However, I should be able to sit in a seat without the seat in front of me literally 6 inches away from my face. I will never fly with Lufthansa internationally again.not because of the crew, because their head office insists on squeezing every inch out of their planes without regard for passenger comfort."

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

All information regarding the delay online was incorrect ("system not yet updated") . So calling Air France was useless as they could not assist. Not all flight delays can be avoided but many improvements are needed throughout this process."

Cons: "Entertainment screen did not work; in neighboring seat it could not be switched off when we wanted to sleep; sourly employees everywhere (re-booking counter an exception); food close not being edible and cold; I forgot my watch on when going through security in the Air France terminal; when I started to say "sorry" I was yelled at by the screener who said that she will do the talking; she sent me back through the scanner twice without my watch, then once more with the carry-on and made sure that I went to the end of a very long line to wait for another screening rather than having me just go through the scanner without my watch. Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"

Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

Cons: "The seat was little more than a seat in economy as to width, leg room , etc. Really not worth the cost of a business class ticket. Whilst the service was good , the food was mediocre. This was our first [ and possibly last] business class flight with BA and will stick with our usual business class airlines e.g. Qantas, Virgin Atlantic , Delta, Fiji Air, Virgin Australia ,etc."

Pros: "Comfortable seats; good choices of movies and decent food."
Cons: "(1) Water dripping from overhead luggage area during takeoff; we were told it was due to condensation. It was a good amount of water! (2) One of the male staff would not let us stand near the toilet area and not so politely asked that we go back to our seats. It was a long file so to be told you can't stretch your legs is unacceptable."

Pros: "Punctuality, boarding, baggage handling."
Cons: "The space is very limited - almost no knee space and huge boxes under the seats. Crew not very attentive. Sandwich for dinner."

Pros: "The actual flight was fine"
Cons: "The lack of any concern or effort on Iberia's part once in Havana sans luggage was disgraceful. We were without any personal items or medications for SIX DAYS of a cycling holiday, because Iberia failed to answer the phone or deliver the baggage. We were obliged to take a 6.5 hour journey from where we were on day 6 (rural Cuba) to personally collect the baggage from Havana airport ourselves. NOT okay, Iberia/BA. Never again."

Pros: "Newly refurbished aircraft interior. Very attentive crew who found and returned a dropped passport."
Cons: "A bag of crisps and a drink was all the in-flight service had to offer. BA now charge to change seats just like a cheap and cheerful airline. At the back of the plane conditions are quite cramped. I've travelled with BA all over the world but it's rapidly becoming a third world airline and I'm going to have to go elsewhere."

Pros: "BA business class is always a good option for long haul. I sleep well on the flat beds and the food and wine is good. The staff on this flight was really nice and friendly"
Cons: "The little details were not there. Funny how one appreciates that wet wipe before lunch when its not offered after running around the airport sweating. Somehow I got missed for the coffee round the next morning and not given a landing card"

Pros: "Uupper deck of a BA 747 was quiet and relaxing; crew helpful, attentive & pleasant"
Cons: "The seats could have been a bit more comfortable and the amenity kit could be nicer."

Pros: "The crew saw I was travelling with my young son; baby and elderly parents. We were placed at the front of the crew and were kind enough to allow me to board first."
Cons: "Most passengers had to put cabin bags into the hold. These were taken at the gate, it would have been nicer to have had this notified by text or when checking in so the bags could have been left at the check in desk."

Pros: "Very good crew who were welcoming and attentive"
Cons: "We were placed at an international gate, had to wait for stairs (for the rear of the plane) and then a bus to the terminal. We arrived early but by the time we had waited for steps, bus etc, we were late!"

You were late leaving from Venice to London Heathrow on August 1 which I barely made the flight to Glasgow and then coming back your flight is late leaving Edinburgh to Heathrow And my luggage doesn't make it again! You don't even serve water on the airplane which is ridiculous! Your flight crew were nice but you really need to be on time or not schedule flights with such short layover times!"

Cons: "BA lost my baggage on my flight over and I missed my conference as a result of it. On the way home I was late for my flight as a result of a flat tire and BA did not help me get on another flight they basically said good luck and purchase another flight."

Pros: "My first domestic flight with BA for years yet the service imo has got even slicker and better. From check-in to boarding to disembarking and all ahead of schedule, I doubt if I would fly domestically with anyone else."

Pros: "Entertainment and amount of food and drinks served was adequate"
Cons: "3 different delays totalling over 2 hours then sat on the plan waiting to take off for another 30+ min with no regard to connecting flights, passenger confort, etc"

Pros: "Par from below the flight was great as always"
Cons: "CSD was rude and not nice to his fellow staff member in economy. Small delay but not a common thing"

Cons: "Boarding takes longer on BA than any other airline I've flown on. Breakfast was awful. Cream cheese on a white roll tastes like paste. You'll really could be doing better than this."

