Flight delayed yet again. Crew apathetic and unhelpful re affect on connecting flight.

I think Virgin is one of the best flying experiences, especially from/to the UK. The staff are so helpful and fun, the food is good, seats comfortable, goof entertainment and great value. Check in and boarding is pretty pain free. I also find that the other passengers are generally so kind and considerate than when I've flown other airlines.

Cabin crew on our flight showed lack of any customer service gruff and acting annoyed if you asked anything and I mean anything Example a man on the seat over dropped his beer on my husbands blanket We asked if we could switch out blankets cabin crew Said. No we don’t have any extras OK well can you take the wet one Cabin crew looked disgusted and annoyed Took it no OK or yes just a growl

Quick flight. But cabin crew were very noisy and talking too much, especially when we were seated at the back of the plane trying to sleep through the night .

My ticket was for Premium Economy and all the seats were taken, I was placed in Economy class and I’m looking for a refund.

Unfortunately delayed 2 hrs due to faulty tyre.. which had to be changed, but better safe than sorry.

Hi vergin Atlantic service was good but the flight ticket agent travel up charge me extra 57 pounds as a airport charges, actually I refuse to pay but they say if I not pay £57 then they say you will not be able to travel from Heathrow to goa ,so for me there was no option and it was just 3 day before my departure so i paid, so please look in to the matter. And I have a receipt of £ 57 as well .thanks

Staff didn’t check cabin well for landing seemed more interested in chatting to each other. Food was poor and differed from pre order.

service was slow and at times there was no service at all in premium plus seats. they do not care about people in premium plus

Left late after one day delay. Even after we were called to board we stood in line for 30 minutes. Seemed disorganized.

To san Francisco it was ok. From sf to Manila it was horrible

They opened my checked bag and even though my lock was tsa approved, they loose my lock and left my bag just like that. Incompetent people, very upset about it. I’ll try to avoid traveling with united

The passenger in the row in front of me was listening to a political speech on his phone at full volume with no headphones and it was disturbing all of the passengers around him for several rows. I asked 2 of the flight attendants to speak to this passenger but they only shrugged. It was obvious that they were afraid there might be conflict and would not say anything. I had to take it upon myself to tell the passenger that he needed to turn it off or wear headphones as it was disturbing everyone around him not wearing their own headphones. I was very disappointed in the United flight attendants.

Flight was ok. Unfortunately it was a Boeing 737, which is a cramped / tight airplane. I prefer the Airbus as they are a more comfortable flight experience.

We fly to Ecuador frequently. Checking in is usually a hassle because most United agents take some time before they can verify that my passport doesn't require a visa to Ecuador. This time the process was even longer due to the cyber attack. But she was really nice to us. So glad we brought plenty of snacks to supplement the 3 flights from SEA to GYE.

Awful, rude staff. Their abrasive comments are unnecessary. Most seek a frictionless experience and will cooperate if you ask. Additional childish bullying of customers is not acceptable or tolerated. We had the same problem with our departure flight. We will never fly United again.

Everything was fantastic. Modern plane. All the amenities! Although the paid snacks and meals are pure robbery. Like i understand airlines need to make money, but 11$ USD for an overnight oats with some nuts in it and barely any pieces of apple.... Highway robbery

The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh

WestJet cancelled the flight with Delta. Previous experience with Delta wasn't great. Sat at the tarmac in Omaha with some sort of technical problem so we were delayed for over an hour.

We had a 44 minute layover ( ??? ) to change planes for our flight to SRQ. We landed at Concourse D, and the SRQ plane was located at Concourse B, as we were told in Toronto. We got to "B4" as directed by ( Delta Help ), in less than 10 minutes, only to see the flight we booked to leave at 2:28, was showing "DEPARTED". Back to Delta Help, got an extremely obnoxious and rude clerk who gave use two options, next flight leaving 5:20, on "B12", (STANDBY). or (CONFIRMED), leaving around 8:PM, not sure of the exact time because they took our seat request and gave us another boarding pass minus the exact time. We had been waiting hours for the 5:20 flight and at the very last minute a group appeared and were allowed to board. When the "standby" folks were summoned, several were allowed to board ahead of us, even though we were there much earlier. The clerk, who gave his name as Markus, a black man with a beard, was the most arrogant. rude and condescending individual in existence. When I asked him to repeat his name he said "what did it sound like?". Had I been thinking I would have answered to me it sounded like (markasshole) which is exactly what he was. When we originally got to that gate and asked for advice, he went on and on telling me he could only comment on the flight that was in progress, that ATL was a big airport, and treated us, both, in our 80"s like we were children unable to understand the process, and directly in my face in a loud voice, shouted exactly what we were already aware of. Not one ounce of consideration for our problem, of just trying to get home. When he called out the names of the remaining "standby" people, he left several go before us, even though we were there waiting hours earlier. He called out our names, John and Nubia, looked at us and shouted out that he only had ONE, and with a grin on his face, let another standby board, and told that person that she got the "lucky" last seat, still grinning, meaning we had to wait once again for the later flight. This obviously prejudiced and biased poor excuse of human beings needs to find a job he is better suited for, perhaps dog catcher or janitor, IMHO. This entire fiasco put us home more than 7 hours later than previously indicated on our original and paid for flight schedule. If Kayak continues to offer flights with different concourse locations and with only a 44 minute layover, they might also consider a more reasonable and reliable time frame for layover. It was a horrible experience and considering alternatives to this service is paramount.

