Apart from the delay, it was very good. Crew were great and the plane was great - looked like a newer one.
Generally excellent but a couple of areas could be improved. After boarding we were delayed a full 20 mins whilst various ground crew, flight crew, captain faffed around counting and recounting passengers. Said discrepancy between computer and manual. All OK in the end. So why o why did it take 20 mins to find all OK? No sense of urgency shown Secondly the seat base is just not supportive/resilienfor a 4½ hour journey - backside really aching by journey end.
The staff are just so friendly travelling alone was a bit scary but they made me feel comfortable and nothing was to much bother I loved how one of the girls was talking to the old ladies she really took time thank you jet2 shame I can’t get home with u guys 🥲
On time flight. Reasonable comfortable but a bit cramped. Excellent jet 2 staff as usual.

All was good but they should bring back seat pockets. It’s difficult trying to travel with small children and keep having to get stuff out of flight bag and then have nowhere to put it!
The flight was okay, seats slightly more comfortable than Easy jet, but wouldn’t want to fly much more than 3.5 hours in those seats, hard and uncomfortable for further journeys. Boarding was okay, never eat or drink on Eco airlines, food not good and expensive for what you get. But it is what it is, and for the price one can not really complain.
I’ve always flew with Ryan, but never again I’ll always fly with easyJet
There was no useful information given regarding the flight back to the UK from Tenerife. This despite the week publicised problems around the EES system and the delays caused to boarding. This aspect of the customer experience could have been much better.
Fast boarding, smooth takeoff and landing. plenty of space in seats. Excellent air-conditioning on a hot day. Perfect experience

Sitting on the last row in between the aisle and a massive person, all people going to the bathroom bumped into me including the flight attendants.
The best budget airline in Europe. Flight was on time, crew friendly and worked hard during flight and were able to meet our needs. Only downside (not the airline's fault), there were no rear steps.
It was transportation nothing more. I will give a positive rating over Ryanair. We missed our Ryanair flight the night before and received rude and unconcerned treatment from the Ryanair customer service. It was late. We were very tired and stressed after doing our best to get to the airport. The so called customer service ladies were completely unconcerned from the start. Aside from that, the flight to London seemed to be their opportunity for advertising. No time to relax as attendants were constantly in the aisle selling. I will never fly Ryanair again!!
Boarding could be better. To get through your gate but to be stood in a corridor for 20 minutes is not great.
Would not advise EasyJet for a 5 hour flight…small plane and hence a lot of turbulence. No inflight entertainment so struggle to pass time in cramped seats. We also fell victim to extra charge for our cabin bags, although bag dimensions were ok, but the handle was rigid and slightly fell outside their testing cage!!….never again will we fly with this airline and be party to their scams for making money!
The food and so are to expensive and old . Crew whas not very friendly . Apparently some other passenger can just Push through the waiting people to board while almost punching me and a father with a child down the stairs. Its always something with easy jet . The seats of row 26 where lose . And for a guy of my size there is absolutely no leg room at all .
Someone sat in my seat and this made boarding protracted and unpleasant. The stewardesses kept saying, “it is important that everyone be seated — or we will be further delayed,” but for a long time they did not tell me where to sit. At the end of the flight a baby screamed loudly for several minutes and it took ninety minutes (!) to get through EU passport and customs. We had to stand the whole time in a an overheated room. The seat on the plane was narrow. These things are not all Lufthansa’s fault but they made for a somewhat unpleasant trip.
Everything about the flight was excellent except for the fact that we had to wait one hour on the tar app and then I had to race to catch my connecting flight with the next stop
The flight on time, flawless check in and boarding process, the crew was very friendly.
Generally OK. The very worst part was the food we were served (on a special diet) which the crew apologised for and said they took photos for there managers. This flight was using a code-share from Discovery Airways, so perhaps not Lufthansa's direct fault. The general food was far better but definitely not plentiful unlike some other airlines. Otherwise it was a nothing special experience unlike the superb time we had last year for a similar route on Cathay!
Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.
Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.
Efficiency of staff, and comfort and cleanliness of aircraft was all great. Maybe a hot drink without payment at that time in the morning would be good!

