Smooth flight. Plane could have been cleaner, but passengers should dispose of their rubbish properly rather than leave to others to clean up after them.

Flight was great, I’ll never be a fan of the seats of catering, but I can live with that for cheap flights. Boarded early, departed early and arrived early

We loved our flight crew were lovely and we were comfortable.

Had a lovely flight arrived 25 minutes early food was good staff we lovely.

Boarded and sat on plane for 3.5 hours before taking off, Updates infrequent and no refreshments offered.

I didn't have food, and there was no entertainment as it was a short haul flight, so can't comment on those, The head cabin crew member was addressing the passengers like a telesales person reeling off terms and conditions; we didn't understand a word he was saying. This is the second time this year we have flown with Ryanair, and both times we've had to carry our luggage downstairs to walk to the plane. As were both OAP's this isn't really acceptable. We have another flight booked for September to Lanzarote, so hopefully that will be better.

Smooth journey made good time. The aircraft was littered and did not look very presentable.

Flight got delayed and they didn’t keep us informed all the time.

Blood contaminated tissue was stuffed to the back of the seat in front of us.

Very unpleasant staff, disgusting service, ignoring requests, refusal to help
