We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

On my way back I try to check And I was Unable to do so. I arrived to the Airport to find OUT that they cancel my way back too!!!!!! I had to borrow money Again!!!! And stay in the Airport for 8 hrs! This was my experience my lost money time family worried about me and my sister.I had No signal in my phone due to the poor Cituation of this country went I'm able to check my fly with you KAYAK notice the right gate number and time went the plane was living. The attitude of management from Aeromexico was so rude And disrespectful. I will never use them again."
