Pros: "There was in-flight entertainment. It was the cheapest flight."
Cons: "The food was the worst I have had in over 10 years on EU-Asia flights. They missed two connections, causing over 11 hours of delay, and arrived at a different airport. We spent 4 hours dealing with visa procedures and luggage rechecking in Beijing without staff assistance. Deplorable."
Pros: "It was ok."
Cons: "No recharger for mobile in the plane."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Have the plane on time"

Cons: "55min delayed boarding at JFK, 55min delayed landing ans 35min awaiting gate access upon landing at JFK."
Pros: "Great flight lots of leg room"
Pros: "Movie options were great and there were outlets for electronic plugin. Dinner was much better than I expected!"
Cons: "We waited in a really long line for a really long time before boarding started. Often the flight attendant was moving so fast with the cart that it hit my arm which was resting on the armrest. Not a lot of attentiveness. Also I would have liked to be asked if I spoke Polish before the crew started speaking in Polish to me with no English translation."
Pros: "Crew was friendly, cabin was as expected. Luggage arrive safely and on time (was a little worried it would not show, because online checkin said I had to pick up luggage and recheck before flight) (Virgin tagged it to go all the way through). So did not gav any issue."
Cons: "Flight was one hour late. No food service or entertainment for this flight, but was as expected."
Cons: "There was no food. Only for a money."
Pros: "Helpful Crew"
Cons: "Messed up security clearance arrangement. Total confusion about secondary clearance requirement, only informed at boarding at gate that a lot of travelers needed secondary clearance. No objections to secondary clearance, but procedure a joke. Machine was half way down the terminal. Half hour wait, and you could have left your carry on with somebody else, get cleared by machine, pick up your bag again and get on board."
Pros: "On time... great service.... will use it again!"
Cons: "Good food, great staff, pleasent flight"
Cons: "the crew wasn't so nice and helpful"
Pros: "I flew the dreamliner."
Cons: "Very small legspace. Indifferent, careless crew. No vegetarian or any other food options. I tried to arrange it before the flight. Didn't work. On board they didn't even try to accommodate the needs. E.g. give extra salad...."
Pros: "They was in time what I was like"
Cons: "The other passengers didn’t stay at the seat they change the seats, and the seats was dirty"
Cons: "When I handed over my boarding pass, I was told I had to walk seven gates away for an "extra security check." I am 71 years old and don't run well. I only object to the fact that they did not have the security check available at the boarding gate - or they might have called my name and sent me over there well before beginning boarding. They did assure me they would wait for me but I was the antepenultimate person to board the plane and quite upset by the whole thing."
Pros: "Service in business class."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Flight was delayed for 1 hour"
Pros: "Professional crew."
Cons: "Late boarding, aircraft was full and the seats had very narrow width making the trip very uncomfortable for the passengers. Food was only served for extra payment (I didn't buy budget airline ticket at least the price didn't reflect that!). Parking in Frankfurt far away from the terminal, the busses were waiting long till start fully packed with people very frustrating."
Pros: "Flights ran on time."
Cons: "Slow cue at check-in. Boarding gate miles from Security, 25mim walk. Plane aged. No food, tea in a flimsy paper cup. No entertainment."
Cons: "Very unpleasant and unhelpful staff (apart from the ones in-flight)"
Pros: "Getting iff"
Cons: "Overcrowded Poorly organized"
Pros: "food prices, all on time"
Cons: "entertainment"
Pros: "low cost service was good"
Cons: "Cheap airline that is priced like a major airline. They charge for checked in luggage on flights between different EU countries. Major airlines don't do that, so check the fine print before purchasing."
Pros: "Relatively new aircraft with not-bad room between the rows. Water, coffee and tea offered gratis, otherwise pay for snacks, but prices not bad. Good flight for a budget airline. Twi toilets for a full plane a bit ridiculous, but the flight was only 2 1/2 hours, so no big lines."
Pros: "Older aircraft had not as narrow seating and was more comfortable."
Cons: "Boarding que at Warsaw is a mess."
Cons: "No good meals available in the flight."
Pros: "Flew from Cracow via Warsaw to Venice. Short flights. Absolutely stunning views (sunny day) of mountains."
Cons: "Ungodly early start from Cracow then 4 hours layover in Warsaw with absolutely nothing to do. UGH. Food and entertainment is nonexistant on LOT European flights. Onetime snack and basic drink service (no apple or orange juices). Oh, and use of propeller airplanes should be forbidden on commercial flights. We are in jet era, aren't we???"
Pros: "Nothing was good."
Pros: "Really fast, great service!!"
Pros: "Service, listening to my questions, overall!!"
Cons: "Seats were too small."
Pros: "The 787 Dreamliner was nice, and the business class seats are roomy. And the ticket was priced right!"
Cons: "They lost my luggage in the outbound direction and no-one appeared to care. When I called the number that they provided frequently no-one answered. Even when I finally got through, no-one could provide me ANY information as to the whereabouts of my bag. It finally showed up on the last day of my stay, but it was delivered to another hotel (which I only figured out after about 10 phone calls). Also, they offer perhaps the worst in-flight video selection I have ever seen."
Cons: "WAR -FRA Flight cold air blew in all the time. LOT should use no buses for that flight all the time"
Pros: "Boarding was very efficient"
Cons: "There is basically no room for passengers left on those airplanes, it's a disgrace. The food is a joke."
