Felt my rights violated, I HATE to dispatch luggage... and in the end there was space left on the airplane luggage storage areas. Not nice"

Cons: "Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :("

We felt that many passengers where coughing too much and the crew didn’t care. Like come on we got sick because they didn’t make them were a mask and when we say cough we mean cough We wish that they cared more about other passengers

I am not sure why there is a option to choose my seat if they are not going to honor it. Also seats were very little and there is not much room. I am only 5.4 and 140 pound. So not sure how big people can handle seating there for 10 hours."

Air Canada had to put me on completely new flights there and back. I think this has taught me to go directly through an airline. Justfly was not helpful. Neither was Turkish airlines."

The plane was clean and the staff was friendly. Food and drinks as expected on international flights. The entertainment system was old style, with a pullout controller, and selections not as extensive as on other flights.
The food quality is poor. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment program was limited. I experienced a delay of 30 minutes due to two issues. Passenger luggage had to be removed and there was a technical issue with the stairs not detaching from the aircraft. The pilot managed to compensate and we arrived only 15 minutes later. The luggage at Dubai airport was very slow. I waited over an hour.
I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.
Seats actually fit a human! Snack options were a bit lame but that’s ok
Cons: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

I purchased a tickket with Lufthansa but "operated by" United Airlines. At the airport United staff were unable to help me select a seat on the portion of the flight actually run by Lufthansa. Nor was I able to check in over the web, possibly to self-select my seat. The link given in the check in email claimed my flight record locator ID was invalid.
I was served cheese that had mold on it. I brought this to the flight attendants attention and she informed her supervisor. They were apologetic and offered me a replacement, but I think that is extremely insufficient compensation given I ate bad cheese causing food poisoning for my birthday vacation. Both me and the flight attendants photographed the cheese, and I was told they’ll “put in a ticket” to ensure it doesn’t happen to someone else…….
Plane left 1 hour and 30 min late due to a faulty gate at the airport . they should have changed the gate immediately and minimize the delay. Due to this fact I lost my connection in Munich and ended up staying 12h in the airport . I got rebooked and for the troubles i got a 15 euro voucher witch is barely enough to buy a bottle of water in the airport . A bottle of water is 6 to 7 euros in the airport a sandwich is 12 to 20 euros . a sleep cabin is 17 to 20 an hour . their compensation is mediocre at least it has not changed the amount in the past 10 years , where the prices since then have . On top of this on my return they broke both of my check in bags another 500 USD damage
It was not from Denver to Tucson (they canceled flight and rebooked) so it was from Houston to Tucson.
Departure delayed two hours due to congestion over Frankfurt airspace. Not the fault of Lufthansa, or crew. At Birmingham we sat around in the corridor for 90 minutes with no sears, outside a locked waiting room. The Birmingham WlFi was not connected to the internet for some. reason
Great crew No entertainment as very short flight and not necessary so no problem I slept so don’t know if there was food or not but there normally is
They lost my Bebe stroller til today I can’t reach anybody to find my Bebe stroller
Boarding was awful, plane was delayed by almost 2 hours and the system had kicked everyone off the flight prior to departure so we had to wait in line for almost an hour while they were fixing the system, food was bad, seats were uncomfortable. Because of the long delay we missed out connecting flight and stayed in Frankfurt for over 10 hours before they FINALLY decided to put us on the next flight out.
