Pros: "Non-disruptive 15-hour red-eye flight from Hong Kong to New York was appreciated. Smooth and comfortable flight, no complaints here."
Cons: "In-Flight Wi-Fi was not available once reaching the continental United States."
Pros: "Same thing they serve pork and no other substitute. The crew members are not so nice especially the one serving the food, some are rude to answer when I asked for something."
Cons: "Serve chicken or beef and not only pork for not all will eat pork.3 of us was not able to eat. Thats was not acceptable."

On the flight back the seats where very uncomfortable, they where so bad that my back started to hurt after the first 2 hours. I can sit in a wooden chair for 2 hours. But these where just horrible, it just shows how cheap the airline has become. And the cabin was heated all those people in a heated cabin during a night flight. It was clear the climate control was not working. To top that off you are not even offered a glass of water, these people are animals.
Severely delayed with no notice. Could have arrived at the airport hours later had we been informed of the delay
Once the boarding sign went on and all passengers gathered in line, we were left waiting standing up for almost an hour because there was a delay.
It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.
Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞
Airmalta does not include meals in their flights and neither offers entertainment.

Pros: "From checkin to luggage collection - the flight was easy and without hassle. We left slightly later than scheduled but arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Staff from check in to those onboard we polite and professional. The aircraft was clean, bright and appeared in good order."

Seats were too close together. I'm 5'10" and I really had trouble relaxing with less then 1/2 inch of knee space. Plane was really late and after customs we barely had 15 minutes to catch our connecting flight left even though we allowed for 3 hour layover at this location.

EverEverything was actually great. Except one of the male flight attendants had the worst BO and needed to shower and wear deodorant. It was horrible.

Cons: "Unfortunately, I had no other option than flying low-cost. Bought the most expensive ticket I could to be in first row and have enough overhead bin space, but that still did not help the situation of a very disorganized boarding, very uncouth flight attendants, uncomfortable seats, absolutely no free drinks (not even a bottle of water), constant selling of useless things, people using the toilet in the front, obnoxious travelers, and getting yelled at. Also, contrary to what was suggested on the Ryanair web site regarding fast check-in, priority boarding and access to lounges, none of those Flying 200+ legs per year on Star Alliance flights in business and up, I truly hope I never have to take such a horrendous flight again."

Cons: "It was my fourth flight with Ryanair in one week and in all those flights it was super cold temperature in the cabin. I asked the flight attendants for a bit higher at every flight but they did not fix it. Crew said that the captain regulates it.. At each flight all passengers in the rows around me agreed that it was very cold and they said that its always cold and the crew never changes it anyway. They cannot expect anything getting warmer, it is always uncomfortable cold. The flights were horrible and uncomfortable because of just that detail. I have problem with my throat and breathing since then. It got irritated and soar. I am a regular flyer becuase of my job and tried Ryanair but it was the coldest trips ever."

Cons: "We did not like being made to stand in line for over an hour like a herd of animals only to be rushed to another door to wait another half hour. All of this occurred in an environment that itself was loud, uncomfortable, and hot. Moreover, announcements regarding the status of the flight should be made frequently and in English."
