Finnair was ok. But some things were pretty bad: 1. Crew was not friendly, especially a crew member named, Maria. She woke me up while I was deep asleep by force just to let me know that 2 people can’t be on the same seat (my toddler and me) for sleeping. 2. There was no vegetarian option in the menu so I had to eat bread for one meal 3. They didn’t have an option for child meal

The food was delicious. There has been a major improvement here in the last few years. Excellent, friendly service. An enjoyable experience.

Great if not for the boarding by bus at Heathrow terminal 3. Medieval disappointing time-consuming and very hard on handicapped flyers. It was awful

All reviews good because...flight from BWI to London ,economy seats was miserable. I usually book 1,step up from economy but this would have added 1500 bucks 1 way. Bit the bullet and upgraded for retun flight, otherwise all ratings would have been rock bottom.

There wore nice leather like sits, in my opinion seats lay out bit tight . Crew was great they did averything possible to make averywone comfortable as possible, food was, think worst I ever head on flight, head chicken and yellow rice. Ice cream was a nic treat.

This has been the worst experiencia I have had traveling overall. More than 3 delays, no one answering questions, no one at the AA counter. No one at customer service and after having to change transportation to airport and spend the night at a hotel paid by me, we were delayed inside of aircraft for more than 2 hours!!! Bad experience!!!

Great flight- smooth, nice crew, nice clean aircraft, departed a little late but arrived 10 early.

The flight was surprisingly good, especially given initial experience. BA app is horrible as is their customer service. Online check in was a horrendous experience and when I phoned their customer service number, the live agent with whom I spoke was rude and dismissive. She did helpfully inform me that their IT people were working on a known problem related to online checkin. However, once she delivered that information, she curtly ended the call before I could suggest that since BA was aware of this, it should be posted on the app and online. I grudgingly flew BA this time - have avoided them for years because of past similar serial bad experiences. While this flight was fine, I’ll return to avoiding them in the future given the hassle experienced and rude personnel.

Boarding was a shambles, with no proper line or queue and multiple groups joining at the same time. Overhead space was limited. Seat spacing (width) is not generous. My neighbour was invading my space, before he even spilt his drinks over me (twice!) as he struggled to contain his meal on the table. The main meal was very poor. Choice was simply chicken / turkey - the crew didn't know exactly which - or vegetarian. The chicken meal was really poor quality - uninspiring and tasteless; and very little offering of drinks. Half the crew were friendly, half really need to cheer up.

LHR is always kind of a challenge. British Airlines did a fine job. My tickets were the cheapest so I can’t complain.

I was so hungry. No meals. Staff very nice. Seat arms armed too tight and didn’t go up. I was scheduled for First class, but was put on Standby, even though I made my reservation a while ago. Thank you.

Everything was done like clockwork and I find no fault with the airline.

American was the airline that Starlux contracted for this trip. I arrived in time to make the connecting flight on American, and then the baggage-handler debacle happened. For some reason, the first class and premium economy passengers' luggage was unloaded first. Never seen this happen before. They had handlers removing the bags from the carousel for those passengers. Meanwhile, all of the economy passengers were waiting for their bags, including me. And there were a lot of bags because it was an international flight packed full. While waiting for 45 minutes, my bag didn't show. Meanwhile, an American representative showed up asking if anyone has a connecting flight to Phoenix. Of course I spoke up, and they proceeded to try to find my bag because I had to take a bus to the actual terminal to catch my flight. Which I was not informed of before I arrived. After another 15 minutes of searching, my bag was finally found with the first-class passengers' bags because they had pulled it by mistake. So I rushed to the terminal with the American representative to catch my flight, and they informed me that I missed it and could not get another flight until the next day. Of course, after being on an international flight for 18 hours, I was in no mood to hear this. Now, to be fair, there were a few American employees who tried to help me. After hearing about the missed flight, they got a supervisor to talk to. I expressed my situation to the supervisor, and she was not helpful until I asked for compensation. She agreed to get me a hotel room for the night. So I agreed, and she disappeared into her office, and I waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. While waiting, I was asked by three different employees who knew of my situation if I had been helped. I told them I was waiting for the supervisor to get the hotel room, and they said they would check. Finally, after waiting for 75 minutes, one of the employees who had asked me if I had been helped arrived with my hotel room and arranged a ride to the hotel for me. Never saw the supervisor again. It was now 8 o'clock; I arrived at 5:45! My rebooked fight was scheduled for 6:11 this morning and I have now been informed it has been delayed until 10:00. So am I happy with American? NO I'M NOT!! ;

It was good overall but when I book my flight and seat through Kayak, AA will at times change those seats during check-in time which I don’t understand why. I always book aisle seats and had to sit at window for my flight to Austin this trip.

