Terrible last row seats many seats available but no offer to move to better seat
Delay on my previous leg, had to run to catch my flight. But that happens. Overall ok.
Delay and had to run between flight to get my connection due to this delay but besides that the overall experience was ok. I arrived with just an hour of delay.
Flight was ok but lack of communication cost me to literally beg to be put on another flight as connecting flight had departed
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
Short flight so it was okay. Nice crew, all very pleasant and professional. We were near the back in row 27 so just as we got our drinks, we started our descent so had to drink very quickly!
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight. However it was easy to book a later flight on their app.
The service was great. However the lounge only gets passing grade
I appreciate that KLM was proactive in informing me of the 2 hour delay which enabled me to replan my travel. It was a bit stressful not knowing whether my connection from Montreal to Ottawa was happening. But the ground and air crew did a good job at comforting and assuring me.
Best international flight I have had in a while! Far superior accommodation, services, food and general experience compared to U.S. airline companies.
0lane 2qs on tim3. Very bad food. No free wifi, only for texts. Entertainment poor and hard to access.
At boarding, the locations where we had to have our passports checked prior to boarding were very unclear. Occasional staff wandered around telling people, but in busy area of the terminal this was not obvious. It was also located well after the check in desk in terms of walking to the gate. The Premium Economy service was attentive and warm. The only big draw back was lack of restrooms, and no division or even curtain between PE and Economy.
Very nice crew and great food. Easy to board just wish the flight could be shorter or seats more comfortable or more room to walk around when you get cramps in your legs from sitting so long. Crew was great and attentive and really was good food.
Food used to be better and comfort was not attainable after 5 hours everything starts hurting.
Even though I paid extra for more room, we were very cramped and the seats were hard. Also, when we checked in they did not post the gate we were to arrive at even though we were half an hour away from boarding. The agent did not know either. Actually, the flight from Porto to Zurich did to have the gate posted, and there were very few agents in the boarding areas who could help us. I would never fly Swiss Air again.
At the boarding gate, passengers were offered the option of checking in their carry-on luggage, as the plane was full. However, they failed to specify that they would not be dropping it off at the exit. Instead, everyone had to wait over 30 minutes at the airport carousel, and to everyone's surprise, not even the carry-on luggage, but the checked luggage, was the first to arrive. An hour later, we finally collected our bags. Lesson learned: I will never check my carry-on luggage with Swiss Air / Helvetic Airways again.
Zürich to Boston was great. Nice to Zurich was not bad
The return was painful because of the flight that was canceled. Nobody was able to help us out. It took hours and a lot of walking on two different airports to get a new flight
The plan was delayed for takeoff by an hour, but we ended up making the landing on time which was a nice surprise.
Ground staff and cabin crew were excellent. Flight was perfectly on time. Zero issues.
Even after a delay, getting off the ground, thanks for keeping me safe, the airline made certain that my connecting flight was rebooked to get me to my final destination. It was actually rebooked twice, and my luggage still managed to meet me. The airline gave me a credit for food and beverage to be used at the airport vendors, regretfully, the credit did not transfer to my final boarding pass. Oh, well…
Flight was great. Smooth flying, movies good. Open seats allowed for good stretching.
Come on. A two hour, 7am flight and a small bottle of water and a tiny chocolate bar was provided. No coffee, no nothing. Poor.
Trip was smooth, good drew, average meal, almost cold coffee. Excellent landing. Did not enjoy going down the stairs, walking to the gate, walking up the stairs, going a long walk to the exchange gate, and going down the stairs again to be bussed all the way where we originally landed to take our next flight! Over all an average experience. Thank you.
Not enough veg food for passengers. I actually did not get veg food and starved the entire flight duration.
I booked extra leg room, due to seat neighbor i now consider extra shoulder and arm room as well. Seems like the seats shrink in width now The crew was very friendly and professional ( 100%). Food was good not great, breakfast was bad, a dry slice of bread would have been better. Facilities clean.
The crew on my Frankfurt to Chicago flight were outstanding!! Friendly, helpful and worth taking the time to write an excellent review on their behalf. I would fly Lufthansa again just because of their warmth, kindness and humor!
Overall, the service was excellent, the crew verry professional, and departures and arrivals were perfect.

Flight on time and priority boarding worked. I travelled economy although business was available as no flights are cheap these days and at least with BA loyalty card I get a baggage allowance for nothing. That made the flight comparable or even cheaper than the ‘budget’ alternative. As for catering and entertainment - not on a BA short haul economy ! At least we were offered biscuits and water! Catering for economy short haul has been reduced to the minimum - no tea or coffee or other drinks than water (from a large bottle with a paper cup on offer). They will say this is better for the environment, which it is, but proper waste management is still needed for empty packets etc. so actually it’s a money saver.
Audi visual not working for a whole group of seats in first class. How does a plane leave the main hub in such poor condition? How much that we can’t see so immediately is also compromised?
The check-in baggage belt was broken (which is understandable) but what was surprising is they would check you in, give a baggage tag and then you have to drag the baggage to a different counter at the end of airport. No vegetarian option in in-flight meal. British Airways remains the worst big name airlines and always my last option while booking.

London → Mumbai: A Complete Turnaround The next sector restored my faith in British Airways. The entire crew was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Phiroze and the entire team serving the Business Class cabin — their professionalism, hospitality, and thoughtful service were extraordinary. They truly embodied what makes British Airways a global leader, and I am deeply grateful for the experience they provided. This is the BA I know and love. Mumbai → London: A Strange Meal Schedule This sector was generally fine, but the meal timing was puzzling. Lunch at 10:30 AM — for a Business cabin — felt unusual, and most passengers, including myself, barely touched it. The rest of the service was smooth, but the scheduling definitely needs a rethink. London → Boston: Mixed Experience Again The flight itself was decent, but the Business Lounge at Heathrow for this leg was a letdown. Arrived during lunch hours: no hot vegetarian options available Lounge area: dirty dishes everywhere Even after politely alerting the staff, the dishes were ignored and left uncleared For a premium cabin passenger — and at one of the world’s busiest international hubs — this was disappointing. Overall Impression My journey with British Airways felt inconsistent — two great sectors sandwiched between two that fell short of the BA standard. When BA is good, it is world-class. When it misses, the gap is noticeable. I genuinely hope the airline takes this feedback as constructive insight. I continue to believe in British Airways, and I commend the outstanding crew on the London → Mumbai sector — they were the highlight of my entire trip. With a little more focus on vegetarian meal availability, lounge service, and consistency across crews, BA can ensure every Business Class passenger experiences the premium journey they promise.
We were in business class and I had seat # 1. This was a night flight and after dinner was served, lights were dimmed and I went to sleep. The crew were loud and noisy so I didn’t get much sleep. I expect the crew to enjoy themselves but would Appreciate some decency in staying quiet while the passengers sleep
Have travelled business class with other airlines who profess to be the best in the world. They can however not beat the service and comfort that BA provide.
