Check in - no check in line for premium passengers.( really bad experience) Cabin crews could not separate passengers from other cabin consisting using lavatory there fore passengers constantly walk back and forward. (It’s really unpleasant) It’s. Not worth the money to paid for the experience and services."

We purchased a Go First Pass for 10 Euros each so we could board first, but everyone was able to board at the same time so we wasted 20 Euros. The flight left ab out 15 minutes late and was not allowed to land at Healthrow so we had to circle Heathrow for about 45 minutes. This caused us to almost miss our flight from Heathrow to Atlanta.
It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.
The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.
Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞

2 hour delay with very little information given. Horrible service by BA employees at Heathrow after we missed our connecting flight. Extremely disappointing experience!

Cons: "British airways pushed the flight time which made the original connection flight from Heathrow impossible. They notified justfly the company who we used to book the flight and told them the reservation would be cancelled. Only justfly never did something about that. They did not notify us about any changes and when we arrived at the airport the lady at the counter told us we don't have a reservation even though justfly happily took our money. If it weren't for the BA staff who rebooked is through Air France we probably wouldn't have made it."

Cons: "I was not made aware, until I got to the gate and was boarding, that a personal item (that was small enough to easily fit under my seat), would not be allowed on the plane without incurring a $60 Euro charge. Luckily, I was quickly able to squeeze it into my carry-on suitcase. One of the flight attendants wasn't very friendly (young, male, possibly Middle Eastern, French speaking). The other 3 were fine."

Pros: "The EasyJet staff both in LGW & PRG were excellent. I felt they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They were all friendly and professional. EasyJet will be our go to airline for our flights to London and back."
Cons: "Though I’m not sure it is easyjet’s Fault, I didn’t like that in LGW the board said the flight was delayed an hour, but left on time. Could have gone horribly wrong had we procrastinated thinking that we had extra time."

Cons: "Followed online checking, wasn’t seated with my wife, called support, they told me to ask a stewardess when I board. So she is terrified of flying and had a horrible flight sitting with 2 strangers. Had to pay for baggage, I just finished traveling all over Greece, never paid for baggage, until Easy Jet.. I wasn’t impressed at all with Easy Jet and will never book with them."
I hate Ryanair and have decided never to fly with them again, they treat you like animals on the way to slaughter and they never take responsibility for their errors and lousy service.

Cons: "A little late to take off, the interior of Ryanair planes is perhaps the most visually offensive environment that I experience in my life. Flew BA not long ago and remembered how nice a flight can actually be. Oh, also Ryanair staff seem like they’re recruited on their ability to be uncommunicative and not to care about it. Amazingly consistent in this respect, but to their credit, you know what to expect."