I was very unhappy with the lack of communication from the cockpit. It took close to a half an hour before we took off after the doors were closed, and we got no announcements as to progress. It would be nice to get some acknowledgement of the situation and updates as to when we are taking off.

American Airlines is a great dependable airline, on time arrival and departure with polite crew and staff.

Horrible experience. Food was ridiculous, insufficient, and not appetizing at all. They served sugary granola bar for breakfast. Furthermore, my bags were delayed and delivered damaged and American made it impossible to file for damages. Furthermore, the flights were delayed causing unnecessary stress given the connecting flights. It was awful experience, would never want to fly American.

My table was broken so it made it difficult to eat the food during the service. I was also informed that my luggage did not make it with me to Phoenix. I live two hours away so this makes it even more stressful to try and arrange a time for pick up

Spacious business class lie flat sear. 2 hour delay leaving LHR led to a misconnection in Phoenix. I was place on a much later flight but that would mean a 6 hour lay over - more than half the time it took to fly the 5000+ plus miles from London, That second flight was only an hour! The staff in London said they could do nothing which led to uncertainty through the long haul flight. Thr agents in Phoenix were very responsive put me on a 5 PM flight to SAN but that flight was delayed so we took off around 6. There is little storage for personal items in the pod. There was no vegetarian meals left so flight attnedant did her best to cobble a meal from snacks. All in all I was disappointed in the AA experience.

The flight attendants were rude. People sitting next to me agreed as well. Wifi wasn't to bad... it went into and out a few times.

It was my worse flying experience. It was my first time and last time flying with Jet Blue.

The wifi didn't work and I needed to do some work. This was a business trip.

It was my first time in Jetblue flight in 10+ years(?) and the experience was horrible. You were better before. There were ATC delays sitting/waiting in the tarmac for 2 hours, I understand that this isn't Jetblue's problem but how the matter was handled poorly is. Cabin was so warm and hot couldn't get it to cool down for the entire waiting period worse, even during cruise flight. Start, the passengers were spoken to and treated like a little children with no respect. Constant/multiple annoying tone/voice PA announcements of mentioning "... only big/large suitcases are for the bin and small ones need to be placed under the seat, etc,..." I see that flight was delayed and crew were trying to get the plane ready to board as soon as they can but the way they presented was lack of better word, condesending and scolding tone to cattle. It was definite unpleasant, unwelcoming flight experience I have ever had with Jetblue. Whatever happen to smiles and fun employees , pleasant/helpful gate agents, flight attendants, crews, where have they gone? It was dissapointing flight experience overall from everyone. Sorry for the direct transparency.

Flight was cancelled as JetBlue could not find a pilot. Communication was poor and they did nothing for stranded passengers. Flight they rebooked us on was 4 days out.

JetBlue cancelled the flight. We had to rebook on another airline.

Jetblue provided a very good service during the flight, the plane in a very good condition, the crew is professional, everything was on time. That's it!

Given us a free miles or free flight for waiting for 9 hours I didn’t get home till 5am in the morning and I was supposed to be home at 9:30 touch down.

The regular feedback of any changes to our flights. The Jetblue staff were very helpful. Our flights were great. Lots of leg room!

I had back trouble prior to my flight and everyone was great about helping me.

We liked the flight, but not in JFK, not in Gatwick it is no lounge and this was surprising and disappointing. I think by now it is understandable that COVID will not go away and why it should not be business lounge?

I was never able to use this flight. I booked my flight through KAYAK, using cheapfaresflights, and the agency did not book the ticket correctly. When I went to check in for my flight in Rome, my details had changed. My name was incorrect , and the itinerary was not what I had paid for. I was unable to board the flight and I had to purchase a second ticket at considerable expense. Unfortunately, no one at KAYAK or Cheapfaresflights was able to help me. They both shifted the blame on United Airlines, United Airlines was able to provide me a full detail that the error occurred on the travel agencies side. I consider this fraud and will pursue it further.

