As always, it’s a pleasure to travel with KLM. It is one of my favorite airlines.
As per usual when you Hit the UK it's a slow process through customs Not as efficient at Thailand for sure
The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members
Terrible last row seats many seats available but no offer to move to better seat
Delay and had to run between flight to get my connection due to this delay but besides that the overall experience was ok. I arrived with just an hour of delay.
Flight was ok but lack of communication cost me to literally beg to be put on another flight as connecting flight had departed
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
Short flight so it was okay. Nice crew, all very pleasant and professional. We were near the back in row 27 so just as we got our drinks, we started our descent so had to drink very quickly!
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight. However it was easy to book a later flight on their app.
Nothing to answer your questions appropriately. It was just a 2hrs flight from London Heathrow and we were served a cup of tea only. So the questions about food aren't relevant and also, there's no entertainment on these short haul flights. Overall, the flight ✈️ was okay.
The seat in economy are comfy, with some legroom and shoulder room. The food was above average. The plane was newish.
The connection time from the flight to Stockholm and the flight out of Stockholm was too short. Due to a knee injury, I almost missed the second flight. From deplaning at E5 to boarding at F69 takes more than 40 minutes.
Cancelled flight, wasn't refunded paid selected seats. Poor customer service. Called airline and they didn't realize the flight was cancelled until several hours after the email notice was sent.
Really good. Everything went smoothly. That's what I hope for when I'm on a long flight, especially with multiple changes. Thank you SAS.

I wish they have given us explanations for the delays. And the rebooking process in Copenhagen was too long. I had to wait about 4 hours before they assign me a hotel. From there the handling process (accommodation, transportation and meal) was excellent.

Since our earlier flight was delayed, we missed this flight and were rerouted on Lufthansa 2 days later.
Our originating flight into Copenhagen was an hour delayed, causing us to miss our main flight from Copenhagen to the US. There had been snow and we needed to be de-iced, but they seemed very slow getting the flight ready, with no explanation. The delay caused us to be put in with thousands stuck at the airport with an all day wait to get rebooked on a flight 2 days out.
Most things went well, but the legroom was lacking. The crew were great.
I was very happy to see that Lufthansa had direct flights from Frankfurt to Tampa. The pasta dinner was delicious, but the pizza wasn't that good. I suggest a selection of wurst and cheese with crackers or an egg wrap might be more refreshing.
Good food, overall very comfy. The flight was full so obviously not optimal, but it is what it is.
Parents with permanently crying baby on board. Neither parents nor crew did anything to calm the baby. The food was extremely disappointing. Seafood stew was very, very small! Not even appetizer size! Seat had a gap in the back. Had to use a pillow to fill it.

The already delayed flight took an hour to find no-show passenger bags, which seemed long. Flight attendants only provided flight transfer information to a few passengers not all.
It could not have been cancelled and the rebooking pro could have been smooth, not requiring me to be on hold and standing at check-in counter at Air Canada (not AC fault) for a total of 3 hours. Ridiculous.
Never took the flight due to strikes which happens but there was no timely coordination to find me new flights. I had to call Lufthansa and Kayak support only to be given no good options and a 75% refund. Ended up spending way more for alternative flights that I coordinated myself for a trip I had booked 6 months prior.
Definitely get premium economy on a flight this long if you can. Your legs and while body will thank you.

We loved our flight attendant, Emma from Scotland, the meal and entertainment offerings were wonderful, the flight was smooth, and enough leg room to stretch. We would fly with you again!
Los Angeles to London. 25th of April 2026. Business class. I was flying backwards with a complete stranger snoring next to me. In Business class. Males and females, strangers lying next to each other. Seats were backwards. I paid for comfort. I got dizziness and stress.
I liked that we got there safely. I disliked long delays, gate and ticket agents incompetence and apathy and having my luggage lost. Five days later I've yet to get anything more than a generic apology from British Air. Luggage yet to be located, much less returned.

The flights were on time. Cabin crew were nice. The food was terrible! Checking in was not easy using my phone.
Crew were fantastic and the aircraft was extremely comfortable, but outdated. Headphone jacks were worn out and sound normally only came out of one ear unless positioned just right.
All the above categories was great. Seats entirely too cramped.
No problems except for a completely full flight. But we were add one because of a previous delayed flight.
The map feature on the display at the seat had challenges. The biggest issue was the flight had no WIFI. Most of the smaller planes now have free WIFI. American Airlines on the flight over had WIFI you could purchase. With 8-10 hours on a single flight, the ability to do work via WIFI is essential!!
