Premium Economy is good value in comparison to Business Class. Not all the perks of Business but a lot of leg room and wider seat and elbow room. Food was very good. I even asked for a Gruner Veltliner wine which was not on the trolley and the attendant went into Business/First to get me a glass. Nice little touch. I would like to have a wider selection of music -- more 70's-80's (guess how old I am).

Very bad experience with them and they canceled my flight three hours ahead and they just don’t care

Pros: "Very smooth boarding on both flights, a smooth transfer between flights, and comfortable seats (especially nice flexible headrest on longhaul flight). Very friendly and helpful crew."
Cons: "Movies available weren't to my taste, which isn't important anyway."
Pros: "One hour delay after boarding due to loosing our “slot”"
Cons: "Timing!!!"
Pros: "The crew was good. They were friendly and efficient. One did forget to return with a promised coffee but she apologized when I spoke of it to her."
Cons: "1. no air conditioning until the plane was in the air. It was STIFLING on the runway. 2. no power sockets to charge devices"
Pros: "The crew was super friendly, food was great and entertainment on board was a great selection."
Cons: "Was very warm on the plane as certain times and even at the terminal, which we could control the fan blowing on us."
Cons: "Missed the flight from Houston to Fankfurt and the airline canceled the whole round trip. I did not know I had to call the airline to let them know not the cancel my trip. I would've appreciated a notice of that."
Cons: "Boarding was not organized at all. I was sitting in the front yet I got in almost at the end and barely was able to find a place for my handbags. Ut took way too long and people had to stand for a long time to board. Crew members were not up to par either. I had my earphones and was watching a movie and feel asleep. And everytime one them passes by, they will knock me awake. I was extremely tired and tried hard to sleep yet they kept waking me up every time one of them passes by, no matter how skinny they were! Totally unprofessional."
Cons: "It was pretty cold on the plane, Entertainment , was not current on the movies selection."
Cons: "Flight was late leaving, so I had to run across Frankfurt airport to get my flight to the US. My luggage has still not arrived two days after I get to the US."

EverEverything was actually great. Except one of the male flight attendants had the worst BO and needed to shower and wear deodorant. It was horrible.

Pros: "Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!"
Pros: "Nothing No leg room was charged 60 eu for bent 2 kg over on baggage. Was told then I’d have to pay another 60 eu for my under-seat bag even though I had no such issue on my flight to Barcelona The seats are miserably small and don’t even recline. Worst airline I have ever flown Staff was rude"
Cons: "Everything!"
Cons: "Too long standing around for boarding as the plane was delayed and needed cleaning"
Cons: "It is worth the price we paid for our round trip tickets. We were scrunched in, there are no frills. There is no food unless you want to buy it. Like I said, no frills, but worth the cheap ticket."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The plane left 7 hours late. They did not provide information or a satisfactory explanation for the delays. On hour 6 of delay we were still unsure of whether the flight would be cancelled."
Cons: "Less confusion about checking bags at the gate. We were told to talk to the desk and then she ignored us for 15 minutes."
Pros: "Price and timing."
Cons: "Seats are very close, but it was a short flight."
Pros: "Crew good, kind and helpful."
Cons: "Did not realize that we could only bring 1 carry one. Had to pay for water."
Pros: "Sadly the best bit was landing and the pilot aborting and taking off again. Beats usual thrill seekers"
Pros: "Cheap"
Cons: "It was what you would expect for a cheap flight"
Cons: "Dont speak every 5 mn Dont play with light every 10 mn Dont Try to sell lotery or food Dont limit every lugage like drugs prices ...."
Cons: "Check in was horrific. We weren’t able to print our boarding passes earlier. Not easy to do in Morocco. We were hassled at Marrakech airport. Had to wait in separate line for boarding pass-backed up for a half hour. They HAND WROTE BOARDING PASS. And charged us an additional 100 Euros. Inappropriate"
Pros: "On time and quick boarding, arrived before schedule and no issues with flight"
Cons: "Some passengers very noisy and shouting throughout flight but not the airlines fault"
Cons: "Que no hablen en español las instrucciones de vuelo y demás solo en español e inglés"
Pros: "- very kind and professional crew"
Cons: "- boarding was late - did not get actual notice that plane IS GOING to be slightly delayed (only email that it MIGHT happen)"
Cons: "When booking we paided an extra fee to reserve our seats. However when I tried to activate this option, it was not possible. There was an extra charge.... Then it was back and forward between the life chat and the contactform. Each of them pointing to each other to find a sollution.... guess what... nobody did"
Cons: "We missed our flight because ryanair had originally put gate A7 when we got there (we arrived about an hour and a half early). And then later, they changed the gate to A9. When we realized what had happened the plane had already boarded (although not yet taxied) and they would not allow us to board. We had to buy another immediate flight and spend 100 euros each unexpectedly. Terrible experience."
Pros: "Easy to use web. Good car hire rates."
Cons: "Flight a bit late without much explanation. Constant raucous announcements on board but couldn’t understand any of them. Probably trying to sell us stuff"
Pros: "I liked they didn't cancel the flight, and I liked the air steward was as pissed off as me."
Cons: "The two hour delay for a one hour flight, and being dumped at an airport at 1am in the morning. Not great."

We bought tickets for £30 from kayak but we paid £55 for check in to rayan , they slaught us

Flight was delayed so long we missed our second flight. Entire trip had to be cancelled. Ryanair refused to help us.

Stanton airport is outdated, pure equiped, airport. Fire alarms, power outages is a common routine, wich result ir flights delay , additional money spending and huge gathering of people in airport wich is unsafe.

After you made us check-in I tried to add a suitcase in the internet and also to get help by chet. Nothing work and we pay 60 pounds at Airport. Comper to Easyjet to do the same, was easy and customer friendly.

Boarding was like being hoarded like cattle, all penned in in an area way to small

I missed the flight from Manchester to Dublin because of poor informations from Aer Lingus and the airport, no possibility to check in online, they don't respond to phone calls, I had to buy another tickets to enable me travel to Dublin from Manchester. I want my money to refund.

I were there 20min before departure and they didn’t let me on the board with 5 other people, after all they admitted it was their(Ryanair) fault.

The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline.

Delayed delayed delayed - always with Wizzair. Staff were friendly and well mannered but clearly the company is unorganized and the aircrafts are outdated.

It's a budget airline. Great for short flight. Smooth landing.

4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.

To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.

I have been treated unacceptably by WizzAir aircraft crew in a previous flight, they threatened me and abused me, and I received an OFFICIAL written apology, but only two (2) months later. This flight had no such unacceptable behaviour, but it's not nice to be left waiting in the walkway (from gate to aircraft) for a long time, just so that the 'boarding' appears to be early, even if actual departure is not.

What I liked new airplane Sitting was extremely uncomfortable! Crew not smiley at all Always chewing gum

The flight was cancelled just 4 hours before the take off...

No food on board. Not comfortable. Had to move seats was delayed more than 3 hours.

Pros: "The food and beverage selection as always. The seat was quite pleasant as well."
Cons: "Crew forgot to serve me when doing meal service. I got up and food but found it interesting that 2 flight attendants walked right by me without saying anything. The flight was late departing and arriving."
