This wasn't even a Cathay flight, it was Lufthansa and I didn't earn any asia miles

Pros: "Crew and all other Staff were very helpful and friendly"
Cons: "Don’t know"
Pros: "Airbus 350. Very good experience"
Cons: "Crew was jumpy. I expect them to be a little more gentle serving food."
Pros: "Nice entertainment on this flight, modern movies and TV programs. The food was good, more than enough to fill you up on a 4.5 hr flight."
Cons: "The business class configuration on the 777s operates on this flight is not worth the extra price paid. I found that the level of recline (120 degrees) made my back ache and it just wasn’t comfortable. I’ve flown this flight several times now and this is an issue for me. I’d like to arrive refreshed"
Pros: "Vegetarian oriental meal was good. Movie selection was good."
Cons: "Plane was delayed 1 hr. I was not notified on time to go make arrangements to go to the airport a little later."
Pros: "The food was amazing, and the cabin crews were all very nice people. I would love to use Cathay Pacific in my next trip. Also, I loved that they provide a lot of diverse movies from all over the world, along with good music lists."
Cons: "Honestly i think there are not much space for each passenger."
Pros: "The seats are old .. the plane is old .. the flight was delayed 2 hours, food even in first class lounge is not apetising the menu has been cut significantly.. lettuce and tomato say that they are not sourced from China .. must be from India as the quality sucks"
Cons: "On time is an expectation that if you travel from HK to BKK on CX that it is always delayed .. common knowledge for people in Thailand.. this is bad"
Pros: "Really good flight, no complaints here. Friendly and efficient staff."
Pros: "Loved the crew, very helpful and attentive."
Cons: "Food could be better. No goodies like toothbrush or paste or sleep mask, but this is minor. Website is really bad and hard to check-in online. They could really simplify the website and allow folks to add their favorite miles in there. just so complicated to do anything on the website."
Pros: "The food was great on Cathay Pacific and the flight was comfortable"
Cons: "Should serve more food"

Severely delayed with no notice. Could have arrived at the airport hours later had we been informed of the delay

It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.

Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.

The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.

Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞

Pros: "From checkin to luggage collection - the flight was easy and without hassle. We left slightly later than scheduled but arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Staff from check in to those onboard we polite and professional. The aircraft was clean, bright and appeared in good order."
Cons: "Luggage collection took a little while longer than I would have expected - only a minor point, nothing to change airlines for."
Cons: "Both times into Rome we had to wait on the tarmac for stairs. Either get more stairs or book fewer flights. The planes get hot in July while you wait endlessly on stairs."
Cons: "Check in was a mess. I paid for a seat but was given a seat at the back. Fortunately, I had the print out and insisted to Ck it."
Pros: "Pleasant crew. Clean plane."
Cons: "Leaving on time (we were an hour late because of a discrepancy between number of passengers checked and number on board.) Would be nice to have at least a complimentary bottle of water."
Pros: "Crew were ok. But flight was delayed and cabin was very warm."
Cons: "If airline informs of delays, cooler cabins"

The boarding seemed especially inefficient- rather than open several lines for boarding they opened one despite having multiple kiosks to check your ticket. So it was hard to squeeze around the person in flight and you often had to wait even tho kiosks were open. The flight crew was great but the flight was delayed before departure, due to long boarding and on the tarmac. I was in one of the last rows and due to a table arranged near the exit to accommodate customers who had missed their flights already, we were backed up on the plane for a long length of time. Luckily I could run through the aiport and just made my connection.

Pros: "Crew was great; super easy boarding process; flawless take off and landing."
Cons: "N/A"
Cons: "Business class on the 3.5 hour flight was just blocking the middle seat in the front of the plane. No leg room, narrow seats. My husband is 6’4”” with wide shoulders. His legs do not fit and therefore extend into the aisle. Flight attendants were constantly bumping into his shoulders. Very cramped We were not aware of this configuration."
Pros: "Gate was super close to the lounge."
Cons: "The security check at the gate requires one to leave the comfort of the lounge early incase of queues and then wait in an over crowded lounge with the other passengers (so the fact you are business/first or have one world status does little to ease the burden of boarding. The lounge also did not offer red eye passengers a meal and the on board meal service is slow (so if you are hungry it eats into precious sleeping time). The breakfast wakeup was also disappointing. My meal of choice was not available and the whole process was rushed like a fast food restaurant. Overall I am disappointed by the club world offering on this route and would not pay for it again unless intended to get on and just sleep for the entire journey."
Pros: "It is very disappointing that the I have been charged for my luggage. I have been allowed one peace suitcase from London to Stockholm. I was allowed from London but on return British Airways check in staff charge me unlawfully."
Cons: "Seats are thin so 9 hrs sitting becomes a pai in th b... Litterly. Both out bound and in bound the audio did not work well out bound not at all so 9 hrs not top notch"
Pros: "Food"
Cons: "There was a problem with the plane but there was time to make up the lost time however it seemed no one was in charge. We were not even told of the problem until the flight was already 30 min late. Then there did not seem to be a plan to fix things. The flight was 1 hour and 15 min late meaning we miss our great connection."
Pros: "The food was surprisingly tasty for an airplane - it looked horrific but that’s of no importance. The airplane staff was very friendly and generous, possibly due to delays everywhere."
Cons: "Delayed takeoffs on both legs of the flight, combined with absolutely awful layout at Heathrow which made us nearly miss our connecting flight. Why do we have to go through security again in London?"
Pros: "Good crew and efficient service."
Cons: "Not the most comfortable business class seats. Had a hard time getting any sleep."
Pros: "Food good! Crew friendly"
Cons: "Food was great and plentiful! The crew were friendly and helpful. Seats were compact. But that’s usual for airlines. Plan extra time for customs...aaaaugh!!!! Two hours! I’ve never had to wait that long before."