This was the worst flight of my life. Economy seat directly behind a premium economy seat with extra recline meant I have about 6 inches between my face and their chair. My seat would not recline at all. I couldn't even use my laptop on the tray table because I had so little room. I was in a casket basically for 10 hours. Completely unacceptable.

Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.

Other than problems with checking in and uploading passport info everything was great. It would be nice to be able to manually input passport info. Often while traveling the bandwidth has problems uploading pictures

Boarding was a zoo. London ground crew was useless. Poor communication regarding where to line up. We were group 2, and everyone was jammed in together. Ground crew didn’t seem to care.

Horrible flight attendant in back of economy that screamed at me, have already reported to United. Horrible food - for Gluten free, why would you assume the person is vegetarian? I was served some kind of horrible curry bean paste and multiple cold rolls and soggy vegetables with no seasoning... um no!

It was not from Denver to Tucson (they canceled flight and rebooked) so it was from Houston to Tucson.

Knowing that there was weather in other areas of the world, united airlines should have planned better than it did. The flight was 5 hours late. United has no regard for its customers

Flight itself fine, big problem with KAYAK. Revised e-ticket sent in July stated departure LHR 10:55, arrival SFO 13:45. (a believable local arrival time given flight length and time difference). When we got to LHR there was no 10:55 flight to SFO and were advised that in fact flight LH2473 was arriving in MUNICH at 13:45pm, and that we would need to get a connecting flight arriving in SFO at 18:55 local time - over 5 hours later than expected. 1) you the booking agent made an error on the revised e-ticket you sent, omitting the Munich stopover and incorrect SFO arrival time. 2) I booked a DIRECT flight and 3) we had to cancel plans this end as a result, even though the team at LHR did a great job moving us to a later direct flight getting us in 2 hours earlier than the flight from munich would have.

I didn’t get on this flight due to a delay from Frankfurt

Lovely attentive staff and even though take off was a tiny bit late, the pilot landed us early in PHX. Smooth easy journey and good touchdown.

My screen didn't work for the first 9.5 hours of the flight. The crew could not resolve. I don't watch much media so I had been really excited to relax and watch a BBC special but couldn't. Then I tried to use the online streaming on my devices - that never worked but I do have about 7 charges on my credit card that I now have to dispute with BA. Pretty annoying. Also, they ran out of meals and they served meals that had a serve by date of 1/26. But the staff were all very friendly and helpful when they could help.

Food is horrible. Flight was good and the staff were mostly men.

The boarding process was chaotic at LHR and the seat was not as comfortable as other airlines....

I liked the comfort of the seats, very attentive crew, and the meals were excellent.

Quiet and comfortable aircraft, pretty smooth flight. Very comfortable business class cabin with decent entertainment. Good service from the crew. All in all a good experience.

Boarding could have been better organized. The one member of staff disappeared for a while so boarding by group relied on honesty.

I flew Club World and was SHOCKED at how totally absent the crew were for the duration of the flight. So much so that we received no drink service other than the post-departure cocktail and that was it. Wasn't even offered tea/coffee and the in-flight attention was so bad that literally minutes before landing the one crew member for our row was scrambling to pick up left-behind water bottles, glassware, trash. And the rest of the crew had already stowed all carts, he was cramming the trash into the lavatory trash can and was stashing the glassware frantically in the galley as we were on final approach. He was so scrambled he left two overhead lockers wide open (that he'd opened) for landing. Unbelievable!

It was a pathetic experience. Booked Hindu vegetarian meal and they served chicken. Inspite of telling them repeated times, the issue was not resolved.

Terrible. The flight out from EWR to FCO was canceled last minute. I had to reschedule to fly out of JFK instead of Newark. It took an hour and a half to drive to JFK, and the line at the airport was multiple hours long. On the flight back from FCO to PHX, my connecting flight in London was missed due to a delayed departure from FCO. British Airways was not able to get us out of London until more than 24 hours later. During our trip, we found out that my wife's father was terminally ill in Illinois, and we tried frantically to get the flight back rerouted to ORD. She was put on standby and approved for standby, but when she got to the gate, she was denied the flight. When we got back to PHX, we found out that her luggage was not on our plane to PHX and was still in LHR. The bag was eventually recovered in ORD. My wife had another flight scheduled out of PHX to ORD the day after we were scheduled to arrive in PHX so that she could see her father before he died. That flight was missed, and not refunded. She had to schedule another flight put of PHX on Saturday, but by then her father already died. Everything about this experience was terrible.
