’d rather pay more and not feel like a human sardine.
The air hostess were good, cheerful, but I didn't like the boarding. My son and I initially bought our flight tickets, making sure it included 1 luggage and a carry on. Tickets were purchased for British airlines, but we were merged with American Airlines. At checking in our languages, we were told, we don't have luggage prepaid so we had to pay extra $125 each and almost £60 on our way back. I think that's unfair.

Several seats in business class were broken. Some would not recline, others had other problems. They need to really update the seats and AV.
I reached the check in counter 1 hour before take off and was denied boarding because the luggage could no longer be transferred to the flight. I was aback when throughout the world(including India) for a domestic flight, you need to report 1 hour before boarding. Then on top of that i was made to buy a brand new ticket. I had paid $350 for a business ticket between delhi and mumbai and then was made to buy another economy ticket for $100, No concessions/discounts were made for the airline's own inefficiency! The reservation counter was also extremely rude and unapologetic about making me pay a second time. For such a mediocre airline, there seems to be zero focus on providing good service to their customers and providing a pleasant experience.

my experience with kayak was terrible. Team kayak just left me with a booking and limbo and preffered not to contact me.. Instead when I contacted the team they said the booking is cancelled. Seriously 5 days after booking u were waiting of my call to inform me of the incompetence of the team. This will be taken up with higher authorities
only passenger seats are too much narrow. It’s not comfortable otherwise it’s good. Seats are very important because it’s main in Travel