Staff had been really impolite at the boarding area and for both ways charged high extra fees without a reason. For the check-in luggage which was measured 3.5 kg and was confirmed by the stuff to cost 40 € , 60 Euros had been purchased from our credit card. When confronted staff did call us both liars and claimed to never have announced anything. Flight back , when not wanting to press a backpack in a measuring metal instead of hand measuring , staff got angry that one did not follow her order, which was than escalated by the team. Although carrying a baby anyways staff did not offer any help in the unreasonable process and than charged again extra money. Cabine crew has been friendly but this experience LL lead to not booking easy jet at all in the future. Check in process in Edinburgh anyways chaotic,to the family check-in and disabled check-in everybody else was guided for check in process, so people just getting in between each other, not possible to monitor your own stuff.

With stairs on a rainy tarmac, EasyJet flights are ok for younger travelers with backpack only. Seniors with mobility issues find it challenging 😰. However, the crew and disability assistance folks at both ends eased that discomfort as much as possible for their various roles. Kudos to airport and EasyJet employees for their kind service.

Total jobs worths over carry on bags, charged £96 extra for bags that were clearly hand luggage

Pros: "Everything except ridiculous baggage fee"
Cons: "The fee to pay when I was forced to check-in a carry on size small piece of luggage. 52 euros is a bit insane. I do not mind paying a fee, but that amount is insane"
Cons: "Flight delay because of rain. It wasn’t a lot of rain, and we missed our slot for take off."
Cons: "I have travelled many easyJet flights but today’s ground crew in Nice were rude, hostile and not nice to passengers"
Pros: "The crew were super friendly and could not be more helpful. It was a 2/3rds full flight, so no squabbles over baggage."
Cons: "I pay for easyJet Plus and it should mean my bag comes up first, but it was one of the last."
Cons: "If you EasyJet ever lands or boards on time I want to know about it. #LateJet"
Pros: "Crew were polite"
Cons: "Take off was over an hours dinner a half l late"
Cons: "Check-in was the worst experience I have had in 45 years of air travel. The desk attendant was rude and confrontational. He checked my bag, sent it down the jetway and THEN told me that it was overweight and want to charge me 15€ per kilo for the overweight. He was beyond rude!"
Cons: "We were late to land by 25 mins which made me stressed to catch my bus that was pre-booked."
Pros: "It was Ryanair, didn't expect much and they delivered on that expectation."
Cons: "The delay was longer than the flight itself"
Pros: "though the plane is small the process of boarding is smooth & efficient"
Cons: "seating is small."
Pros: "The stay"
Cons: "Ridiculous long wait even though Ryanair said to still go for the original time. 9hours in the airport is not good enough"
Pros: "Flight was on time."
Cons: "Flight to Amsterdam no mention of requiring the passport stamp on the flight ticket was mentioned. On the way back to Dublin the crew member that checked me in informed me of this requirement and I thought she was potentially going to send me back to get it at customs. My husband who had a different crew member check him him, made no mention of the requirement."
Pros: "I liked that I didn't feel squashed and this is about it."
Cons: "I disliked the fact that our flight was delayed and we weren't notified about it. I disliked that we got told there was a problem with the engine but they didn't allow us to either get off the plane or change plans we just sat there as they ran test after test. Asking us to sit down for them to see if the engine is working okay. They asked a member of the public who was sat by the wing to keep an ear out for any funny noises. We stayed on the runway for an hour and a half after it was already delayed. Once we set off in fear that the engine might fail again Ryanair didn't even off us a free glass of water to show appreciation for peoples tolerance. It honestly isn't worth the money you save."
Pros: "I screwed up i booked the one-way tickets in reverse. Used my phone while on the Camino and did not see the mistake until after the 24 hour period. There were still seats available and they could have switched but no- they kept the fare, of course and said for and addl 500€ each we could correct our flight. Good Lord!"
Cons: "Their total inability to help and that they took our money for nothing in return. Customer service was basically that’s the rules, can’t help you out. We took Renfe train instead for a fraction of what they wanted and had a great trip."
Pros: "Price"
Cons: "1. We were told to follow ground crew to plane across tarmac and then not allowed to board once at top of stairs—poorly organized! 2. Rude and harsh cabin attendants. 3. When we arrived in Dublin, we were turned lose to find our way from the plane to the stairs into the terminal; once again poorly organized and unsafe!"
Pros: "I got assigned to the seat I requested"
Cons: "I arrived early per their suggestion and was one of the first few people in line for baggage check in. I was told boarding passes were not free, they charge a fee but she would not do it right there. She sent me off to another window to pay, then I had to come back to this window to get my boarding pass, which had a huge line by that time. It cost me an extra 68.20€ and another 31€ for a checked bag. Definitely NOT the low cost airline they claim to be! The flight may be reasonable but they get you with ridiculous fees. I will never take Ryan Air again- they are crooks! Once they’ve sold you a ticket you are stuck having to pay the fees. It’s cagey business practices."
Pros: "Crew was friendly and the boarding process was relatively smooth."
Cons: "The A/C made the cabin so cold that I am still shivering nearly two hours after landing. The cabin was cramped and uncomfortable, but I have experienced less comfortable seats on other budget airlines."
