Unfortunately I forgot at the moment when I left the board of the plane, a minute later I reminded that I forgot my hat but I was not allowed to go back and get my hat. I tried to communicate with the Lot&Found office in Vienna airport as I had 2h40 minutes in connection time and it was enough time to get me back the hat, unfortunately nothing was really done from the airport staff to get me my hat and made to me possible continue traveling with my hat. I spoke to two managers, the name I could share with you if you need. The Found office registered my black hat and the plastic box under the number F2018/000682. In this situation I ask your offices to deliver my hat and the plastic box to Lviv airport as sson as possible as this is a special hat for my daily prayers. The staff in Turkey was rude and unhelpful and most didn’t understand English properly. There were a number of others having the same issues, it was an awful experience."

Turkish airlines did not even bother to help with accommodations, instead giving my wife and I a small bed to sleep in vs a hotel room. The only way to get a hotel room was to leave the airport, and we could not get Visas because we were American citizens. Turkish airlines was a very bad experience. Overall this was a poor experience, and I will not fly Turkish Airlines again. I will make sure my friends and family know that this is a poor airline with poor customer service."

Cons: "I am an experienced traveler. I've been to 17 countries and have flown over a million miles in both business and coach. My wife encountered a problem in Istanbul that involved an airport transit visa through Canada. I am certain that any other airline we’ve ever flown would’ve assisted us, since it was easily resolved. To Turkish Airlines, this is simply a part of their business model and a chance to make more money. It took about 8 hours of our time at 5 different airport locations to eventually buy new tickets to get back the next day. Our original tickets say: “REISSUE With 200.00 USD penalty. What I didn’t see was the fine print at the bottom: “Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change rules regarding ticket changes and refunds.”. They mean it. As bad as our personal experience was, the real reason we are so appalled is that we were there long enough to see this is the norm for them. In our single day there, we saw at least 100 other travelers going through similar things. The ONLY solution ever offered is to purchase another ticket. We witnessed several people weeping. Many losing control and shouting. Their own personnel were screaming at customers (in a separate office area though, it was all yucks and laughing). These were people of all nationalities. Africans, Asians, Europeans. We were lucky because we had the means to purchase new tickets. Others clearly didn’t. I really don’t know what happened to some of them. One moment was very symbolic of the entire experience. Another vanquished traveler was paying $843 for a new ticket with cash. He handed her $845 but she, of course, had no change. Instead of the $5, he gave her two $1 bills. I had one in my pocket so gave it to her as well. She held my $1 bill up and pointed to the corner which had a very small piece torn off…no ink was missing…and sneered “I can’t accept this. She did this simply because she could. We were powerless. She knew it and reveled in it."

I will never fly air Europa again as I feel they are dishonest. The charge for the headphones is ridiculous when the entertainment is limited (most tv series will have one episode and the shows are old) The food was sub par. The sandwich with one sliver of ham was pathetic and the main meal was lacking with only chicken and rice, a small desert, no fruit/ salad and or crackers with cheese which is the norm on international flights."

This again happened on this flight, the 'gent' next to me continually elbowed his way into my space, kicked me, fidgeted, pushed against me continually. when I asked him to stop kicking me and to move his feet back to under the seat in front of me, he tried to silence me as if I shouldn't be talking to him like that or that I had no right to be annoyed. I was in pain, couldn't sleep. He encroached into my space so that he could give his wife lots of space. Selfish. I do feel it's a cultural thing. It doesn't happen to me when I fly to other destinations and travel economy. I didn't feel safe at the end of the flight when it was taxing to the bay. Passengers turned on their phones the minute we hit the tarmac and were opening the overhead lockers and left them open even the plane was still moving at speed. I thought things were going to come crashing out. It just doens't feel save and controllled when fellow passengers do not follow instructions. I worry what would happen if there was an emergency."

I called UIF office 7 times and finally one of the reps was able to give me full information and reschedule my flight with other airlanes. In the airport I saw a bunch of people who came for their flight... which was cancelled. I received email about cancellation after I spoke with UIF reps. Never will reccomend or use this airline again"

And they make you weigh your carryon (you’re only allowed 10 kilos). And the aircraft is hot and sweaty. The crew members seemed nice but their food was terrible."

I tried to order something on the menu but nothing was available. I won't flight with Ukraine international airways anymore"

Boarding and leaving plane was definitely a struggle because of the sheer crowdedness and impatience of passengers (not due to incompetence of crew but passengers were not following instructions)"

Cons: "First, the security took about 15 extra minutes trying to decide if I was the person in the passport and on my work permit. Then they brought in another person who eventually agreed that I was the one. The second was I spoke to one of the crew that I was hungry and I would not mind eating something and she showed me the menu. I told her what I would want and she said I should hold on...Then She served, I waited for about 2 hours only to be told they are out of food!"

Had to go on the web site to check in then get an email sent to me with boarding pass to be able to put my bag on a check in computer!!!all of this while I’m standing at the desk. This is now rediculous way to travel, hope the airline does not go broke with people avoiding travel with this company!"

Pros: "Nothing. You had to purchase soda for$4usd. The bathroom's were old and broken down. There are no TV's per seat just the old ones every 6 seats or so on the ceiling. Where were 3 movies shown in 10.5 hr flight. Horrible food and experience."

Cons: "I've got an E-mail about flight cancellation less than 24 hours before deparute, but their hotline was not working at all, so I had to book a seat with Qatar in advance to secure my trip. 8 hours before the departure I've finally got an E-mail from their representative with 2 possible routes to Bangkok to change my ticket too. It was a perfect trip with Turkish, but I lost 150 USD for Qatar cancellation."

Cons: "we got stuck on the plane for an hour and a half due to an issue with a passenger and the entire time the crew would not tell us what was going on. they started getting very irritated with people asking for water-- WATER-- while being stuck in a confined space for so long. the least they could've done was tell us what was going on or give us an ETA of when we'd be taking off. we didn't land until nearly midnight when we should've landed around 10 PM."