When we went to the lounge they told us to go into the main lounge and not the full business class section, later they told me that Lufthansa wont pay the full fee to alloq the business class passengers entry to the nicer sectikn where all the other airlines nusiness class passengers go into. Very poor arrangement.
They forced me to check my wheel bag because there was a full flight. This was very frustrating. I went out of my way when planning my trip to not have to check any bags. Usually, they ask people if they are willing to check a bag they do not force people. This felt like bad planning on the part of the airline.
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!
Great flight, great crew, decent food. Premium Economy was very comfortable. I compare this flight to the one we took on BA from DC to London: Like a different airline. The food was atrocious, the crew aloof, and the cabin not as comfortable. Based on that first flight we said we'd avoid BA, but the return trip changed our minds.
Those seats were very comfortable. Nice leg room and food was great 👍
because the previous flight operated by BA was delayed, when arrived to the gate, I was surprised that I was taken out of this flight and they rebook me but with a different seat

We arrived at 430a for our flight. We only had carry on so we were sent to security. The BA person was tagging all carryon in case a shortage of bin space. We were on the plane like 20th and told we had to check carryon because it had a tag. Unexpected and unnecessary
The travel on premium economy class was very positive. Comfortable with plenty of space and leg room. The service throughout was top notch. Crew members were kind and helpful. Food and entertainment were excellent.
Based on my wife's damaged condition, BA very kindly upgraded us from cattle to business class. MUCH appreciated!! One of these days, as it gains more experience, BA MAY learn how to depart on time (with over 30 years experience with BA, no flight has EVER managed to leave on time), Once airborne, the entertainment was ever so very pedestrian. But the flight was uneventful and the cabin crew's service was superb. And whichever driver landed the aircraft had obviously done it before. But BA unfortunately is learning from that scuzzy airline Delta. Delta is ALWAYS stunned when one of its aircraft actually turns up anywhere and is NEVER ready to receive it -- even when it turns up where and more or less when it is supposed to, NOT an example worthy of emulation.
Flight crew were really rude & unwilling to help. We were their last flight of the day & they made it very clear they just wanted to get the flight done & everything we were asking to purchase was an inconvenience. Really disappointed with BA
Boarding and flight itself was smooth and temperature during the flight was perfect. It was just overall vibe for long distance flight, felt cheap ( comparing to KLM or TUI that I used recently). Entertainment out of date movies with poor picture quality, no games, flight map wasn't working
Basic, 737 Boeing, business class is just an economy class seat with blocked middle seat (European standard).
Entertainment is nonexistent. Food might have been good, however due to language barriers I didn’t get to have any food. Flat bed seats and layout was excellent. Crew efficient and straightforward, but lacking any western style approach. Not that I’d expect anything else, but one could have hoped.
It's the shortest trip one could get from BEG anywhere, so it was fine.
Kraljevo is very convenient airport. It's brand new, small.and efficient. Great job!

Plane was old. Seats were hard and very close together. No in flight entertainment.
Our flight was delayed from 1st July to 2nd July. But I wasnt informed! Checked my emails,every detail but I was definitely not informed! I and my family went to the airport on 1st July and learned that rhe flight is delayed to 2nd July at the airport! I am going to complain about this. I had to stay ın Kraljevo one more night. Luckily we could find a room. What ıf We couldn't?
To be honest, it was a fair flight, nothing more, nothing less. Since the route is short, I can accept poor in-flight service. The Belgrade airport is currently undergoing extensive reconstruction, which may result in some minor disruptions, but progress is expected to be made within the foreseeable future.
Omg my flight was delayed from 4pm to 9:45 pm with no explanation- that is ridiculous