Flight left on time. In flight entertainment options were good, but needed own device. Crew were polite.

Westjet has a terrible boarding crew. I had a zone 3 pass and my wife and kids had zone 9 as we purchased tickets separately. After scanning our boarding passes, the boarding Filipino lady rudely says that my family has zone 9 passes. I said I have 3 and wanted to board as a family and she started a rant that they have 9 and they were small kids to board with me. I told her that I am not going to separate family because of this and what she said didn’t make sense. It’s a shame to Westjet if they have such policy. It’s a shame to the WestJet employee to start this rant after the passes were scanned. Westjet has to train people to speak politely and not with rude demanding tone. If that’s Westjet policy, I will pick a different airline next time. Westjet is not the only one out there.

The flight itself was fine, but two of the ladies at the gate were extremely rude to a few of us in line. Their customer service really needs some help. I’ve always had good experiences with WestJet until these two ladies. They had the worst attitudes and really left a bad taste in my mouth after a good trip

All good after Waiting for 2 more flight attendants to work the flight caused about a 40 minute delay boarding. Arrived in Indy only about 20 minutes late. Glad that was final destination. We like Delta. Wonder if we earned sky mikes as we booked a Westjet flight & was surprised to learn it was a partner & we actually flew Delta.

I missed my flight because previous flights came in late. Customer service hard to find and could not reschedule for the same day. Many people appeared to be behind the customer service counter, but only one or two willing to speak to the public. No offer to find alternatives My experience frustrating Very bad

Seats in the center row have obstructed leg room. Entertainment center did not respond well. Staff was good, but coukd be of limited help

The food was straight up bad not gonna lie, seats are uncomfortable so I had to re-adjust my self most of the time, delayed our arrival time by alot.

Great flight. Friendly crew. Good food. Nice clean cabin and toilet was a good size. I like the starliner.

Upgraded to business class and it was worth every dollar! The connection in Denver was way too tight time wise and going through customs there plus re-visiting security screen again caused me to miss my connecting flight. KAYAK should not allow that tight of connection on international flights.

Flight from Washington to Munich it was disappointing. I do not get the seat for what i pay. And the crew were rude with people which speaks other languages than german!

Plane was delayed about an hour but nice crew and service

It was excellent. I upgraded from premium economy to business and it was totally worth it. We were on a 747 and I sat upstairs and enjoyed the privacy. The crew was incredible especially the woman who had been working with you all for 30 years.she was absolutely spectacular as was her cabin. The food was delicious. I would just serve bread with the meal. Don’t take it away!

I traveled with my sister, however ,we booked a flight separately, and we don't sitting next to each other. The staff on the board where on the top of this unit they find us sitting together. Ty lufthansa team. U are the best

Flight cancelled! Rebooked by circuitous routing although there were seats available on other nonstop flights.

Service of the crews were great. Food on flight was very greasy, and salty.

Sardine can herringbone layout in business class. Uncomfortable and nowhere to put your book, phone, headphones, etc. worst hard product ever, and the service and food aren’t good enough to make it worthwhile. Expensive garbage. British Airways purchased this thinking only about financials, clearly not customer experience. British Airways business class is the garbage truck of the skies. Hard pass!

Horrible. I bought a flight with British airlines from Amsterdam to Orlando via London. Less than a day they changed my flight to London so I had to fly to London city airport and then find my way to Gatwick for my connecting flight. It was very costly

I never travelled better and more comfortably than with this flight because I was upgraded to the business class! it was amazing in every aspect. I was able to lay down and sleep, and the food was comparable to a gourmet restaurant menu. The flight was not only on time, but even much earlier, the crew was excellent as well. It felt like a very nice reward after so many uncomfortable and frustrating travels in the past decades. Even though most of my past trips were not with BA, they gave me a memorable gift with this favor. Thank you British Airways!

The flight attendant kept bypassing our row when serving drinks and food. And the. He spilled water on me. And spilled a chicken tikka masala on the aisle floor right by my feet.

Already stated this! Terrible experience! Never again to fly with British Airways!!!

The crew was so unfriendly. Our (the last) section of the plane only got drink service once during an over 9 hour flight. When it come to the main meal service we only got a vegetarian option and where told the chicken option gone. About 30 minutes later I went to the bathroom and lo and behold the whole crew were eating the chicken option.

Did not fly this flight because one of the two flights, Geneva to London or London to Boston, was cancelled the morning of departure.

A cattle car, but at least they didn't lose our luggage this time.