Cons: "We were late to our outbound flight due to our other flight being delayed from weather. We went to the ticket desk area, which was closed and were directed to another help desk. Once at the front the attendent refused to help us and sent us to another desk at the other end of the terminal. After waiting in another long line, the attendent told us we had missed all flights to Edinburgh. There lack of staff and customer service caused us to miss all flights and trains into Edinburgh. On top of that, we were notified our flight back to London would be cancelled because we missed our outbound flight and that she could not provide us with any credits or refunds that we would need to call customer service. We lost the money we spent on our Edinburgh hotel and had no way to get to our vacation."

Cons: "We had a carry on and were flying business class. They made us check in the bag but it was clear that it could fit. They said it was a busy flight so we had to give our bag up to check in. We arrived on the plane and there was plenty of space to put our luggage. It was not a friendly experience especially paying the premium to fly business. They were very direct and non forgiving. Crew on board were nice though!"

Cons: "I paid for TWO EXTRA suitcases for my flight. I carefully packed and weighted them in advance. The "lady" on the counter made me remove one jacket and one pair of boots from each suitcase because it was GRAMS over the limit. Grams those that my hand scale did not accuse at all. The following customer right after me had KILOS OVER the limit (almost SEVEN) and were not flying business or first class, regular economic class just like me. And they did not had to remove a thing from their extra heavy suitcases. What is the company criteria? Anyway, I bought me another return flight on OTHER airline and simply lost my return flight on BA. I am never flying this horrible company again."

Pros: "They may not always tell you everything, but they seem to think of their passengers first. I was worried about getting my bag out of the overhead bins which ended up three rows ahead of me. I thought I was going to have to exit the plane from the rear since that was how I entered and wondered how I would get my bag. Turns out this was not the case as everyone would exit from the front."
Cons: "Being seated at the rear of the plane. This was not the flight seat I chose and paid for at booking originally. Do not know what happened with that. I needed to make an international connection within an hour and half for boarding and was nearly the last off the plane. Made it just fine, but felt lucky airport seemed not so busy. I am not sure about pre-booking seats being worth it as my way home I did not seem to get any of them."

Cons: "Security at Edinburgh was tough for thise of us not used to the 'clear bag' policy. One steward (German guy? ) seemed to be in a permanant bad mood. And once we got to Heathrow, the jet bridge did not work, so we could see our luggage leaving the plane before we did!"

Cons: "The boarding crew from Edinburgh did not allow me to bring my carry on despite it being very light and within size restriction. They said this was because the plane was already full with others' luggage and could not handle my bag for safety. Had to shove my things in a Tesco carrier bag and in my daughters small backpack on wheels. The backpack broke later as it was not made to carry more than a few books. And to top it off, the suitcase I was made to check never made it on my connecting flight to Chicago. I am still waiting for it to be delivered 36 hours later. This suitcase is virtually empty. Well, it's actually carrying a pair of sunglasses and my phone charger. totally inconvenienced and the crew saved the plane from being dangerously overloaded by an empty suitcase. Absolute nonsense."

It wasn't until I was at the gate that is found out it was American Airlines/British Airways. They own Iberia. Anyway, it was a 777 with all the comforts! Great service, ok food, individual phone chargers and tvs in coach! I had purchased one week prior and got bulkhead and window seating! Short flight...couldn't be better. Coming back was a 767...not as plush, old radio music system and one center tv with timed movies,1 for every 50 people. I could barely see or hear the movies. Food was OK but again shirt flight."

Cons: "Missed my transfer in London because the plane took too long to unboard and I was unable to make it to the gates of my next flight in time, despite there being over an hour connection time. The flight came in slightly late and passports were re-inspected upon unboarding which wasted a lot of time, and Heathrow is a nightmare of an airport on a good day, which made it very difficult to get where I needed to go."

Pros: "Fairly standard international flight. In flight meals were fine. Seats were spacious enough (6’3” I need the legroom)."

Pros: "On my return flight to the United states, I got to fly with Iberia airlines. After flying my first segment with British airways, I wondered if the Spanish airline could keep up with BA's standards. Well, Iberia not only met the standards, but raised the bar! I am not sure if the fact that this was a day flight (unlike BA's red eye trip) or the fact that it took 2 more hours, but the crew served a full lunch, a snack AND a light meal, when with British i only received one full dinner and a morning snack."
Cons: "I'm not sure if it's the European dryness, but though helpful, the flight crew did not looked friendly."

Cons: "My ticket said operated by British Airways so after an hour of standing in line - why there were two agents baffles me-- I was told to go stand in the Iberia one. I went to a kiosk and it didn't recognize my flight, so I finally got ahold of someone. The night before I was unable to check in because their site had crashed, so there was no way for me to know where to go."

Pros: "Hat it was a quick flight."
Cons: "No entertainment, no free beverages or snacks, crushing legroom."

Pros: "Perfectly orchestrated flight with excellent customer service. The rhythm of the crew members was fun to watch."
